The big burger is really big compared to other places, I recommend the house special sauce which is BBQ type but a little less sweet, the price-product ratio for me is very good.

They're a good size; they have medium and large, but the medium burger is enough to fill an average person. I wish they had pickles, but they don't.

The burgers are good, but they don't have any promotions or combo meals, and I find the burgers very expensive. Plus, I ordered fries with everything and they didn't have the cheese they're supposed to have. The service has gone downhill and the prices have gone up quite a bit in such a short time. They used to be worth it, but now they're not so much because of the price and service.

Tenía muy buen concepto de este lugar pero me llevé una gran decepción esta noche ya que por primera vez fueron mis hijos a cenar y conocer el lugar que les había recomendado y oh!! Gran sorpresa ...... error total ya que no nos dieron la misma atención nos tardaron mucho y seguían llegando gente y sacando otros pedidos menos el nuestro así que después de más de 1 hora ahí, no fueron para decirnos cuánto faltaba uno se tuvo que acercar para ver si todavía tardaban y dijeron que el próximo pedido era para nosotros y no fue cierto ya que seguían sacando pedidos y no llegaba el nuestro, así que mejor nos retiramos y fuimos al siguiente puesto que en el momento nos dieron la atención como debe de ser. Lástima de ser un negocio que es agradable y atento terminen siendo descuidados y de pésima atención, así solo van a lograr que deje de ir la misma clientela.

Por primera vez pedí mi hamburguesa para llevar y la sorpresa que cuando llegue a mi domicilio no traía nada más que la carne, y bueno tampoco fue de mi agrado el pan dulce

I don't recommend them! They were good at first, but I stopped ordering because the last time the bag was open and it seemed like they had been touching it or putting something in my food, so I didn't eat it because of how it was.

Bad, very bad! I always order delivery and specifically request ketchup because they NEVER send it. I always have to call and ask them to come back and bring it. This has happened about eight times now, so it's just too much. The burgers aren't cheap, so it's unacceptable that they don't include ketchup. Every time I order, I'm forced to call again to get it, and I always end up eating my food cold… Bad, very bad. I don't understand why they skimp on the ketchup! The problem isn't the ketchup; the problem is the lack of customer service from whoever prepares and prepares the food for takeout.

It's a shame they've placed it in such a dangerous spot for drivers. They should move the cart to another location because it creates a blind spot for those of us trying to cross, and now that the area has become so crowded, it's become extremely problematic.
