This place dont get enough credit. Everybody here is solid. I see them constantly cleaning mopping the main area. Shout out to night crew you guys get hammered at times but you guys pull through. Never had a missing item or mistake here. Foods always good. So management give your crew a pat on the back

After we had a bad experience at the Golden Hill Jack in the Box, we decided to start using this one more often. It is open more often right now, and they didn't give us a hassle on refund/exchanges on our orders. The other location is slow, but this one is fast, efficient and the food turns out well every time (occasionally with our larger orders, they'll miss like popcorn chicken or something, but all fast food restaurants do that sort of thing, no biggie). I feel safer because they're always wearing proper protective gear right now.
I must say that the overnight crew here is outstanding. They were experiencing some technical difficulties with flooding inside the store my last visit. But through all this the Manager on duty QUINN was receptive and proffesional by all means and quick to inform me of the problem and gladly continued to serve me amongst all the issues the store was having. I frequent this restaurant often as I work over night myself at the grocery store in the same center. It's employee's like Quinn that make the experience so much more inviting! A+
i was really wanting hash browns from jack in the box so i went to the one off santa rosa in atown and sat in their drivethru talking to myself before driving all the way to this one on creston and i’m so glad i did! I hope management sees this because the employee named Alex I was helped by this morning totally turned my morning around and also made me the best vanilla coffee i’ve gotten at a drivethru. He deserves a raise, he delivered such excellent customer service to me that I had to right my first google review.
We came here after having a horrible experience at the Golden Hill Jack in the box a few miles away. After waiting for ten minutes for our order & then receiving the wrong items & then being argued with by an employee not wearing the recommended anti virus mask & gloves we asked for our money back (when initially we were only going to request them to exchange it for the correct item ordered) due to the extreme rudeness of the unmasked employee. We still had people at home waiting for their order so opted to take our SAME order to this location. The entire experience was 100% different. All employees were wearing the correct recommended masks & gloves. & we DIDN’T HAVE TO WAIT for the SAME, identical order.

The food here is fine for a Fast Food place. I usually don't have any problem with my order. I would rather come here then give any business to the Jack in the Box on Spring St.

Although service was friendly and fast (exactly what you want on Friday after a long week) I’d prefer fresh, hot, and correctly made food.

The “crew” is concentrated on the drive through. I stood there for I dunno, 3-5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. As much as fast food costs anymore, I’m avoiding this particular Jack in the Box.
The food flavor has definitely changed. Sad to say but the jack in the box i remember from 2011
I only get the sourdough jack and a thick shake when I go ,but... Have always trusted the food quality, ( especially so because of the one time they had a E- Coli event back in the day ) and since then maintain a very strict policy + procedures for food handling purposes So... Yes not a bad 🍔 For " fast food " 😜

Disappointing Experience with the $6 All Day Big Meal Deal I recently ordered the $6 All Day Big Meal Deal from Jack in the Box. It included a Double Junior Jumbo Jack with cheese, a small Coke (I chose Diet Coke), and two small fries—one regular and one curly. Normally, I enjoy Jack in the Box's fries, especially the curly fries, but this visit left me disappointed. Despite the location being incredibly busy, both inside and at the drive-thru, the fries tasted old, stale, and even moldy. It's strange that a place with such high traffic would serve fries that seemed so past their prime. Fries are usually the highlight of my meal, but these were just terrible. I tried both sets, hoping one would be better, but they were equally bad. I hadn't even started on the burger yet, but the experience with the fries ruined the meal for me. I wanted to give them another chance, but after tasting that, I felt compelled to write this review. It was a genuinely terrible experience, and I hope Jack in the Box improves the quality of their food in the future.
My son and I just went through the drive thru. I had ordered the 18 piece “Smoke Show Crispy Boneless Wings” meal. The only thing they got right was my Sprite Zero. I got 11 boneless wings in the honey garlic Siracha, and no fries. They weren’t busy. But I wonder where the rest of the boneless wings are? I’m so tired of Jack in the Box messing up my orders. I’m exhausted from a busy day and I’m not going back out tonight. C’mon Jack in the Box! DO BETTER!
Totally lame. Employees have bad attitudes. They keep the front door locked during business hours sometimes. I even got a breakfast burrito with rotten sausage here is cheer.

Didnt do a good job on my food and every time I get a milk shake there's spaces throughout the whole cup they don't fill the cup completely like there supposed to do. Ya know smack the cup down lightly so the space in the cup goes away and then fill the shack up past the lid of the drink so there's mostly All shake and a tiny bit of whip cream. And we as in the customers get our moneys worth and keep coming back for that excellent customer service.
Went tonight for late night dinner. First they said we were out of medium so I had to either buy small or large. I understand that happens I guess but was not posted anywhere to let customers know. The person taking the order didn’t apologize for the inconvenience just said, “that all we have so which one you want?” Unprofessional. Lastly had substituted no Mayo on one sandwich and needed mustard for a friend. They instead added more Mayo and no mustard. I don’t understand the miscommunication but certainly unprofessional order taker tonight.

Good customer service, clean lobby, and the food was nice and warm, Edit: sadly I can’t say the same good things about this place. Employees can’t be bothered to make sure that I received what I ordered :/
