Shout out to Sierra at Dutch Bros in Patterson, Ca. This was our first time there and my hubby's first time ever at a Dutch Bros. She made the experience wonderful! So much better service and prices 😋💚☕️
Bro… the staff was SO CHILL!!! They genuinely looked like they enjoy their job. And the dude ordering was lowk just generally w dude. Give him a raise. I forgot his name tho. I ordered around 3pm on Nov 17 and he had a black shirt on with cross earrings
It's a drive thru like they all are so the atmosphere gets a one on principal alone. Other than that it's a Dutch Brothers, you came here for the diabeetus and caffeine. You'll keep coming back for it until you're diagnosed, and then you'll come back for the sugar free options!
This DB has the best customer service! These Broista's work hard and still manage to care about the customer. As a person with severe allergies that means the world. Thanks Cam and all of the other amazing Broista's in Patterson, CA DB!!!!!
I’m not from the area and had the chance to try out Dutch bros for the first time. Sierra helped me and is absolutely wonderful. Such a great first experience that I couldn’t help but to go back again during my trip. Thank you sierra!!

I’m not really want to leave reviews and when I do leave a review it’s usually a good one, but I just want to shout out Ethan , he has such a great customer service skills and literally every time I go there in the morning or anytime that he is there I feel so welcomed and he makes sure that what you need you get a hard worker so just wanted to shout out Ethan!
Ordered a blue raspberry lemonade and it was delicious! The person doing it was Ethan and he rocks with customer service as it was beyond exceptional!
That Shamrock kicker was so freaking good! But, let me tell you, I'm writing this review just to share how awesome their customer service is. I went there on March 8th, and the girls working there were very nice and understanding, especially the girl who took my order.
I watched barista Evelyn multi task with customers handing off items outside window whenever drinks piled at her station. Each time before rejoining drink assembly line, she properly washed her hands preventing cross contamination! As a license healthcare professional and truck driver that’s a reflection of sanitary professionalism and concern for public safety! Keep up the awesome work, much appreciative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The wait was a bit long but it was worth it. I had the Shark Attack blended for the first time and it was so good. Can't wait to go back and try something new.
My husband and I are truck drivers, and we obviously can't pull over for Dutch Bros whenever we want in a big rig, so it was great to have this location walking distance from the Love's truck stop. They had a walk up window on the side of the building where we were greeted by a kind young lady. She said "good morning" with a sincere smile and took our orders right away. They were making drinks for the drive thru customers as well but they had our drinks ready in less than 10 minutes :) Our lattes were great, the people were nice and the shop looked clean & organized. Thank you for making our morning lattes, they were perfect! :)

I come here everyday, sometimes twice a day and I’ve never had a bad experience. The team are ALL super friendly and do their best to provide a great customer experience. Even during busy times when every car is full of people wanting blended drinks and soft tops, they are cooking their little hearts out with the best attitude. I shall be a loyal customer for life :)

My cousin and I were in the drive thru line and the young lady that helped us was so super sweet. She was very friendly and joked with us too. Kind people make the day even better. I believe Carmen deserves a promotion! The representatives at the window were friendly as well.
I love their coffee and hot chocolate. My favorite thing to get is caramel hot chocolate with vanilla and cinnamon sprinkles. There's always a wait here but it's worth it. The employees are always super nice.
This is my favorite Dutch Bros location. After a disappointing experience at one of the Modesto shops, I actually stopped going to DB for almost a year. But the Patterson crew won me back. No matter if it’s morning or afternoon, the coffee is consistently spot-on, and the team here is genuinely kind, not that performative friendliness you find at so many places. Special shoutout to Mia, who always makes the experience even better.

This location turned it around massively since their initial opening. They went from the worst DB in the area to the best by a landslide. Anytime I see Ethan at the window the day is immediately improved. The group they have at this location is friendly, social, dedicated to excellence, and consistently efficient high performers.

I really love Dutch bros. The drinks are delicious but the owners seriously need to hire more workers. I came here at 4:17pm and it’s 5:00pm now and I am still waiting for my order to be taken. It seems like they are very understaffed
I don't want to get any of the employees a bad Vibe or think that their service is bad. It's just there's always a long line and you can't go there in less than 10 minutes on any given day at any given time.
Good service and energy. Completely over-employed. Employees crowding the outside seating and not really do much work at all but “hanging-out”. Otherwise good drinks and exciting new opening.
I tried Dutch Bros for the first time and I'm not sure I'm sold just yet and here's why. The coffee that was served to me today didn't taste very rich but just like hot milk. I ordered the truffle caramel mocha (hot) coffee. It was also warm and I had to microwave it at home. Which granted I suppose I needed to ask for it for extra hot but in my opinion it wasn't the right temp when it was served. My husband ordered a pumpkin burlee (hot) and it's considered a less sweet coffee but it didn't taste like pumpkin and it had a very faint taste. For $12 total I'm not sure I would try it again because I feel the staff could use more practice on the recipes perhaps? The service was great and friendly and served in a timely manner but it didn't me give me and my husband that warm and cozy feeling that I kinda expect for my coffee. I think given more time, this chain could grow on me.

The employees are great. But it’s so SLOW. Like at least 30-40 minute wait. And sometimes people who got there after me end up ahead of me in the drive through. Sometimes no one is there is take the orders, then it takes longer cause they have to take it at the window and make it after we’ve already waited like 40minutes. Yesterday was a 40minute wait, 1 person taking orders, most of the time (sometimes they were inside) and 2-3 inside making drinks. They need to staff appropriately
Ordered in the app, checked in at the widow since I made a oops and selected the window option on a cold and windy day. Gal greeted me and confirmed that I was there to pick up, waited by the window trying to block the wind for 23 minutes and then I went to the window and gal again said they are making it now, 16 more mins and I go ask how to cancel the order but gal walks to their fridge and pulls out my drink that they had done apparently and just handed it to me and never once even asked my name or anything no word muttered from her mouth not a single one and so for all she knew it wasn't my order .... But then again I was the only idiot on a cold and windy day app ordering to be picked up at the window....the Drink, cotton candy shake was good a tad on the sweeter side but there are options to adjust if I bother going again. If that's the way they will start being to customers when they clearly make the mistake... just to not even say a single word is amazingly rude it's neat shocking method of business practice. it's a disgusting way to treat someone. It's flat put disrespectful beyond any word that comes to my mind! So drinks can be the best around but if I have to be disrespected while purchasing it, I sure as hell don't want it that badly!

Employees are nice…. HOWEVER, This is the literal SLOWEST coffee shop in general, not just Dutch bros, that I have EVER been to. It should absolutely not take 40 minutes to get coffee when there are only 3 people in the drive through ahead of you. They also ran out of the drink I wanted, so it was a huge waste of time to get something I didn’t even want. Ridiculous.
I understand locations get very busy.. I really do. But this location is so far beyond helpless at this point. I’m not sure if management is not doing the best at training their newer baristas, people not wanting to work, or what is going on — but this is so awful. This location hardly gets drink orders right, always slammed (wait times are never under 15 minutes) and hardly send folks out to take orders. When they do send folks outside to take orders, they prioritize getting one line down THEN the other line, when it needs to be zig zag one then the other. It is such a waste of time, and their poor customer service is the cherry on top. We can read your weekly goals from the drive through line, and what needs to be placed at the top are your: Getting times down, drink accuracy and creating some kind of connection. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt one, two times but three times is really shame on me for coming to this location!
20+ minutes after you order for drive thru?
Service was slow ordered a sugar free carmalizer freeze. It was terrible and full of ice chunks. If your going to open a Dutch bros and expect people to pay top dollar for a drink, at least train employees how to make the drinks correctly and the same everytime.
Staff doesn’t use first come first serve method. If you’re in the wrong line you could be helped after the next two cars who come after you. Happy customers is happy business, please improve your drive through process.
I got in line at around 9:18 and there were a few cars in line in front and behind me. I was in line for 40 minutes and when I got to the window one of the employees ducked down behind the window. Another one came up and told me they were closed and started laughing as I drove away. I understand that they close at 10 the kids working in there were standing around laughing while we were waiting and they didn’t have someone outside taking orders.
I love Dutch bros and was excited for this one to open in town. But this location has messed up my order a few times and they are kinda slow. Today ordered a drink and asked for it hot. Was very disappointed when she handed me an iced coffee. Even tho I live in town I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
Waiting in line for 20mins finally got to the window just to be told they sut down the espresso machine. Then as the person taking our order was talking to us some lady was telling him to go home.
I got a pupaccino for my dog and he reacted really bad to it! His tongue turned purple and couldn’t breathe. I’m pretty sure it was the green treat. Just be careful and ask what the treat as in it before getting it for your dog!
Everytime we come here it’s atleast a 45 minute wait in the drive thru. No one is outside taking orders & this last time I went it was like everyone was on their lunch break sitting at the picnic tables running around. Only 2 people inside taking orders and making the drinks.
If I can give it a -0 I would asked for a large drink no ice and was going to get half of a cup so I guess they sell the ice too never had an issue at other Dutch bros. Very disappointed said it was going to be a up charge if I wanted it to the top 😕 FAIL.......
Literally the worst Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to. I have waited upwards of 25 minutes more times than I’d like to admit. Once there was only 4 cars in front of me, and still waited 25+ minutes. It seems this stand lacks problem solving skills.. today is NO DIFFERENT. Never again.. new staff/more training/better supervisor or manager. What is the problem here???
I’ve been to my fair share of Dutch Brose my local Dutch Brose is the one in Martinez and I go twice a month minimum. We always stop at this Dutch Brose when we’re going from the bay to LA I will never be going back to this Dutch post to say the least they were so cold. Usually Dutch Bros baristas are very friendly and they brighten up your day by asking questions. These seemed rushed and bland, and there was absolutely no line I then ordered a rebel blended and a soda blended but they gave it to me on the rocks and I thought that maybe they did something to my drink because they were mad. I corrected them but in reality, both of our drinks tasted like the ice was stinky. I don’t know if that makes sense but basically when you leave ice next to some stinky food, the ice takes that flavor and I can taste it every time I slept on my drink, I didn’t even finish. It was disgusting.
I wanted to try the coffee at this place for a long time. Finally we got a chance when I was in a road trip so o stopped by this place. I was so disappointed because they took almost an hour. The baristas took so long also seems that they didn’t know what they were doing. Literally was a chaos. Unfortunately for me I was stuck in the drive thru, so no way to get out of there. I regretted so much that decision. Finally I tough myself the experience was not going to be that bitter of the coffee was good. What’s my surprise that the coffee was TERRIBLE. I didn’t even finished it. My recommendation is DO NOT STOP THERE. Or go to the Starbucks that is right across the street. If I could give zero stars I will do it

Seems like this location really needs to get organized and get employees that are more sympathetic. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
