The perfect way to end a relaxing afternoon at the spa. I tried the vegetarian pizza (€8) and the chocolate truffle (€6), both delicious. Even though I'm a fan of Neapolitan pizza, I have to admit this one was truly on par with it. The service was quite helpful and quick. The quality/price ratio was good (€8-10 for most pizzas and €6 for all desserts). We'll definitely be back!

Next time I book, I'll ask if there's a table full of parents and preschoolers, making it impossible to converse with their fellow diners. Last night, the noise was unbearable. When I paid, I asked if such a noisy situation is the norm or an exception, and they told me they can't refuse reservations (??), but I had asked something else. Despite all this, the food was very good.

We went to themed dinners twice. On the first night (porcini mushroom night), everything was perfect. On the second night (pumpkin night), it was an absolute disaster, not because of the food—no complaints about that, a 10/10—but because of the rude and impolite staff. We were a table of four adults and three children, and they did everything they could to send them away, with the entertainment staff rushing them away, yelling, "We're eating, not talking." They struggled to prepare food for them because the kids only had pizza (it's a shame they offered us the kids' menu on the first night!!!). When I asked for something else because my son doesn't eat pizza, they were so annoyed they offered nuggets and chips (inedible). When they served us, they threw plates at us and almost spilled risotto on us without even apologizing. Unfortunately, we'll never go back, and it's a shame because the themed dinners are really good, unlike the waitresses.

The lunch break is acceptable. I have to say that the waiters are not very polite, especially the brunette girl who works the cash register. She has a really rude attitude. We wanted to pay the bill separately but she rudely told us that the computer does the total or divides by the number of people. This seems absurd to me. We are in 2025. Wake up or change your computer program!!!!

I've eaten there several times, and while the food is good, the service leaves much to be desired. Only once were we properly served, with a very friendly approach and the bread and cheese brought to us for the pasta. However, on all other occasions, this wasn't the case, even when we saw it happening at neighboring tables. This suggests that the quality of service depends solely on how the waiter perceives you, despite the expectation of receiving complete service when visiting and paying for it. In particular, one of the waiters often serves in a bad mood and with a negative attitude. It would be advisable for them to train their staff to provide better service.

The setting isn't bad, but the bar service is inadequate. At the table inside, two aperitifs—of poor quality—were served in plastic cups: a choice that's certainly not eco-friendly, and frankly incomprehensible. The restaurant/pizzeria service also suffers from a less-than-stellar quality. In both cases, the prices are too high, inconsistent with the quality and service. There's room for improvement.

Esperienza deludente al massimo, ci siamo trovati per caso perché dovevamo partecipare a delle gare di nuoto, premesso che arrivavamo da fuori Pavia, abbiamo pensato di fermarci a consumare tre primi che sono stati serviti dopo 25 minuti di attesa e con la quantità di un ristorante a 5 stelle, ripeto quantità e non qualità, nonostante il ristorante fosse ancora vuoto, ma la cosa ancora più deludente che purtroppo solo la sera al rientro a casa (Como) per caso ho guardato lo scontrino e mi rendo conto che era stato segnato un dolce di 7€ da noi mai ordinato, chiamo il ristorante per segnalare il fatto e mi viene risposto che chi lavora può sbagliare, premetto che era successo anche con altri clienti nella stessa giornata, sempre della nostra comitiva del nuoto. Segnalo non solo per la scorrettezza ma soprattutto perché dalla tizia che diceva di essere la responsabile mi sento pure giustificare l’accaduto. Potrei pure pensare che possa essere stato fatto di proposito, sapendo che eravamo di passaggio. E pensare che volevamo organizzare per le prossime gare, anche il pranzo per tutto lo staff, mai più.

Il ristorante, anche se non eccezionale, è di buon livello. In questo caldo agosto l'assenza di aria climatizzata lo rende assolutamente non accettabile e consigliabile. Sostituire l'aria condizionata con l'apertura, soprattutto nelle ore serali, di grandi vetrate esterne rende possibile la ventilazione soltanto da mosche e zanzare ( particolarmente numerose nel pavese) che rendono assolutamente difficoltosa la permanenza a cena.

Solo un messaggio di lamentela che probabilmente finirà anche nell recensioni. Non è possibile che per gli studenti sia vietato fare assolutamente qualsiasi cosa! Sto consumando e studiando, non va bene perché non si può studiare al bar. Sto consumando e giocando a carte, non si può giocare a carte. È vergognoso che gli studenti che vogliono bersi un caffè e avere un posto per rilassarsi non possono fare niente! Io comprenderei se non stessimo consumando, ma tutte le volte stavamo mangiando/bevendo qualcosa preso dal bar!

Unfortunately, I have to share a very disappointing experience. We booked by email, and they told us that they would call us to confirm, but that never happened. In the end, we were the ones who had to call to make sure the reservation was confirmed. Once we arrived, the situation did not improve. Even though we were seated promptly at 12:30 with a table reserved for 14 people, the service was disastrous. The courses were served without any order: those who had ordered a first course had to wait an hour and a half to receive a simple pasta, which also arrived raw! The risotto, on the other hand, was served together with the second course, forcing us to eat it cold, an unforgivable mistake for a restaurant that should take care of the details. The wine we had requested was not available, and instead of offering an alternative they invited us to look in the pantry personally, a decidedly unprofessional solution. The tuna steak was terrible and the meat was very tough, practically inedible. The only positive note: the octopus, which I must say I liked. The pizza, on the other hand, was average, nothing special but at least acceptable. Despite the kindness of the waiters, the service was terrible and the overall experience decidedly poor. We won't be back

Students are prohibited from doing anything. Even if you're consuming products purchased at the bar, you can't study or play cards. However, you are allowed to buy a coffee and read the newspaper for hours while occupying the table. Furthermore, if someone at a table brings food from home for essential purposes, they can't consume it (even though everyone else at the table is consuming products from the bar).
