Service if you are working the drive thru learn to talk to your customers, the food has gone down hill, I was in the drive thru

Look, the food is great. It tastes fresh and it's hot. My qualm is with missing things in my order. I always get the French DIP that comes with a side of au jus to DIP the sandwich in. Out of the 3 times I have gone, twice I did not receive it. This time, they asked if I wanted sauce, I said JUST THE AU JUS THAT COMES WITH IT. My mistake for not checking at the window, but I get home and as usual, no au jus. I give up. Arbys is tasty but the workers obviously don't pay much attention. Also, if there are multiple cars in line, you better be ready to wait a longggg time. I've wondered why they are always pretty slow there because it is good food, but I guess many people have had issues there. Service was friendly, just not competent apparently.

Food is fine, same quality as usual and the story is clean and the people are friendly. The problem has nothing to do with this store but with Arby’s corporate taking away the potato cakes again. If and when the potato cakes come back, so will I.

Food is hit or miss. Literally 50/50 chance you have amazing food or a lackluster experience. Staff is somewhat friendly depending on who is working. Service is quick regardless of whom is working. Facility inside does look like it could use some serious elbow grease in the cleaning department though.

Didn't listen to my order, fish sandwich no lettuce, of course had lettuce, asked for ketchup, guess what no ketchup, beef n cheddar barely had cheddar on it...won't be going back here

Geeez. The guy at the drive thru "named Order Taker" really needs to go to customer service training before interacting with ANY humans. YOU work there, which is why I asked you questions that, as a customer, I would not know the answers to. The rudeness for explanation of the $4.99 meal deal was not needed. So, to add cheese its double the price of the meal. Got it. I will say the Steak nuggets are small for $6 but very good though.

Just received my second delivery order in the past week. Food is good but both times i did not receive my sauce packets. Arbys roast beef sandwiches are better with sauce.

Service was terrible and it’s that way the 2 times I’ve been a chubby taller gentleman was rude orders a certain lemonade never called me to say it was ready so when I went for napkins midway finishing my food and I asked if the drink was mine and he was like well did you order it in a rude tone (many other people in there could’ve been anybodys and my number or name wasn’t called) this was a month ago fast forward today we weren’t greeted (when given my money he crumbled it and folded my receipt) 3 customers came in behind us (all the same race) he greeted them, very kind over the top nice and told them all if they needed anything to let him know he’ll gladly help ( I needed a small to go bag went up to asl for one he had a very annoyed face at me gave it to me I said thank you & he was hush quite no your welcome) but the service and demeanor was very ugly and different towards me and my mother vs the other costumers it was obvious and not a good feeling jobs should always be professional regardless of how you feel towards a customers skin tone and race

I didn't think customer service could be worse than Tacobells... i was wrong. This place's customer service is even worse. I'd give 0 stars if I could, and we'll definitely not be back.

Ordered two roast beef gyro meals. (With curly fries) These meals were terrible. The fries look like they were the left over crumbs from what was cooked from the original curly fries from the deep fryer. The gyros had very little tomatoes and onions. Hardly no beef, lots of sauce and bread. Of course, no lettuce. Didn't review the orders until I arrived home 15 min away. Needless to say $20.00 spent on trash. I will never go to this Arby's again. And will tell everyone I know and meet to stay away from this place.
