We had been here couple of times. One of my favorite with family. Breads are always fresh and sandwiches are made to order right in front of you.

The staff at this Schlotsky's are always helpful and attentive. The food is standard Schlotsky's fare, which is good, even though not super. I recommend eating here is you're looking for a good sandwich :-)

I placed an order through their app. Went to pick up through the drive thru. I was greeted immediately when I pulled to the speaker. Got to the window and was again greeted but with a young gentleman smiling. Service was phenomenal and the food was hot and fresh!

The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant was clean and well organized. There were plenty of good options to choose from on the menu. The employees were attentive and gave service with a smile. The food was great. This is a good place to stop for a quick bite or a leisurely meal.

This was my first time and I did dine in! Good food and atmosphere was chill.

This is one of the few eateries in Pearland where you can actually get very good service.

I love Schlotzky's sandwiches and my wife love the pizza and soup. The original is what I always get. The pizza has virtually no sauce and the soup has broccoli stalks. It's fast and delicious. It's a little pricey but nothing else tastes like it. Also they have the best water, it tastes very clean and cold in the pellet ice.

I’ve been here a few times, it’s a sandwich shop with some extras. Why I gave this place specifically 5 stars is due to their employees. They always have such a positive attitude and seem like they care.

I came to get a turkey sandwich for my daughter because she loves them from here. I could see them through the drive through window preparing my food when the strangest thing happened.... ....I actually saw them take a fresh Apple, wash it thoroughly, cut it up (neatly), and put it in a container. It can't get any fresher than that!!!!

Schlotzsky's always has the best sandwiches ever but you better be ready to drop $30.00 for a large (full sandwich) combo. It's stupidly expensive for a sandwich a tiny bag of chip crumbles, and a drink combo that probably cost them no more than $3.00. Anyway I'm sure I'll continue to pay the premium for a quality sandwich... Thanks Schlotz

Food was fresh and delicious. It was coming out of the oven as I walked in the door. The lady behind the counter was friendly and polite. Our order was 100% accurate! Love those pizzas!

This Schlotzsky's has been so consistent with their sandwiches. I usually ordered drive thru or get it delivered. Most of the time, I order the Turkey Bacon Smoke Cheesy and not once has it NOT taste so addictive! All the workers have been so polite and quick with their sandwich-making. I find myself coming back here few times a month.

Love the Flatbreads. They give u a good amount of food. Never disappointed

Awesome food we come every time we visit from Baton Rouge. I think it would benefit the restaurant a lot if they work on the exterior lighting or remove the window tint so that you can see that its open. Every time we come, it looks like the place is closed down, especially during the evenings. The customer service is always great

I went today to order one of their delicious pizzas and although the store was busy the young lady at the register was so helpful. I think her name was Anna or something! 10/10 just based on the service. I will definitely be back, you could really tell that the workers care about you.

The lady's at the register, are so respectful. The store is very clean. my only problem is that the cook doesn't wear glove. I ask the lady to ask her to put glove on, and she got upset to cashier. The old lady haves no business working there. she cant even follow simple direction.

We love eating this place every time we come from Louisiana. They need to adjust the timers on the lighting and maybe remove the window tent. Every time we come past dark the place looks closed. Even when you pass from the street, it looks like it’s closed. The food is always good and so is the service. I would just remove the window tint and get some exterior lighting.

It's been a long time since I've stopped and had a really great Schlotzskys sandwich. This place was no exception. Tye service was top notch friendly and the food was every bit as delicious as I remembered. Love the chips also as they are so thin and crispy. Can't wait to stop here again.

A beautiful interior, very clean dining room and bathroom. Schlotzsky's is the best when it comes to sandwiches. Don't believe me? Try an original whatever size you like and tell me it's not the best thing you've ever put in your mouth. Their prices are not the cheapest but it's well worth it.

I went through the drive through everything was fabulous. The lost start is because the meat they serve is regular beef. I thought it was roast beef. There is a big difference.

I am very impressed with the California Chicken w/avocados Flatbread. It is drizzled with a tangy sauce, chunks of grilled chicken on crunchy flatbread, and fresh pieces of avocados on top. Good crunchy goodness. I would like the flatbread to be a little thicker.

Offering drive thru only at the present time. Service was a little slow on this occasion, but the BOGO pizza deal they run every Wednesday is great.

The girl at the drive thru window made my caramel pecan bon to delight. It was hot, fresh and very good. Other times I have visited this location it hadn't been so good customer service in particular. But I must say pleased during this visit. Likely to return.

Staff was short handed but Manager jumped in to help with every aspect from taking orders, making orders, drive thru, filling ice machine, cleaning tables, and still kept a smile on her face while talking to guest during lunch rush. Great job.

Love it! They have most, if not all sandwiches in a small, medium and large version. P.S. the Large is the size of a small pizza! I love the combinations of meat, cheese and bread and they are very friendly.

I like Schlotzsky's a lot but they do a terrible job on the Cinnabons. I asked an employee why they were so hard and stale. He said they have to sell the oldest ones first. Yuck! I asked if I could have a softer one and he said no that he has to sell the oldest first. The Schlotzsky's food is awesome! But don't buy a Cinnabon.

Always go and get the Wednesday 2 for 1 pizza. $10 for 2 pizzas. Good deal. Bbq chicken and jalapeño is always a great choice.

The lady taking the orders must have been the owner, if not, they need to replace her. She was slow and could not ring up the special they had going. She screwed up my order and had to go back and tell the staff what.my order was. The staff made sure the order was correct.

I had been craving a good sandwich. So I decided on Schlotzsky's because I hadn't had it in over 2 yrs due to pandemic. It really hit the spot. The sandwich was fresh and the flavor was exactly how I remembered. I love a place that is consistent and delivers a great product. The only regret I have is I didn't get a cinnabon... otherwise it was a great experience.

Love Schlotzsky's but over the years, the size keeps getting smaller, and price gets more expensive. This location puts the bare minimum on the sandwich. Very stingy. No sauce packets for to go orders.

Great sandwiches but my Cinnabons I think were warmed up too much that they were hard

Use to love their food hadn't been in a long time. But I had a coupon for a free sandwich, so decided to try it. I got the one coupon was for. They still charged me full price. The potato soup was alright but not thick and creamy as advertised. And my sandwich bread was too crunch and hard. Moms was much better. Our meal ended up costing me around $25 for two small sandwiches, one suposed to be free, a cup of soup and a med drink . For our tight budget that's too much for not so great food.

Just not what it used to be, the roast beef was tough and the prices are ridiculous.

Of course that food was good. It's Schlotzsky's. However when we visited there were maybe 3 tables with people at them, but several of the empty tables had not been busted. The bathroom needed some attention, but wasn't bad. It was obvious that the front of the house needed some attention.

The guy behind the counter has half a brain when trying to order, ignores you when you wait patiently at the counter for some condiments, spoke the laziest english, and just generally seemed disingenuous. Simpleton. Food was great.

I Ordered a strawberry chicken salad. The Lettuce was wilted. And was just piled on the Plate. This was was disgusting 🤮

Me and my fiancé come here all the time we always come in the evening. This particular time we decided to go a littler early and ran into the manager Tina, she was extremely rude and even rude with the young lady that was helping us at the register which lead me to write this review. Either of the 3 of us didn’t deserve her attitude, especially us the customer that’s spending our money. But clearly she didn’t give a damn It’s was something going on with there system and ending up charging us twice. & plus our food seemed rushed and thrown together , she was preparing it as well, I believe she was getting ready to get off so she didn’t care about nothing or her attitude. So if you need help around the time Tina is there and about to get off expect an attitude.

Restaurant was clean, and employees were nice, however the Cinnabon was burnt and they knew it before giving it to me. Not only did they not offer any way to correct it (like taking from a different box) they still served from the same tray for the next few customers.

I have eaten schlotzsky's alot and I know the buns should not be that over crunchy it feels like your putting weapons in your mouth also this place is not that clean.

Stopped in for Cinnabon and coffee. Cinnabon was hard (sign of being old) and coffee via keurig (customer self serves).

Their food is good but they lack in customer service skills. 2 people working and they don't talk at all.. The atmosphere in there just wasn't comfortable.

My daughter ordered turkey breast sandwich but it was nit good. It tasted like nail paint!

I asked the cashier about the different sauce options since this was my first time visiting this establishment. The lady proceeds to tell me “I don’t mean to be rude but the menu is online” excuse me? I’m not ordering online I’m here in person. Please be mindful that you need customers in order to have a job so please be more patient and show grace to your customers.

Terrible. Sent me a coupon for a free sandwich on my birthday and then refused to honor the coupon that they sent me claiming it doesn’t work even though I have a valid email and reward within the app.

The customer service is horrible and the drive thru person was rude and short with responses. I love this place but would drive to another one just to avoid the service.

Dam cinnabuns was dry like they was 4 days old and all they did was put hot icing on them. 😔

I was charged the price of a small drink for a can coke. Then i was charged the price of a medium drink for icefor that can coke that I already paid over 2 dollars for.

It took an hour just to get one Cinnabon classic. Once I ordered the Cinnabon and the lady put it in the microwave another employee came and took it out to sell it to someone else in total disregard to the fact that the lady had told him that it was already purchased. I thought that sucked, anyways I did get the another Cinnabon in the end. Just not the one I had chosen first... Mind you again this is after an hour wait.👎👎👎👎

Ordered a soup and pizza from here for the family. Soup tasted sour and the taste of the pizza was off. We are all experiencing food poisoning, will not be coming back to this location.

Sat in drive-through line for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the window I sat there for another minute . Nobody came to the window, so I gave up and drove off.

First time at shlotzskys establishment and not really impressed. Menu was unclear as to ingredients in sandwiches, clerk was overwhelmed by long line, and paying $12 for a sandwich, chips and a small soda was pretty expensive for what was served. As a working class person, that is pretty expensive for not much food.

I asked for cheese and they didn’t put any on either sandwich. I know it’s kinda hard to hear through the intercom, (I work in fast food too) but he should’ve repeated our order if he was confused. I asked twice for it.

Service is horrible, not paying attention to detail, Cinnabons are old, crunchy, small and stale. If this place had any competition nextdoor it will absolutely fail.

Ordered my food then watched everybody behind me in line receive their order and almost finish..then the manager didn’t have the courage and apologize for the inconvenience... good food with horrible service.

It's as if the workers don't read. They ignored every customization I made to my sandwich and sent it. They didn't even grab the correct chips.

Went through the drive-thru, the person taking order was Uninterested and rude. I thought they used to have a cobb salad. They now call it something else. So I decided to try the new salad, that sounded like what I wanted. Then she didn't hear my apology, or that I did want the salad she suggested after all. So I had to repeat it all, again. I drive right up to the window. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant, it was off peak hours. I could see at least 3 people in there. Yet after about 5 mins, no one came to the window to greet, take money, or acknowledge me at all. As I continued to wait, I felt uncomfortable waiting for food from this rude, somewhat angry person, that took my order. So I just left. I hope they close down. I'm surprised they haven't. I never see much business. Customer service used to be great. Oh btw Jason's Deli, a couple blocks away, had a similar salad, it was devine, and delicious, and so was the customer SERVICE!

My mother just went in to order the whole family dinner. She stood there maybe and waited for a bit and saw a couple of girls walk back and forth behind the counter. She was never acknowledged. When she finally got the attention of one of the girls, she proceeded to ask her if there was anyone that was taking orders. Mind you she was the only customer inside and there was no one at the drive thru window. The girl said that she was the one taking orders but she was busy doing something else. My mother said something else about not being acknowledged the girl then proceeded to her her "well ma'am if you don't like it then you can just turn right around and go out the way you came in." This is absolutely unacceptable! I understand when you are busy with something and can't stop for a second but that doesn't mean u have to completely ignore and be rude. I have worked in the food service before. She should have just said I'm sorry ma'am, I will be right with in a moment. This is the worst experience we have EVER had anywhere! We will not ever be coming back to this location agin! That was absolutely uncalled for!

What can I say? This is the reason why I feel justified in wondering why fast food workers should get 15$ an hour. Also dead cockroach on the floor under the cart where to go orders are put. I’m so done with this place .

Don't go to this location. I found a long hair in my food once. I found out the owner prepares the food sometimes, and she refuses to wear a hairnet or gloves even though people have complained. I spoke to her about it after it happened, but I guess she doesn't care.

They had a sign on door lobby is closed at 3pm we just went in and got our order. One giant schlotzskys and she charge us $17.00 she didn't give us no receipt we paid cash.We got there at 12:50 I called and they told me with taxes we should have paid $17.84

Cold old bread today… usually a good sandwich … but if they don’t make the dough that day you’re gonna have a bad time .. seems like what happen to my sandwich today .. oh and I had to cook my potato soup until potatoes were soft enough to eat .. owning a franchise is about caring who you hire and how you copy the Company’s formula .. if sandwiches aren’t what you love you should try another franchise …

My wife and I ordered meals to go. Upon arriving home, we discovered that our sandwiches were not made correctly. I usually don't complain about a one-off issue, but this has happened three times in a row! Three separate times, I ordered a #4 turkey bacon club with extra bacon, extra turkey, and extra sauce. What I got was a plain, unmodified #4. Either the sandwich builder isn't paying attention to the ticket, or they just don't care. Either way, you don't get what you ask for.

my coworker picked up a cinnamon roll for me and i ate few bites before i realized there was little friend in there waiting for me. other than the FLY the cinnamon roll pieces were hard & cold. not very good overall. it’s the cinnamon roll middle pieces and it was giving middle pieces . crunchy ash.

My husband ordered 3 sandwiches but we received only 2. One was a Cheese Original extra crispy, for me. He asked what comes on it besides cheese. They said, "Olives, tomatoes, onions, mayo, mustard, and lettuce. The Cheese Original they gave him had no toppings and the bread was hard and BURNT. Just two pieces of BURNT bread smashed together with BURNT cheese in the middle. Extra crispy means it gets run through twice; no more. They must've ran it through 4 times. The lighting in the pic really does it justice because it is much darker in person. Don't forget they only gave us 2 out of the 3 sandwiches we paid for. They're not answering the phone and we live in 20 minutes away. Never again.
