I’m happy I checked my order before I left because they shorted me 2 sandwiches. The chicken and the nuggets were close to being burnt. I have never had chicken sandwiches or nuggets so dark. I will never go back to this location again.

The service here is subpar. The management needs to buckle down on their employees. I've visited this location several times and it was impossible to find a clean table. They do not go around and clean up after or even greet the customers.

My sandwich had almost no lettuce, the chicken was super chewy and the waffle fries were almost room temperature. Ruined my day as I was expecting the usual top notch quality meal I would get from a chick fil an establishment.

Food is okay, fries cold and bland. Float was good. However the employee who took my order walked away from the register multiple times and repeated my order back to me wrong twice. Not even during a rush and the staff was extremely unorganized and had a lobby full of guests unnattended to or waiting for food for 20/30+ minutes.

just had the rudest employee we asked for extra sauce and she said “i already put some in the bag” and we said “can we just get 2 more” and said she again “i already put some in the bag” ignored us and looked away. This was the rudest encounter i’ve ever had here which sucks because i enjoy coming here I always treat the employees nice and for her to be rude for absolutely no reason is upsetting bc she shouldn’t work there if that’s how she’s gonna act towards customers.

Everytime we go to this chick-fil-a something about our order is messed up, incorrect, forgotten, or cancelled. We've had order items missed. We've had order items completely wrong. We've had orders that were cancelled without reason when ordering online and no warning until we've arrived to pick up the order and wasted time to drive to this location. In our most recent experience, we ordered a 10 Count tender and were only given 7. The complete lack of attention to detail is evident within this establishment. Find another Chick-fil-a in your area before you go think about bringing your business here.

I am a LOYAL customer, I enjoy eating at this restaurant but lately the service at this store is terrible, the "girls" just spend their time chatting and looking at their cell phones, even the manager. I always order online but lately my order isn't ready, I've seen people who are drivers for (Dordash), grubhub, and uber eat, they have them waiting and their food is there and they don't give it to them because they are chatting. I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP US. I DON'T WANT TO CHANGE MY BREAKFAST HERE. THE FOOD IS THE ONLY THING WORTH IT HERE!!!

I always use DoorDash from Monday to Friday. They always send me a message that my food is coming late and the Manager tells them it will take more than 20 minutes. It's not fair to me since the cost is more. it's not fair ⭐️

I go here and pay extra for a sandwich to hear my pleasure,when I don't hear it the team needs to do better. On top of that they gave me me a secret menu item the kids menu sandwich this I took two bites and my sandwich was done. How do you let a tiny piece of chicken pass to a customer like this.

Gave us 1/3 of the chicken on our sandwich. I was headed to L.A. so I couldn't turn back but took the pictures to prove it. Unacceptable for such an expensive sandwich.

Update: Without notice this location chooses to close their dining room at 9pm. Only door dash and drivethru available. Update your hours if you don't want dine in customers! I am totally dissatisfied with this location. Terrible disservice to customers that can't go thru the drive thru. Precious visit: Did notice an employee not washing hands while I was using the sink. Just a urinal visit, zip and exit. My only hope is he washed them back at the front counter area.

I just wanted two more chick fil a sauces at the window which I always get when I come here. This time for some reason they were extremely adamant that they can’t and won’t give me two more like I usually order. I like it with both my nuggets and fries and 2-3 isn’t enough. So they gave me ranch instead because they somehow can do that but not exchange it for the sauce I actually want. Tell me how that makes sense? Then of course they also get my drink size wrong. Are they really going to keep up stupid rule changes like this for a 10 cent sauce packet when food prices are rising fast enough? Really?
