I went inside this morning because the drive thru had a bit of a drive. I got my food promptly and everything was right but the reason for my review is I could see they were hustling but things were going slower. The manager apologized it was talking a moment longer on my caramel frappe because several of their machines weren't working right. I thought it was wonderful that instead of telling people "no, it's down" they were finding work arounds. I really needed my frappe this morning and am so grateful they were making it happen!!! Keep up the good work!!!

When this posted it chose a McDonald's in Perryville, TX. My attempts to rectify this mix-up have thus far failed. I have been to the Mac in Perryville, very nice but this review is about the Wendy's in Liberal, KS. Okay, this is a very, new style Wendy's. Super cool inside. Very open and inviting. I had a special order and they prepared my burgers the way I asked. Friendly, new and very convenient...definitely the one to go to in Liberal. Addition, obviously this is a Wendy's review Google decided to change the location and name. I have been to the Mac in Perryville, TX...it was nice.

Fast service, hot breakfast in less than 5 minutes. Need to stay on top of refilling the hand sanitizer dispenser by the door now more than ever though.

My husband and I did a mobile order. And when we had driven up to the drive through we were greeted with a “what do you want”. Normally I will let that go because I have worked fast food before, but after I had double checked to make sure we had everything I noticed that I was missing my hot and spicy MccChicken. So I went in with my receipt and the first thing I noticed was the manager already giving me a dirty look. Now this manager I have already an issue with before. Giving dirty looks to every customer and rolling her eyes and grumbling when we inform her of missing drinks or orders. She normally works the evening shift. 4:04 was the time I walked in today. I never know her name for she doesn’t wear a name tag. But after I waited for a second or two a crew member asked if I was forgetting something so I showed her my receipt and informed her I was missing my sandwich. She immediately went and found it for me but I did not appreciate the way I was handed it. I did have my hand ready to receive it but it was basically thrown into my hand with a “I’m sorry you forgot your sandwich.” I have never badly reviewed anyone before but this shift at McDonald’s honestly is not it. Most of them glare at every customer and groan when someone just wants help receiving proper service as in getting everything they ordered and paid for. The food was still good but the service ruined the experience. I understand forgetfulness happens but to great every customer with an attitude will and should not fly.

The food was great but the service was mid the reason I rated so low is because my cousin had the same toy like last time he came and I ask if he can get a other toy and the worker said they are all the same bruh😡😡😡

I've been stuck in this town for 2 days now. Came to this McDonald's 2x and both times they have messed up my order. When I told the lady handing me my food this morning that it was wrong she looked at me like she wanted to punch me in the face. I ordered a sausage muffin NO CHEESE, they gave me ham with cheese which I am HIGHLY allergic to. I told her it was wrong and she just gave me attitude like I was inconvenience to her. Then asked me to park around the corner to wait on the correct food. I asked for napkins and sugar for my coffee and she huffed and puffed. I mean I get it you guys want us to hurry and get out of line but DON'T BE RUDE AFTER Y'ALL MESSED UP MY FOOD!!!! Yesterday was a huge deal trying to just place the order. It's not rocket science it's burgers!!! If you hate your job then go get another one. I want to be greeted with happy people and a smile! I hope you guys fix this for your future customers!!! Give NAPKINS ASK IF WE WOULD LIKE CONDIMENTS AND SMILE!!! Have a blessed day!!!

I'm sure they're good kids but they miss details all the time on the drive through. One time it's regular not diet that you asked for. Next time I'm missing half the sides. Another time it's the wrong size item. This time the large fries were half full. I can't trust that my order will be right. So, here I am. It's tiresome.

Clean restrooms and good coffee, however the service and management need improvement. We had to ask the cashier for our change. Our order was incomplete, we had to ask for the second coffee and half and half. The apple pies we were given were "good by 9:20 1/10/20", we received them after 10:00. Much confusion and not much competence.

Went through the drive thru after placing an online order. Staff were very rude. Closed the window on me not giving me my drinks. Asked why I was still waiting and had an attitude when I had asked for my frappe and the large soda I had ordered. Lady rolled her eyes at me after I showed her my paid moblie order. Proceed to shove the drinks at me almost causing them to spill. I will be contacting corporate. I used to work for mcdonalds as a manager and this is by far the worst store and management I have ever seen. You are allowing staff to treat your customers with disrespect. Youre allowing them to get violent and allowing then to steal from customers. I hope corporate gets it together and fixes this before gets worse.

Pulled up to drive through and ordered 2 breakfast burritos and a small tea. Pulled up to the window and ask what i ordered and she had a combo on there and a large tea . Not what i ordered i asked again for the 2 burritos and a small tea rolled her eye and gave me a receipt. Pulled up to next window got a large tea and 2 burritos and a hash brown. Didn’t need the hash browns and wanted a small tea. Employees are rude and i guess have little to no training. Not the first time i have had problems here. We threw out the hash browns dont like them . Mcdonalds needs to do better
