Good morning, I'd like to share my experience as a Rimini native in Peschiera Borromeo. I come regularly and I enjoy having a top-notch breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this bar. What can I say...I don't write many reviews, but when I do, and because it's worth it, why not stop by and stop at this bar? I always stop by and never go anywhere else for various reasons. 1. They're professional, and they make you feel at home...you feel welcomed...pampered in every way. They understand you, but they have a sensitivity that, having traveled the world, I've never found. 2. Cleanliness, and importantly, the restrooms are always clean...hygienic, and toilet paper and constant checks of the restrooms. 3. They're friendly, they joke with you...but with the right level of professionalism. 4. If you don't stop by, you don't know what you're missing. 5. Breakfast and brioche...checcherato and gelato, first courses, and menu are top-notch. 5. Thanks to Salvatore and his staff.

Locale bello, ben arredato per un ottima colazione, aperitivo o per una semplice "pausa". Parcheggio comodissimo esterno e ha anche un dehor. Personale cordiale e gentile, prezzi nella norma. Consigliato.

It's always a pleasure to stop for a coffee or breakfast. The friendly, clean atmosphere and helpful staff make it even more enjoyable. The coffee is excellent, and there are a variety of croissant flavors. They also offer a savory breakfast, and all gluten-free products are carefully packaged.

Bar with outdoor seating, small inside tables—two people can fit comfortably, but three might struggle. The staff is friendly, welcoming, almost family-like. The "pelatone" (the big guy) is the king of the place, with a firm, reassuring handshake. Wide selection of sweet and savory pastries. Various sandwiches. I recommend this place for the reasons mentioned above. Clean atmosphere.

I confess that I have not frequented this bar often and instead I found good service, nice people and many opportunities for a breakfast or snack or even for a different coffee. Great attention to background music, quality and for those who are no longer very young, pleasant to listen to while sipping a drink. This was a comment from several months ago now, after some time, I would do it again with even more conviction.

It's nice that you're in uniform. Maybe a few less breakfasts, but order and cleanliness are better. Then I think the clientele is the same everywhere. Middle class or commuters, it doesn't matter; above that, it's always friendliness. The product on sale always has a reason. If any customer asks for things beyond their means, it's just arrogance. You're at the service of the customers, but not slaves. Below that, it's servitude.

I'm giving it two stars for the food because I'm sorry (it deserves only one star), but it's a place where I used to enjoy myself. I've had both breakfast and lunch here over the years, and I can say that every year, both the quality of the food and the service decline. The staff is friendly, but I go to a cafeteria for a fresh croissant, soft and sometimes even warm, not yesterday's, or even the one the day before yesterday, hard and crumbling (you can immediately tell it's not fresh). I advise the management to focus more on product quality and not quantity. It doesn't matter if you have ten thousand types of croissants if you don't sell everything and save them for the next day. With the prices they have, they need to provide fresh products. The toast I had here one day was inedible; the ham was old. Definitely not fresh. I can tell the difference between a freshly cooked product and one that's several days old. I only recommend the herbal teas, which are really good. There's room for improvement. Years ago, it wasn't like this.

I'm forced to leave an extremely negative review regarding my recent experience at New Caffè Borromeo. While I understand the current difficulties, rude and disrespectful behavior is never excusable, especially in a business that serves customers. I was there during a very busy time, with the place packed and only one barista managing the customers. While I understand the stress and pressure that comes with it, the approach of the staff (or rather, the sole operator) was unacceptable. • Disrespectful and Rude Attitude: Politeness and tolerance are fundamental in life, and even more so in customer service. Despite having been polite and having consumed our drinks regularly, the attitude we received was, to say the least, rude and disrespectful. This type of behavior completely negates any pleasure derived from the drink. • Poor Crowd Management: I understand that working alone with a full restaurant is difficult, but if you're unable to remain calm and polite under pressure, it's a clear sign that you need to reorganize. I strongly advise management: if attendance is consistently this high, it's essential to hire and train additional staff. A customer shouldn't have to pay for staff frustration due to poor organization. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise against this establishment to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and minimally courteous service.

Nine times out of ten, the croissants are stale and reheated. I'm sure I didn't go to the wrong café. I've been there several times, the coffee is excellent, but the croissants are just not up to par. This Monday morning, the takeaway croissants—one empty, one jam—were clearly reheated and stale.
