Super excited we have Pink Owl. The coffee is DELISH!! The staff super efficient and friendly! No snooty baristas here!! I ordered iced coffee with a splash of oat milk & a dash of choc syrup, my sister had a latte! So happy with the coffee we went back the next day. My new fav coffee place.
Visiting from out of town, stopped here for breakfast. It was a great choice - food and coffee were both great, served outside. Friendly staff, highly recommended! I don't know the full story with the breast cancer support cause, but well done for that - another reason to support them.
Coffee was good, as well as the pastries, cookies etc. Atmosphere is pretty nice and the service was great. Thanks 😉
Cool coffee shop with quite an expansive menu. I had the strawberry chai with oat milk and it was interesting in a mostly good way!
A great coffee shop. Plenty of seating, electrical outlets, friendly staff, and delicious drinks. I like that they had reading material. My partner said that her latte was not mixed well but it tasted good. Arrived on a Thursday around 11am, they had parking available. It is also next to a whole foods market.
Delicious mochi donuts (Vietnamese coffee flavor and passionfruit are so good!) and very helpful, friendly service. Great coffee! Just discovered it and immediately loved this place.
Pink Owl is great! Very friendly staff! Good coffee! Definitely worth going to! Have a great day!😃☕️🦉
One of the best shots of espresso I've ever had. I'm really regretting not picking up some of their pounds of craft roasted coffee. No bitterness, perfectly pulled, and delicious. Ruined me for all other coffee places in the area. Amazing. I'll be back very soon.
Adorable coffee shop! Great selection of drinks and breakfast foods and friendly and efficient staff. This will be a daily stop for our entire trip!

This is an amazing find in the city of Petaluma. Right in the heart of things next to whole foods. Their coffee is truly unique. Even the coffee black tastes like Smokey rainbows. The atmosphere is quaint and the art is captivating. You will not be disappointed if you take my word for it. They even have a community bulletin board. Oh, and the barista ladies are Angels.😉😎
I absolutely LOVE the staff at pink owl in Petaluma (especially Aleya) she makes the best drinks!!
Pink Owl Coffee is such a great spot. Their chai is so good, and I really appreciate that they offer turkey croissants instead of just ham and cheese. As someone who can’t eat pork, it’s so nice to have a thoughtful option like that. Always a solid place to stop for coffee and a bite.

Excellent coffee, speedy service too! I was in and out with 5 mins or less. Support the locals, it was cheaper and better than Starbucks!

This is a quirky little cafe, closes early. Came in after lunch and they were out of a lot of things. Free wifi but not really a place to work because of the seating type. Air conditioning was blasted so bring a sweater. Pour over was good at least

I went here out of curiosity due to my love for their Downtown San Rafael 4th&A joint. Of course, expectations would be high. By comparison, there are menu items missing such as their uniquely great Avocado Toast. The place is quiet and mellow as I like it, but the place is compact which trims away comfort. I felt sorry for the 2 nice baristas (relaxed and smiley) having to handle a strange bull____er bull____ with them for the process of his order; something I have never seen in either of the 2 San Rafael locations. Although the outing counts considerably as a disappointment, I still had a differently joyfully fun bike-train day with a stop by “a” Pink Owl. In conclusion from my routine San Rafael super-fun bike trip just with a train round trip added, it was like going into Pink Owl in a parallel universe except where Pink Owl is just plain decent, as opposed to calmly celebrative and quietly joyful.
Pastry was good but the coffee tasted burnt despite also having Ube flavoring.

This is my local coffee shop. It’s in a tough location to turn a profit, and their coffee is very good. I like that a portion of the money spent there goes towards cancer__?__, but it would feel a lot better if they at least had a sign along the lines of “$X.00 donated to [cancer research] last year” or something similar…otherwise it seems like a gimmick. As someone who’s been drastically affected by cancer, let us know what this money is being used for…especially considering the exorbitant prices you charge. One other thing worth mentioning…Understanding that food costs are high, and that wasted food is profits lost, your pastries are a complete joke. Shame on me for giving it a 4th try this morning, but it’s consistently a let down. Bad grocery store level pastries for double the price that I could get at Whole Foods next door. I really hope you guys can make it work there, but you need to make some changes to keep the doors open. Good luck

I really wanted to love this place. The two girls working seemed sweet and friendly. That’s the best I can say of this place. I ordered a latte with light syrup (specifying less than half of the normal amount, since it was my first time), and the whole thing was thick and tasted like burnt peppermint syrup. The pastries looked good so I tried one, but immediately threw it away at home, along with the latte. An unfortunate waste of $15. I love supporting local businesses, but won’t be back here.
Live nearby here and used to love it but the prices are so high! I hadn’t gone out for some time and figured $8 was normal for a latte, until I went to an equally good coffee shop a bit further away and was charged $5 for the exact same thing.

Coffee is fine, bathroom looks like it’s never been cleaned. No paper towels. Dirty sink, dirty floors, toilet had a nasty ring at the waterline. Cleaning checklist on the back of the door was completely blank. Hoping they take better care of where the food and drinks are prepared.
I ordered a "chemex for two" because it was on their menu, the gal working the counter said she didn't know how, asked another employee if she knew how and she ALSO didn't know... so we ordered two regular pourovers (basically the same thing lol just done in plastic not glass). Then she took someone elses order - she seemed like she knew them - for two specialty drinks and made theirs first! Kinda rude. Look, no hate if someone doesn't know what a chemex is, that's fine. But... it's on your menu! Neither employee knew how to make it. Just... don't have it on your menu if you don't know what it is or if you don't tell your employees what it is! They also had the AC blowing realllly cold (it's December?) so we left and walked around whole foods to drink our coffee... really bizarre experience, and its not like I have crazy expectations of a coffee shop. can't say we'll be back. I'm not sure they want us back lol!
Just went here for the first time and honestly had a really great coffee but TERRIBLE experience. The 2 ladies working were not friendly at all, super unwelcoming. When I ordered I asked for a 16oz latte and it came out to $8… when I got my drink it was only a 12oz. I asked her what size drink she charged me for and she said a 12oz… After leaving the coffee shop I felt like that was really wrong so I looked up their prices online and a 12 oz was only suppose to be $5… she really overcharged me. I will not be coming back to Pink Owl.
