Pizza Hut always has good choices and options. However this time I have experienced a really outstanding level of service - I was ordering a pizza to pick up a little later and the Pizza Hut phone app was seemingly unable to complete the transaction that I tried a bunch of times and then it went through. As I was driving to the restaurant to make the pick-up I got a phone call from the restaurant manager asking me if I purposefully made a duplicate order as their app or me mistakenly did in my flurry of retries. I said no and he cancelled one of the orders. A great gesture that resulted with me having exactly what I wanted and the restaurant not having to deal with the extra made pizza.

We ordered two personal sized pizzas. They put black olives on mine while I asked for pineapples. So I asked for a side of pineapple and they offered me a free drink.

Food tastes good, though the manager is a bit rude, but I guess people being loud is a pretty valid reason. Place was hot even though the weather was 50 degrees outside.

Bad customer service I was in line to order and the second cashier skip me and start getting orders from people walking in They need to train the employees better

They have a sign saying "Please wait to be seated" staff ignores you then acts annoyed if you ask to seat yourself, or for anything really. Unfortunately service was just abysmal, we were not welcome. I want to say that the pizza was okay but I've had far better pizza from other pizza huts and this was meh, there's others within a coupoe miles. The only thing we enjoyed there was watching funny videos on the TV in the corner, by the time we got our food though we decided it wasn't worth sticking around where we were unwelcomed so we ate in the car. Overall they should try a lot harder to win repeat business.

The kids that work there always have a much of people inside the building. And the food is just gross. Not up to Pizza Hut standards.

Just a badly managed location. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut, but this place is always unfriendly, poorly lit, dirty and can never seem to get my order correct. If you enjoy Pizza Hut go to another location.

Never got the food. And had to call and cancel. I didnt want food that was sitting in a warmer for an hr+. Wont be ordering fron this location ever again. Asked for a manager... was told hes too busy to talk.

The worst customer service! Called about transferring my order to another store because I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Called the wrong store and the manager told me to contact the help center to assist with getting my order transferred over. Called help center and was told my order was cancelled by the store. Called the wrong store back to ask why he cancelled my order and he told me no I thought you wanted to cancel your order. Then I perceived to tell him why would you ask me to contact the help center if you were going to cancel the order. It makes no sense at all. If I wanted my order cancelled then I didn’t need to contact help center. After explaining he hung up on me and was so rude. DON’T ORDER HERE!!! MANGER NEEDS MORE TRAINING!

Man these people took over a hour to drop my food off charge me 40$ and the dang pizza cold and chicken is raw!!! Pizza completely sucked and ice cold toppings are hard and no cheese on the pizza ! I will be there to get my money back in the morning I been calling since 9:55 and they haven’t answered it’s 10:30 now!

Placed a delivery order and they no longer employee drivers so this is given to a Door Dash driver and is unable to find my location. The driver does not speak a language I can communicate in and so I am making attempts to translate messages to be able to communicate to the driver. Items paid for were left off the delivery and location refused to correct. Mind you I tipped 35% in advance in hopes that the establishment would make some effort to deliver a quality product. This is not possible clearly. I have had issues with this Pizza Hut on multiple occasions and never has it improved. Avoid if you like quality product, correct orders, or anything that resembles good service.

Honest Review

I have a picky eater and Zachary refused to add more cheese to the pizza. After leaving the location closest to typhoon texas with a messed up order I wasn't going to wait for them to remake it. My son was not happy with this pizza and refused to eat it. 1 hour of my life wasted including $10 down the drain. I'm very disappointed with Pizza hut!

$50 order of big NY and breadsticks. 2/3 toppings missing (no sausage or peppers) called and was offered $15 off my next order that I’ll never make. Manager was a jerk. Get he’s probably a 20 yr old kid, but jeepers creepers. He did offer to send out another pizza after he hung up on me and I called him back. Guessing it’ll have an extra topping of spit, so throwing the 2nd pie away in front of them.
