A casual, family-friendly place. An old-fashioned pub bustling with activity on weekends and also popular during the week. You can dine (reservations required) or grab a snack. The food is very good, and the beer even better. The cocktails are well-crafted, with Angelo's Monkey Brains being the highlight.

A simple place, good food, decent portions, and a fair price. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a shame the flies disturb your meal a bit; a vending machine would be helpful. Still, recommended.

I was truly thrilled with the quality of the meat, which was incredibly tender 🤗 as endless as the wait for the dishes... but I want to turn a blind eye, because Thursday night was really crowded and the staff did what they could. Obviously, if this were normal, the organization would need some rethinking. For now, since it's my first time here, I want to be understanding. Another noteworthy observation is the typicality of the cuisine, which offers many traditional Piedmontese dishes. For those who also want a good beer, the selection is good, a little unique (the Gordon 10° is a must-try) and guided at the beginning of the menu by detailed information about the types, ingredients, etc. The place, unfortunately, is not really accessible to disabled people, mainly because the restrooms are difficult to reach with a wheelchair. Many aspects could be improved, but they're already starting from a good point. Definitely worth returning to; it's worth it.

Fulvio Mineo

Slow service, from ordering to delivery of the main course (a caprese, therefore cold). The penne all'arrabbiata was average, but the caprese had overripe tomatoes and two hairs on it. When I reported these things, the owner apologized.

The beers were good, I got a hamburger from the kitchen. One of the saddest I've ever seen. Two slices of dry bread with the meat and a slice of cheese in the middle. Not a slice of tomato, not a leaf of lettuce, not a bit of onion, not a pickle. Nothing. The normal service.

The food is typical of a beer hall, very salty and this is a bit annoying, all the dishes were salty, the beers are average, but some are canned.

I went to this restaurant because I was in the area and passing through, but I will never go back. I was misled by the completely unjustified reviews. I can't say the food was bad, but it wasn't good either. For 12 euros plus drinks, I ate much better food. The service and staff were excellent, but the food was average to poor. Perhaps it works better as a beer bar in the evening. In fact, I have nothing to complain about the drinks; they have a very good selection and good beers and wines.

I'd say the quality/price ratio is good, but the place is a bit retro. I was speechless when the waiter brought us the menus... Maybe they haven't been cleaned since they were printed! COVID regulations don't require menus, but if you use one, maybe disinfect it and then bring it to the table next to ours 😔
