Fantastic food, fantastic ambience! I had the swordfish with grilled veggies and it was delicious! The tiramisu was very delicious as well. Great service! We were sitting outside and then an a cappella group sang for everyone in the Medieval Loggia right next door. Would recommend calling ahead and reserving a table!

What a fantastic meal we have had at this eatery which is part of a hotel 😍 Recommended by the site and I can see why. A 25 minute walk away and on the outskirts of town but worth making the trek there. If it were possible better than the meal we had the other day 😂 Great service and excellent local white house wine at £8.50 for 500 ml 😍 We had the mixed seafood selections 4 cold and 3 cold items all delicious. Tagliatelle with black truffle and salted cod for anti pasti The main was a local cappon fish mixed with vegetables and a green sauce. Served with grilled vegetables Very tasty and light 😍

We were nicely welcomed by the waiter and staff. The terrace was already fully booked but we had table just outside on the covered terrace of the main building. Great food but bit too pricy in comparison with the other restaurants in Levanto. No children menu

We had a delicious lunch with the mixed local fish dish, that consisted of several small dishes. The service was fine. One minus was noise; there was some kind of family party, and the kids were allowed to run in and out of the restaurant, literally jumping on the aluminum ramp, causing repeatedly loud bangs. Despite this, the general experience was very good. The neighboring old loggia is very mood setting.

Service was poor. Had to keep waving to server to get any service. Asked for oil and vinegar for the bread and it did not come until asked again when meal arrived. Bread was $2.50 per person as cover charge. They didn’t even bring a second basket when ours was empty. Food was average but service spoiled the experience. Lots of better places in Levanto.

Food wasn't particularly well made, one cod was too salty, the other one no salt at all. Squid was overdone and slightly burnt. Shrimp were not cooked through and the quality was not adequate to high price. On the other hand staff was fine and so was ambience. Generally can't in a good conscience recommend this place. If you are really hungry and nothing else is available, then you might consider it.

The food is good. The service is horrible! We asked for balsamic vinegar and olive oil to go with the bread (which came really late) the waitress said we had to order a salad to get it. We asked for salt, it came after we finished our food. Too bad. We left not too happy with the service.

Food quality was complient with the price. But the service could be much better. The waitress was very busy and didn't pay much attention to our table. The service itself was also very rushed, which comes with forgetting. We had to remind to waitress of several things. At last, we were enjoying the bottle of wine we ordered but were given the receipt as a sign to pay and leave the table. Very unpleasant to say the least. It is quite overrated if you ask me.

We went there while we were on vacation in Levanto. Their service is the worst service I have EVER experienced from a restaurant. They served us rotten fish and when we complained, they retaliated. We returned the plate, and they didn’t even take it off the bill. They just gave us a “discount”. Also, the waiters were really rude. They kept rolling their eyes at us whenever we asked for something. I tried being nice hoping that their attitudes would change, but they just got more impatient. I also got a bad clam in my pasta, but I just kept my mouth shut at this point because they just disagreed with everything we said.

Terrible! We ordered a bottle of Barolo (EUR 60!). It was clearly not good after opening it. We have tried to canter it. But after 10 minutes it was still not good. The staff still was arguing it was good; but they agreed to change it. Then the “Fish of the day” was full of edges. The vegetables were cold. A disaster from A to Z! And when we paid, we have asked the staff to taste the wine again (after 1 hour...). It was still not good!
