Magnifico! Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante e abbiamo deciso di provarlo essendo vegetariani. I piatti sono strepitosi, sia vegani che vegetariani e il menù cambia in base alla stagionalità dei prodotti. Ci hanno molto colpito i ravioli con ricotta di mandorle e limone al burro di nocciola, salvia e noci, un insieme di gusti molto delicati davvero apprezzabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!! Anche la location merita, è molto particolare e si ispira al film Soul Kitchen. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, si intravede il lavoro e lo studio che c’è dietro da molti anni. Quando ricapiteremo a Genova sappiamo dove tornare a mangiare. Lo straconsiglio!

Per la mia esperienza di frequentatore locali vegani, posso dire che a mio parere, tra i migliori incontrati. Il menù, che varia, credo intenzionalmente, anche per la stagionalità delle materie prime, accontenta scelte vegetariane, vegane e pure raw vegan. Gusti eccezionali e distinguibili al palato sempre. Fantasia, creatività e amore per cucinare si apprezzano in ogni portata. Davvero speciale! Consigliato x1000

Pazzesco! Lo abbiamo trovato per caso cercando posti vegani e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti! Consiglio tantissimo i ravioli ma anche tutti gli altri piatti che abbiamo preso erano molto ben fatti e con sapori unici. Anche le due ragazze sono state molto gentili consigliandoci anche dove parcheggiare ❤️ Il menù a quanto pare cambia molto spesso quindi vale anche la pena ritornarci per provare nuovi piatti.

Il miglior cibo vegano che abbiamo mai mangiato in 13 anni di veganismo. Nei piatti scelti, dall' antipasto al dolce, abbiamo trovato qualità, stagionalità e tanto amore. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!!

Un localino nei carruggi vicino al porto di Genova, scoperto grazie ad un amico. La cena è stata un'esperienza, tutto davvero buonissimo, super entusiasta anche il mio amico che non è né vegetariano né vegano! Tutto veramente buonissimo. Cucina quasi totalmente vegana, con diverse portate tra cui scegliere e ogni piatto mi ha soddisfatto al 100%. Molto bello anche mangiare nei tavoli all'esterno del locale in un vicolo nel pieno centro di Genova. Tra le poche scelte veg di Genova, questo sicuramente è di riferimento

Da Chef ho deciso che CON LE MIE RECENSIONI, non influenzerò l'algoritmo di Google in maniera Negativa per nessuno mai, ma con cortesia di dare consigli utili a migliorare la qualità dei piatti ed eventualmente del servizio.🙏 Toccata e fuga nella SUPERBA Genova per testare un paio di street Food, scelgo di fermarmi a pranzo in questo locale dall'anima pura e semplice. Location molto caratteristica e curata negli interni, tavolini esterni arroccanti in piazza dell' agnello al fresco, si percepisce la ricerca della qualità del servizio rapido e della materia prima. Ho addentato 3 portate principali Ravioli di ricotta di Mandorle con peperone arrosto. La Pasta è fatta in casa ed è ben eseguita, ho apprezzato molto la chiusura a mano non omogenea ed il gusto delicato della farcia. Avrei osato di più con il peperone per conferire un pò più di carattere. Mandilli al pesto genovese Vegan cioè "fazzoletti di seta", sono un primo piatto tipico della costa ligure e viene sempre accompagnato con il pesto alla genovese. Si tratta di pasta fatta in casa simile a quella generalmente usata per le lasagne. Davvero gustosi anche senza la presenza del Parmigiano ho notato una bella spinta umami ed un profumo atomico di basilico, poi siccome anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte, nota da segnalare è il bel colore verde brillante ! Bravi! Gnocchi di Rapa rossa con salsa all'aneto e cipolle marinate al balsamico, essiccate e fritte. È il piatto che mi ha convinto di meno, molto interessanti gli gnocchetti per il resto direi ottima idea ma da ottimizzare. PASTA FRESCA TOP. Bella la selezione di birre da provare la White Ale Conto nella media personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Locale molto carino, cibo lodevole e servizio molto cortese ed educato. Ampia scelta vegan, vegatariana e raw. Adattissimo anche ad onnivori. Buono tutto, dal primo, al secondo, al dolce. Esperienza da ripetere!

Posto carinissimo, personale gentile (siamo arrivati con un’ora di ritardo perché quel giorno a Genova c’era il carnevale e sono stati comunque molto pazienti e gentilissimi) e cibo superlativo!!! Veramente ottimo!!

TLDR: Best vegan in Genova. Don't miss it! Atmosphere: Semi-underground, but cozy place. Bathrooms need spruced up and providing wifi, would be nice since no cell signal can reach the dining room. Service: Everyone was super kind. We were surprised how nice they were compared to the rest of the Northern Italians treated us! Food: Everything was good, tasty, and fresh! We tried multiple things on the menu. I really enjoyed the Carbonara and my wife the ravioli! The stuffed peppers were super flavorful as well and I would love to see more dishes like that!

This restaurant really creates cool flavour combinations. The food is rich in flavour, colours, and layers. Like a miso, caramel chocolate tartlet. A delight to eat here. As a vegan who has hard time to find plant based restaurants, this was a delicious delight! The ravioli were PERFECT. We also ordered potato gnocchi and chickpea tempeh but w re not as great. Dessert was also really good! Atmosphere was cozy, no connection to internet inside. Staff was super friendly!

Love this place so much I visited twice on my trip. I was so overwhelmed with how delicious all the vegan choices sounded. There were a range of vegan starters, firsts and seconds. I would highly recommend the reg cabbage gnocchi if it is still available on the menu! Amazing service and lovely staff.

Great dishes and very tasty! We had fried mushrooms with tempeh and loved it. The Bao buns with seitan were also really delicious. The desert was okay and the ravioli were missing some salt in my opinion. But still, 100% recommended and such a lovely place to eat for vegans!

Domenica sera ero abbastanza affamata e alla ricerca di un posto dove mangiare. Mi sono imbattuta in questo locale dove mi hanno fatta subito accomodare in una saletta interna dall'arredamento "divertente". Ho mangiato un buon hamburger con tempeh di piselli e cipolle caramellate, le patatine fritte che l'accompagnavano erano forse troppo cariche d'olio. Come dessert ho preso un semifreddo all'ananas.

Ci sono sempre andata a pranzo dove il ristorante ha un menù a prezzo fisso, un piatto sempre sull abbondante con aqua, vino, frutta, caffè. La sera invece si trova un menù carteceo con piu scelte. La diversità di questo ristorante sta nell opportunità di poter trovare piatti vegetariani, vegani e crudisti. Il personale amichevole, competente e veloce. Un locale particolare oltre che in cucina anche per gli arredi.

Ristorante vegano e vegetariano molto buono. Il menù varia spesso. Abbiamo preso i carciofi in tempura che consiglio e le fettuccine con cicoria dal gusto forse poco deciso. Spero di tornarci per assaggiare altri piatti. Prezzi nella media ma le porzioni potrebbero essere leggermente più abbondanti. Il ristorante si trova nei vicoli dei carruggi e bisogna fare attenzione la sera.

Posticino con un grazioso arredamento casereccio/artistico. Molto carina l'idea di riciclare vecchi utensili da cucina ed utilizzarli come elementi d'arredo. Menù con pochi piatti ma buoni, offrono scelte vegane, vegetariane e gluten free. I piatti sono ben curati, anche se a mio avviso un po' troppo abbondanti. Cibo gustoso, materie prime ricercate e fresche. Ottime scelte di vini, dove ho potuto degustare due buonissimi calici di Vermentino dei colli di luni. Il ragazzo che ci ha seguito è stato molto cortese, sorridente ed educato, peccato per la collega un po' meno sorridente. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Locale molto carino, servizio un pochino lento all'inizio ma niente di eccessivo. Il cibo era tutto delizioso, pane compreso, le porzioni non sono abbondanti ma con antipasto, primo e dolce ero più che sazia. Tutti piatti originali, creativi e ben presentati. Ci siamo stati oggi per pranzo. Posto carino con tavoli ben disposti e con adeguato spazio ed arredamento simpatico e informale. Servio professionale e veloce. Menù fisso da 10 euro che comprende un piatto (primo o secondo) frutta e bevanda. Ho mangiato una pasta all'amatriciana che aveva forse troppo pomodoro ed il resto degli ingredienti erano un po' coperti. Pane un po' vecchio. Frutta buona. Nel complesso sufficiente.

I would have loved to give this restaurant a 5-star rating, if it wasn't for a small conflict we experienced with the service. Looking for a place that served a vegan pasta pesto dish typical of Genova, we stumbled upon Soul Kitchen – a cosy and authentic-looking spot with traditional Italian dishes. My girlfriend instantly fell in love with the pasta carbonara, made with a delicious carrot cream sauce and incredibly good seitan “pancetta.” “The best carbonara I’ve ever tried,” said my Milanese girlfriend. A dish worth coming back for. I ordered what I came for: the vegan pasta pesto. After the first bite, I was blown away – a heavenly dish made from simple, fresh ingredients. However, a few bites in, I crunched down on what I immediately recognized as grains of sand – likely from unwashed basil or leafy greens. Being a plant-based chef myself, I’ve made that mistake before. I kindly informed the waiter, who offered to bring me a new plate. He suggested it might be from ground nuts used in the sauce. While nuts add creaminess, soft ones like cashews or pine nuts wouldn’t explain a gritty texture. Unfortunately, the second plate had the same issue. I sent it back again. That’s when the atmosphere changed. My girlfriend overheard someone at the bar say, “It’s his problem, not ours. Who is this? I want to talk to him.” Soon after, the owner approached us. She insisted it was unlikely there was dirt due to hydroponic basil, and that they’d never had this complaint before. She even said she’d try the dish herself. After tasting it, she admitted she experienced the same thing – but still blamed salt, nuts, or tempeh. I didn’t want to play the “I’m a chef too” card, so I let it go. But I knew what I tasted wasn’t salt – it didn’t dissolve. It wasn’t nuts or tempeh either. Eventually, I got the gnocchi, which was fantastic. But the experience left a bitter aftertaste. Instead of staying professional and apologizing, pride got in the way. We got a discount, which was kind – but we left embarrassed. Still, the food is worth trying. Hopefully the cook washes the vegetables before your visit.

My sister and I were very disappointed with our visit. We were looking for vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Genoa and decided to try this place because of the good reviews, even though it was more expensive compared to other restaurants in Genoa. We arrived around 13:15 (the opening hours said it closes at 15:00), so we thought we were fine. At first, we sat at a four-person table, but the waiter immediately asked us to move to a two-person table. Both tables were the same small size, but the two-person table was on a noticeable slope, which made sitting there quite uncomfortable. The waiter seemed annoyed from the beginning, and we even had the impression that they didn’t really want us there—perhaps because they were planning an early break or to close sooner. Adding to that impression: we noticed that other guests received bread (something we also saw mentioned in reviews), but we were never offered any. The menu was also confusing, as many dishes we had seen online were missing. I ordered the chickpea tempeh, and my sister had the pasta with pesto. Both dishes looked nice, but that was the only positive point. My dish was bland and completely flavourless, while my sister’s pasta was overly salty and unimpressive, especially for the price. We are usually not big eaters and often leave part of our meals for takeaway, but after finishing both dishes, we were still hungry and ended up eating somewhere else afterward. On top of that, the bottled drinks (€6 each) were handed to us unopened, and my side of the table was greasy. In the end, we paid €45 for small, unsatisfying portions, poor service, and a dirty table. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this place.
