Had an aperitif at Besio at the Gabbiano shopping centre, the sales assistant wasn't very friendly, plus I waited 10 minutes for them to come and collect my order, after which I ordered an aperitif with appetizers, the focaccia was dry and dry, the croutons were hard as rocks, the toppings on top of the focaccia were cut into small pieces, insignificant and tasteless, I'd say very poor.

Bar caratteristico sotto i portici di Savona: posto carino, la cameriera molto gentile. Peccato solo per il caffè pessimo e per la brioche “ripiena “ con la confettura di chinotto che di ripieno non aveva assolutamente nulla, se non leggermente sporcata nella parte centrale. Rimasta delusa.

Buongiorno, I prodotti sono assolutamente ottimi. Volevo parlare dell'acquisto prodotti sfusi . Se sono per casa non sono nemmeno fasciati, quando li mettono nel sacchetto si ribaltano. Pacco regalo, per Natale, una 7inguardabile. Non ho mai visto una cosa del genere, pessima 😡

The staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. Their homemade brioches are amazing, but I ordered a large cup of barley and paid €2 for it! I ate it standing up, not sitting at a table... Incredible, when all the other bars around here charge €1.50. I'm sorry, but I won't go there anymore.

The other afternoon I went to this bar with my daughter... we asked for two Moroccans at the counter, one with Nutella and one without. After paying 3 and 2 euros, the girl served us two Moroccans: the normal one, of decent quality, the one with Nutella... without Nutella or any other type of chocolate... just a drizzle of hazelnut topping or something similar because it was a light beige color. My daughter tasted it but couldn't drink it, also because when you turned the spoon you could tell there was no Nutella. When I complained to the bartender that she had to serve what was requested and that if they didn't have the requested product, they should say so, there's no point in charging for something that didn't match... she replied, "If she wants it, I'll make it again." This made me even more angry because I wondered: "You charged for a Moroccan with Nutella where you didn't put Nutella, and now you're telling me I'll make it again?" But how do you do it again if you don't have the product? I also had a bar, and if someone asked for a product I don't have, I'd tell them so they could choose something else. Or maybe I'm wrong. I don't serve the customer. I'll just remake the wrong product. A word of advice. It was terrible behavior. You fooled the customer by making them pay for what you didn't serve. I won't be back.

I've already sat down a couple of times and waited over twenty minutes, despite there being only a few people present, only to be purposely ignored in favor of others who arrived after me. The service was embarrassingly professional and unacceptable. I'm sure not all staff are of this caliber; unfortunately, it only takes one or two to cast a bad light on the work of everyone involved.

I fell for it again, I stopped by this morning, Sunday, June 15th, for breakfast, had a coffee and a cannolo. The coffee, nothing to complain about, is good, but the cannolo cream is sour. For €2.50 a cannolo is not acceptable. I recommend checking the quality more carefully. The customer pays for what is salty, and the quality must at least be acceptable.

I went with a friend to the new location at the Ipercoop today. We decided to get some ice cream. We ordered. We both ordered a large one. They arrived at the table; hers had a huge bowl with a load of ice cream. Me? A little cardboard cup with two scoops inside... they justified themselves by saying that one flavor should be served in the glass one. But the quantity was the same. It didn't seem right to either of us, since I finished it in two minutes, while she had to wait. It was good, it was good, but it seemed like a taste, and for the price...

Having excellent products absolutely doesn't justify ignoring people for twenty minutes if they sit down, and as soon as you put down your coffee cup, you're asked to leave to make room for the next customers. I should point out that that day we spent €50 on chocolates and breakfast. If they don't have enough seats, it's not my problem; they say I have to eat through a funnel to seat the next customers. We used to go there often, but that's enough now; we won't be stopping again.
