Marine was an excellent server ! She checked on through our stay . Made sure we were welcomed . She restored my confidence in this location. I hope she gets some kind of recognition.

Excellent service and the food was well-prep'd. The" 3 for Me" is my favorite with Chicken Enchilada Soup, Chicken Sandwich, and Iced Tea .along with....Chips and Salsa, too! There are other Lunch Specials, starting at $10.99. You can't go wrong at Chili's in Pico Rivera. If you can, leave room for dessert.

Walked in to make a fairly big 7 person order to go. It was unbelievably fast and accurate and they still apologized because they felt i waited too long... barley 15 minutes.

We had to go try the Triple Dipper! We had the sliders, Mozzarella sticks, and Chicken wigs with Honey- Chipotle and Nashville Hot. So yummy!!! And all drinks are sooo tasty 🤤

This place is great! I have come here for lunch, and had their 3 for 10 special. They also have a $5 margarita of the month, which is always delicious. I have come here for Happy Hour, and you can't beat their happy hour specials. Overall, if you want great food at inexpensive prices, and a great atmosphere, courteous bar service, this is the place to come. Placed a phone order for pickup. Guy said it would be 5-10min. So I started heading over. I get there and place is jam packed. Figured my order would take at least 45-1hr. Not 12 minutes later I get a text saying my order is ready. Once I go into the Pick up area I had three different staff ask me if I needed anything. I had a gift certificate from 10-12 years ago and Chili’s still found it in their system and accepted it. 😁 The Buffalo Chicken Salad was exceptional! Super, super fresh. The chicken was breaded perfectly and the Blu Cheese and Ranch dressing was some of the tastiest I ever had. Chilis in Pico Rivera nailed it! Thank you.

It was pretty busy but he still stopped by to check on us at the right times. Hands down best experience I had in a while. I was never a Chili’s person growing up. But when searching for what places have the best happy hour, Chili’s certainly didn’t disappoint. Ever since then, I’ve been going more often. This trip, I just stoped in for some food with a friend. 3 for Me deal is top notch. Their chips and salsa are surprisingly delicious and addicting. Their chicken crispers are also to die for when they’re fresh. The Honey Chipotle ones were so good too. The service was good as was the food, and how fast it was cooked as well. I’ll always keep coming back for their happy hour.

We went here for Mother's Day on late Saturday afternoon, after a 20-ish wait, we got a nice seat by the windows. Andrew was our server, very nice guy, very friendly, polite, and charming. He gave us a nice platter of thin, crispy corn tortilla chips and a delicious salsa to start the meal off. He was also quick and efficient with our orders, which all came piping hot and delicious. I had the Alex's Special Recipe hamburger (I cannot remember exactly how the name goes, but, wow! That burger was fabbo! It had a lovely char-broiled patty with melted pepper jack cheese, the "secret sauce" which had a wonderful tang to it, perfectly ripe avocado slices, lettuce, pickles, and onions on a soft, fresh brioche bun. I went to heaven and back with that one! My Mom had the Old-Timer Burger, which had the basics, but oh-so-delicious. And, My Gramma had the Chicken Sandwich, which she really enjoyed. All burgers were served on a brioche bun. Mom and I had fries, and my Gramma had Cole Slaw. This Chili's was friendly and fast! Very good, too. The people dining inside were all happy and chatty, and the bar was a-rollicking with sports on TV and good music playing.

Great place to take your family out to eat or go hang out with friends at the bar to watch any upcoming sports games or fights. Food is great and lots of variety to choose from and specials. Hosts and servers are very friendly and helpful. You do have a small tablet machine on the tables to play small games for yourself or allow a child to use but you will have to pay for the games. It also can be used to log into your chilis member account to use rewards you were given and earn more. It is also used for payment to pay with card if you plan to pay quickly and not wait till waiter comes by with check.

First time going to Chilis, was a good experience. Party of 4 seated and served quickly enough. Chose the 3 meal option and some appetizers. Quesadillas were disappointing but fried mozerella was good. Price was decent for what we got.

It was our first time here, and the hubby was craving a steak. Sad to say the steaks sucked. I had a rib eye steak, and hubby had sirloin. They were supposed to be cooked in butter and garlic. They had no flavor at all. They didn't even look like they were grilled. Our waiter and the service were great, as was the atmosphere. I would try this place again, but definitely not for steaks.

I walked into Chili’s in Pico Rivera trying to escape the 99 plus heat. The cold air hit like relief and I headed straight for the bar. “La Bruja del 71” (bartender 1) handled the opening act. She moved with purpose, no smile, no chatter, just order taking and drink making. Efficient and serious. Every question received a short answer and a nod. It felt like dealing with someone guarding the courtyard like the show El Chavo Del Ocho. As her shift wrapped up she asked me to close out so she could hand the bar off. Polite, but you knew the decision was final. Enter “El Chavo" (bartender 2). Completely different energy. She greeted people by looking them in the eye, joked about the heat, and checked if the drink tasted right instead of assuming it did. She remembered what people ordered and anticipated refills. Suddenly strangers started talking to each other. The bar stopped feeling transactional and started feeling social. Behind her “Quico” the bar back floated around telling random jokes while hauling ice, glasses, and napkins. Every trip past a guest included a comment or quick laugh. You never knew what he was going to say next but it kept the mood loose. In the background “Señor Barriga” made quiet manager laps. He watched timing, helped reset spaces, and made sure nobody waited long. He did not interrupt conversations but you noticed problems disappear after he passed by. After a drink and an appetizer I moved to a booth still inside the bar area. Now the “Las Chilindrinas” took over. They worked fast and smart. They joked with guests, kept drinks filled, cleared plates quickly, and coordinated with the bar without confusion and all without crying. Each table felt noticed without being rushed. Around me the crowd played its part. Relaxed scruffy “Don Ramones” cooling off after long days, chatty “Doña Florindas” comparing meals, and calm “Profesor Jirafales” types quietly enjoying their evening. By the end of the night it honestly felt less like a chain restaurant and more like sitting in the courtyard from the show. The night started stiff but slowly turned into a fun neighborhood atmosphere once the full crew came together.

I have been coming to this Chili's for years. It's slow digressing. The atmosphere is not a exciting as it used to be, and the inside is aging. The service is still top notch. I had the trio sampler and it was lacking in flavor and quality. The food is expensive too. Plus, the chips and salsa are no longer free like the old days. I will return but not sure for how much longer. Aug 2024 update: I recently return and my experience was very pleasant. Had the combination plate which included ribs and sausage. Excellent tasting food at the valued price. Customer service continues to be outstanding. I will definitely be back.

The service was awesome. The food wasn't good. The quality of fajita meat compared to other chain locations, outside California, was horrible. The building is only labeled on one side. I drove around the parking lot trying to locate the restaurant. I almost bypassed it because there was another restaurant shutdown, in the same parking lot with similar colors. Chilli's as a favorite is no more.😮‍💨 BTW....Margarita was great!

12/8/23 Got together with my cousins and sister. We've come to this Chili's before, but this time around service was so bad. First off I placed my drink order and he brought me the wrong drink. I pointed to the one I wanted and he said ok no problem. I thought cool, great, but I saw him go to the bartender and all she did was pour some of the raspberry mix into that same drink. It tasted so sour 😖😣🤥. He argued with me and said the other one is made the same way. 🙄🙄🙄. So I just ordered a beer wopwop. We placed our order and everything was fine and tasted good. Basically just had appetizers. I asked for more ranch... That NEVER came. I asked for two waters... NEVER came. He was attentive because he came to our table to ask if we were good. I'm like, waters... Extra Ranch?? He's like... Oh yeah, yeah ok. We finally got the waters but no extra ranch. The atmosphere was lively and despite the drink mess up and the long wait for certain items, we had a very nice time.

Normally this place is good. But yesterday our waitress was horrible. I left two stars because the food was good. Our waiter never came for refills. We had to ask the host for them. I got up and get extra napkins from the waiters area. I even asked another waitress to bring me A-1 Sauce for my steak. The whole time my waitress was behind the podium I think on her phone. But not for sure. So dissatisfied from my experience don’t think I will be visiting again!

It was a busy night, I can understand a wait time (about 30 minutes to be seated) and a slower service, but having practically no service is unacceptable. It took 30 minutes to order our food because Victoria our waiter forgot to, and openly admit that she forgot about us. Food took a little longer to get out, again, I understand it was a full night, longer times are acceptable due to this. However the kitchen must have completely forgot about one of our orders because it just never came out. We also received no silverware until directly asked for some (I guess we were just expected to eat a steak with our hands.) While three people in our party ate, one was left without a meal for 30 minutes. By the time the three finished their meal, the fourth still hadn't received any food. By that point we were fed up and wanted to leave. Our waiter never stopped to see if everything was ok, if the food came out, or if we even had napkins (which we didn't). The manager was nice and very apologetic. She made sure we did not pay for the meal never received and even took off some items she didn't have to. But over all it was a terrible experience. And to have a waiter openly admit that she forgot about us was a little insulting.

I would've given this place 5 stars but today was a bad experience. The first waitress we had was great. She asked if we'd like to close out with her or with the new waitress. I told her with her so she can get the tip. She stated out new waitress would be Ashely. Well, let's just say Ashley never presented herself. We had to ask another waitress if she could help us, we wanted 1 more round of beers and food to go. We got out food but beer never got there. Correct me if I'm wrong but a draft beer should get to your table before a well cooked burger. Ashley my dear, your service sucks.

This place was dirty, they didn't have Alot of the items on the menu, the restrooms were gross. The chicken was so greasy and cold, I order for a blackberry ice tea I asked 3 times cause they kept forgetting it, and when I got it, it was regular unsweetened ice tea.The lady that served us was ok.

Food was cold, the sreak/shrimp fajita was not at the right portion. Ordered corn and flour, only had flour and shorted one. Ribs were cold, the server was a darling though. This location has always been too busy on the weekends. Looks like ever one in their right mind wishes to come here on a weekend and it is difficult to find a table for 2 or for a family. Possibly not a good place for a romantic date but as a get together for a quick our the food is good the presentation is very good also the employees tend to be friendly and polite. Went yesterday around 12pm with my family, the server ASHLEY forgot my food and tried making me think that i didn’t order it then finally admitted that she DID forget it. I tried to speak with a manager about a discount for the inconvenience but manager never came out. Ashley said she’ll give me a discount & took my card but instead of telling me what the discount was, she charged my card anyways without my approval & only gave a $3 discount. What a joke… Also, they discriminated against us & thought we were leaving without paying when I went to the front desk to request a manager. Remember girl, you work there & I’m just eating there.

We visited this location today and when we walked in there was no host to seat us. We waited for a bit when we finally saw an employee delivering a drink to a customer. She looked at us and didn't acknowledge us to let us know if someone would be with us. After she walked away we waited a bit more, still no one came to assist us. We decided to leave and ended up eating at a Wendy's that was in the same plaza and we were serviced immediately. It's disappointing when you get better service at a fast food establishment than you do at a restaurant. Super dissatisfied with this location.

The waiter did finally come to the table and said I see you still have the menus have you not ordered yet. You’ve been sitting here quite a while haven’t you!!! He then took the order. There were only two of us and yet they still brought out my main meal before I had received my appetiser. Didn’t get asked if the food was ok or offered a drinks refill. Had to ask for silverware and straws for the drinks after our meals had arrived. There were plenty of empty tables and the restaurant wasn’t busy as we went in early.

I ordered the Santa Fe salad, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The chicken was rubbery and tasted artificial, which was really off-putting. I know Chili's isn't exactly known for fine dining, but I expected a decent salad for a quick lunch. I guess they’re making a comeback by riding hard on social media, but I definitely won’t be returning.

This was my first time at a chilis and it will definitely be my last i ordered the steak it LITERALLY gave me food poisoning and diarrhea that has been lasting for more than 1 week and a half i do not recommend im still so sick !!!!

This is my first time eating at chilis. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is nice. The food is terribly greasy and horrible, I went with my family. Four of us went, and 3 of us had instant diarhea, meaning the food was not cooked properly and was overally greasy. I can tell the grease has not been cleaned in a while. I have had diarhea for 3 days now and finally recovered. I would not recommend this place because the food is terrible.

We took my little sister for her birthday honestly the worst Chili’s experience I’ve had in 20+ years from the food to the service and only time we were helped properly was when the manager ended up taking our order and switching our server and still the staff went out of their way to be completely rude to us which was appalling since it was a child’s birthday celebration I’m not even going to get into the quality of the meat that was served to us beware this Chili’s Grill & Bar is not family friendly or food satisfactory.

My partner and I dined at this Chili’s location on Veterans Day and we both got food poisoning shortly after eating here. We both experienced severe stomach issues, high fevers, and nausea that lasted into the next few days. We did not eat anything else that day, so it’s clear the food here was the cause. This was a really awful experience and completely ruined our evening and next few days. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into their food handling and freshness, because no one should get sick after eating a meal out. This experience definitely ruined Chili's for us, we won't be going back.

The best things are always the appetizers let's just start off with the positive. However service was one if the worst I've had in a while. Waitress was gone for 30 min after giving us our drinks (which took about 20 min also) The waitress was not in any kind of mood for being there and it was noticeable. Food was very bland and cold, will not be coming back to this poor service. P.S I asked for lime for my modelo and she came back with lemons.

8/15/25 We got here at 10:30 which I didn’t know they closed at 11 so I do take accountability for that I should of checked but they seated us at a chair location when they were cleaning a booth section which I thought was gonna be for us but then they seated us at the chair one and the people who got there AFTER US got the booth location. Like what was the discrimination because we didn’t get dressed up maybe? 0/10 experience for that and doesn’t give me a good experience for my first time at Chilis they didn’t even try to get us a booth after I said something. Didn’t want to be there after that

I came around 7:20pm ish; the wait time was about 45 to an hour. Once seated, we waited 20 mins, and still no server. I had to ask the host for a server. Our order was wrong twice we ended up complaining to the manager and returning the meal. I got a bacon rancher, and the bun was super toasted, that it crumbled when holding it, and the French fries tasted terrible, as if they were sitting under a lamp for a very long time. I would not recommend this noir will I be coming back. You are better off going to McDonald's across the street.
