We went to celebrate my mother's birthday, the Primavera restaurant inspired trust and hospitality in us, in a hidden but very characteristic place, amazed they take us to the terrace where we sit and take 3 fantastic pizzas (2 🌼 and a "Chiara"), well-leavened dough, buffalo mozzarella and very fresh 🍅, very attentive and kind staff, I would go back immediately but I recommend booking

A family lunch I ate with my husband and son at the Primavera trattoria-pizzeria, located in the historic center of Pinerolo. Its cuisine is Italian, and the pizzas are cooked strictly in a wood-fired oven. The menu is typically Piedmontese, and the pizzas are excellent. The place is beautiful and welcoming. The food is good, tasty, and plentiful. The service is quick and friendly. The price is reasonable for a place in the historic center. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Excellent Sunday lunch at the Primavera restaurant. We enjoyed a winter menu featuring venison. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet, quiet, and welcoming.
