Very varied menu, for all tastes and prices. Amazing location. Young and very friendly staff.
We organized a birthday party for 22 people. Everything was perfect and impeccable, from the food to the service, as well as the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, who helped us design the complete menu, including delicious appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a custom dessert, all delicious and carefully crafted Piedmontese cuisine. The venue was also beautiful and welcoming. The guests were extremely satisfied.
F A B U L E A wonderful experience, a blast from the past, with classic traditional cuisine generously revisited in every detail, an excellent wine cellar, and a young, lively, and friendly wait staff perfectly integrated into the setting. A timeless oasis of good food, worth exploring and returning to.
Delicious Italian cuisine with carefully and lovingly prepared local dishes. Wonderfully friendly service. Highly recommended!
You should always get the tasting menu, it has so many different dishes and is very good. The wedding is also recommended and perfect every time.
I went for lunch with friends on Sunday. A lovely table! Enchanting location, young, welcoming, and attentive waiters, and carefully prepared, authentic food. A perfect treat for any occasion...at a more than reasonable price. I recommend everyone try this fantastic corner of the Chieri hills.
We were really impressed with the quality of the food, the outdoor space is gorgeous and the service was relaxed and not overly formal which is always nice. One of the better meals we've had in this area without a doubt.
Very warm and lovely traditional place. Good food.
🤩 A truly charming place, run with passion, authenticity, and expertise. They serve modernized yet balanced Piedmontese cuisine. The owner is truly kind, friendly, and very open. I got to know her well because I arrived early for a weekday dinner when she was still a little freer, and we got to talking and even chose a very original, truly unique wine. She's very knowledgeable, so if you're also a wine enthusiast, I recommend letting her guide you. She'll take you on an exploratory journey tailored to your tastes and preferences. Definitely worth a visit! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I've known Paluch for at least eight years. I don't go often because I live quite far away, but I never miss anniversaries, first as a couple and then as a married couple. In any case, I go at least once a year. In early July, I booked dinner with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I rediscovered the same romantic atmosphere I've known for a long time. In the summer, you can enjoy the splendid greenery of the Turin hills while eating on a veranda, which opens onto an English lawn surrounded by lush vegetation. In the evening, the lawn is expertly illuminated by hidden spotlights. In the winter, you can sit in an elegant room, heated by a beautiful, large ceramic stove. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and kindly by Mrs. Marina, who led us to the table on the veranda. Despite the heat of Turin, it's quite cool in the hills. We enjoyed the sunset while sipping a glass of Nebbiolo while awaiting a mixed Piedmontese appetizer that blended tradition and innovation. We then chose some first courses: my wife chose herb-filled agnolotti with three cherry tomatoes, while I chose whole-wheat tagliolini with a cockerel sauce, which were truly excellent. Afterwards, Mrs. Marina suggested porcini mushrooms or a salad of porcini mushrooms, freshly picked by a forager on the hill. We chose porcini mushrooms, which turned out to be an excellent choice. For dessert, we chose a zabaglione-based dessert, delicious and very delicate. The price was €85, which I think was fair considering the high quality of the food, the location, and the atmosphere.
A warm, welcoming, and "familiar" place. The staff is smiling, polite, and young. Perhaps the only flaw (?) is the dim lighting. The warm stove is wonderful, both for its warmth and atmosphere. In a restaurant, what matters is... the food: simple yet distinctive, in small portions that are never scanty. Traditional flavors revisited with originality.
Beautiful garden. Delicious food lots of flavour. Excellent service. Free parking available. You have to ring the bell to gain entry this place is definitely special in every sense. I cannot wait to return. Loved it and there is nothing to fault
Friendly staff, fresh and good food, clean and quaint place. Just two comments: you can't eat lunch in the cold on November 8th, and there's no one to welcome you when you arrive. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Including the homemade bread. 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, 2 glasses of wine. €109.
Good location. The interior is a bit bare but still pleasant. Nice garden with tables for the warmer months. The service is very young and therefore "uncertain." The wait between courses is long (but perhaps that was due to the huge table that took up half the restaurant). The food is good. Wine is available from the shelf, offering a variety of labels. Not a must-try, but still recommended.
We recently attended a wedding at a lovely venue with plenty of outdoor space. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wedding was a buffet, with various appetizers served, but they differed between the indoor and outdoor areas. The first course was good, but served in small quantities only if you were seated at a table. The second course was missing. The individual desserts served with the cake weren't enough for all the guests. In conclusion, we ate very little, and if you're planning a wedding here, make sure to clarify everything from the start to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
What a disappointment 😔. I've been a customer at Osteria del Paluc for many years, where I've celebrated many special occasions for my family with joy and excellent food. Unfortunately, the hospitality and cuisine are no longer what I remembered... Perhaps Christmas lunch isn't the right occasion to evaluate a restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was a huge disappointment. Cold appetizers "from the fridge"... cold and dry roast meat presented as if it were stewed with a spoon, accompanied by cold, unseasoned white polenta... oh well!!! What a shame.
Sunday lunch at Paluch, where we were seated outside. The place is beautiful, the food average (delicious appetizers, bland and tasteless tagliolini with porcini mushrooms), but what's seriously lacking is the service. They only brought us menus after asking twice, let us taste the wine, then didn't pour it for us, just left the bottle there. There was an interminable wait for the appetizers, the main course didn't arrive at the same time for everyone, the waiters wandered among the tables unsure what to do, and in the end they even got our bill wrong. I'm sorry, but we won't be returning.
In my opinion, the food wasn't excellent, the wait was very long. The appetizer was cold, the stew was dry, stringy, and cold, and reheated in the microwave, making it difficult to eat. I don't recommend this place, and it's very expensive compared to what they advertise on the menu.
