Always a pleasant experience eating at a 5 Guys, and this location was no exception. The strawberry milkshake was so refreshing and I love a good coke zero. The burgers are well worth the price.

Ultimately the best burgers and fries money can buy!!! I even ordered a chocolate malt😉 How can you not order a shake of some kind to go with your experience?! And, omgoodness!!! The free peanuts! Lightly salted and roasted to perfection. What a delight

Nice open space, the service was good. The burgers are sometimes not very considerably prepared. Mine had the mayonnaise and chilli sauce everywhere, and was falling apart after opening the wrapper, it was impossible to hold without getting completely dirty. It tasted good though. Otherwise it's the traditional great quality of Five Guys.

I ordered a specialty burger twice and have yet to get it right. However, this is one of my favorite Hamburger chains, so I'll return.

Update- they honored the new burger !!! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the hair in my fries. The people are great 💗 3/27 They got my order wrong but when I called they offered me a new burger. We will see if this happens when I go pick it up. I also found long black hair in the bag with my fries, thankfully it didn't end up in my mouth. That ruined my entire appetite. I will bump up the stars when I get my burger.

Consistently good. Love the fries - always crispy outside and tender inside. Prices have gone up quite a bit so it's not the value it used to be. Burgers are still good and I love how they're customizable.

It was good but not as good as I remember. My commute used to pass here about 8-10 years ago and I stopped in often for burger and fries for my son and it was great. Today was with my daughter. People were very friendly, fries were delicious, but both our burgers were over cooked and a bit dry, definitely not juicy. Maybe a bad day.

Food’s awesome but food prep area was not clean. Fries, buns, lettuce, wrappers etc. on the floor while staff walked through it. I was the only customer so you think one of the employees standing around could have picked up a broom. If it were busy I wouldn’t have thought twice about it. Never went back - if the employees don’t care about cleanliness then who knows what’s up with their own cleanliness and food handling.

Put both a large plain fry and a regular Cajun fry in the same bag then looked at me like I had two heads when I asked if both orders were in the same. No time to wait, hence the web order, so I just took them.

Meh. Took 20 minutes to prepare a lettuce wraps & a fry with three customers there, on a weeknight. Why are they touting Philly, Tennessee,Xs & everywhere else, BUT the state they are in? Hmmm.... PS get a storage unit for your uncooked bagged/ boxed foods.

Don't waste your time and money. I had heard so much about this place and my husband had gone a few times a couple of years ago and thought it was good. My hot dog was nothing special and the bun was all crinkled up. My husband said his burger wasn't as good as before. The kitchen staff was loud and raucous. Maybe they should have spent more time paying attention to what they were supposed to be doing.

What the hell happened to Five guys, food used to be delicious now it's just a big bag of grease, need people back there that can actually make food.

Gave it another chance this time i wanted oreo shake, then next thing you know they give me vanilla. Idk why but this hispanic lady did not understand anything i ordered
