Best Noah’s I’ve been too. I order pickup and every time the food is amazing. Whenever I get a coffee they put sugar and stuff in a bag so it’s very convenient for pick up. Thank you guys
Great staff and very friendly, my go to location
Lots of parking since it's in a strip mall. Store is clean and the employees are very friendly. Social distance markers are put up all around so it's easy to know where you should stand and wait. Of course, the bagels are really good (it's Noah's!)
Always a great breakfast. I’m a frequent visitor for a reason. The owner works her butt off to make your visit great (as well as the rest of the staff). HIGHLY recommend this place!
Employee gave good recommendation, and confirmed the cinnamon roll was as dry as I thought it was
I'm giving this one the 5 Star as this is my favorite Noah's hands down. The ladies here run an excellent ship with great customer service and almost nothing to complain about. As someone who has been to about 5 other NBs in the Bay Area, this one takes the gold. While other have messed up orders in the past, this one remains consistent and courteous.
Every time I have been here it has been delicious. Sometimes a raisin bagel with cream cheese. Or a asiago bagel with salmon cream cheese smear. They have sandwiches also and my favorite is the nova lox salmon bagel sandwich. It's a must if you like smoked salmon. The service is always nice and they never take too long.
I think I have been coming here close to 20 years! Still my go to spot for bagels. The location works well near Starbucks and Lucy's. Staff is always nice, the line moves pretty fast AMF your foods out quickly.
Went here for breakfast and even though I know it's not typical for them to have hot sauce, they hooked us up! Was super happy, small things like this make my day! On top of that staff was also super friendly!
Everything is delicious and fresh.
The best bagel spot you can go to, the quality, the freshness, and the delicious taste, but the friendly and nicest employees, always with a big smile and the best customer service. This place deserves 100/5 stars.
Not as good as first visit. Correction: went back last Saturday for another try. It was excellent. Great coffee and a wonderful poppy seed bagel! Bagel was warm and fresh. Coffee and service fantastic. The cashier even gave me a senior discount without me asking! Will return!
Noah’s is conveniently located off HWY 80 East or West at the Appian Way exit in Pinole, CA. I usually get their toasted, smoked salmon on the multi-grain bagel some mornings for a quick bite that hits the spot for early mornings. They also have beverages from juice, specialty drinks, to coffee. Best to get there early, before 6:30am to avoid the line
This is by far the best place to get bagels. Been coming here for over 5yrs! All the staff are great , friendly. They make me feel like family. The bagels are amazing.
Can get a bit busy but a good bagel and right off the highway!

We love this bagel shop!! The bagels are wonderful and fresh! The employees, especially Gina, were amazing! Very polite and friendly. We’ll be returning in the future!
Great spot. They need a ton of employees pk the weekend to keep up with demand.
This is the best managed Noah's I've been to. It's always clean and the service is impeccable. I have to attribute it to the management, as I know a business social atmosphere is governed by the management, and this is my favorite place to be. I visit frequently because it's my favorite place to eat for lunch, and in many occasions breakfast. All my friends go here as well, since I turned them on to this place.
I usually don't come here, but my mom loves this place. They had a senior discount. Bagels are good.
Only been here once so far but my first time was absolutely phenomenal! I picked up a cold brew caramel shake and the equivalent of a BLT in the form of a bagel and it tasted FANTASTIC, only it never told me it came with spinach! I certainly wasn't disappointed, but I guess my gripe is that it could've ruined someone else's food if it weren't me. My and my Fiancé checked, and what I ordered didn't have spinach anywhere. They just need to update their online ordering, and this place will easily slip into my top 5 favorite food/drink stops.
Really good beagles options and coffee small take out wish there was sitting girls in the front are always super friendly
Great coffee and bagels. They have a good selection of different flavors of cream cheese and bagels. Bagel sandwiches are delicious
Noah’s is phenomenal. My go to is “Chocolate chips cookies”. The cookies are very delicious. In fact I found a place to not only get splendid bagels, but a place to get delicious cookies. Anyone who is new to contra costa county or never been to “Noah’s”. You won’t be disappointed.
Noah’s bagels is a Bay Area staple and this location in Pinole is my favorite of them all. The bagels here are, of course, super fresh & delicious, but what sets this location apart is the amazing staff. Gina is especially great and love her positive energy & smiles. You need to come here and enjoy the great food & service!

Quite a busy place here. Lot of people working and the lines do move quick. Staff here are friendly and had patience for a newbie like me trying to figure out their system. Their bagels are an acquired taste, more on the tough side but their cream cheese spread selection are unique with many varieties.
Not real NY bagels, that said better than any store bought bagel you can get. The service is at best a little surly, at worst totally indifferent. I want to recommend them but I can't.
So I came here today because I wanted the Texas brisket egg sandwich. I ordered through the app and my order was ready when I arrived. This sandwich is delicious tasty, with brisket and egg on a bagel!

Initially this was a 5 star review, but I was told this morning they have a new bagel maker and you can really tell. Now their bagels are like any other Noah's as opposed to lighter, fluffier, and bigger. Since I'm closer to Solano no reason not to just go there now. Sorry, but you had a good thing going for a while.
I love the food. Here's the issue tho. Everytime I ask for one of those iced coffee drinks they mix hot coffee with ice cubes and call that iced coffee. It is not. You are giving customers luke warm "iced" coffee drinks that are not ready to drink. Could u guys at the very least stir it so it becomes cold? Iced coffee is specifically brewed in a cold way. It's not supposed to be hot brewed coffee mixed with ice cubes. I'm not trying to come off as a Karen but come on. 🤣 The farmhouse is amazing. Never had an issue with the food.
Yes, many people are working and they seems to be nice at customer service. However, not enough quality of service; only half and half available for coffee, my 3 different sandwiches plus 2 bagels requested to be Toasted! All are not even warm enough! Restroom was closed, hand washing is essential now a days. I don't visit often, but Everytime there is a missing or something wrong with order results!
Almost a half hour wait for one bagel sandwich. We weren't given a heads up that the food would take so long when we ordered, otherwise we'd have gone somewhere else. Food was pretty tasty but warm rather than fresh and hot, as if it were sitting around for a few minutes.
There are no chairs, no where to sit. The cash register asks you if you want to tip for your takeout. Strictly go Go

Ordered online & when I arrived my order was not ready old lady said my order hasn't been received she said to wait 5 minutes she asked again for my name so showed her my phone receipt & said they still have not received it 15 minutes passed & yet still nothing I had to wait more than 30 minutes to receive my food because they did not want to make it also she was very rude everytime she would ask to see my phone every 5 minutes even kinda raised her voice at me very bad customer service.
Placed an online order 30 minutes in advance for pick up to go. None of my bagels/sandwiches were cut in half from the top down. One was cut half way through, what was the point of that? One of my orders was placed with the option of a cookie. Was instead given chips? You have to slow down in order to go fast at times. Lastly no matter what point of time in the year it is the bathroom is never available to customers.
Unfortunately, this location is not pandemic friendly. I attempted to make an order online, but with a severe nut allergy, being unable to list that under "special requests" was prohibited since they are not taking special requests at this time. Last time I ordered in person the lobby was crowded with people waiting for food or to order, in an attempt to avoid that (being high risk) I called the store directly to order. Theu have a sign outside that says the different ways you can order, "call ahead" is an option. But when I called and stated my concerns and asked to place an order I was denied due to it not being a dozen or half dozen bagels. I explained that I dont mind providing payment over the phone to ensure no profit was lost (I suppose occasionally people don't pick up the food) but I was again denied and then hung up on. I tried to order online via 2 different interfaces and neither would allow me to modify the order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I gave them 2 stars because they at least answered the phone. How are high risk people and people with allergies supposed to enjoy the food at this establishment?
Horrible customer service. I waited 30 mins. for 3 bagels (plain, one with just spread and a farmhouse). They are not enforcing the social distancing rule, they allow more than 10 customers in the waiting area and they are not any in hurry to get the orders out. It’s a shame because they really do have good bagels!
I'm really sad with how this shop has started running. For a while, especially during COVID, this Noah's was the best place to get a great bagel - both delivered and in person. But the last 6 months or so have been terrible, culminating in this morning. Their Doordash interface is wrong- no option to have your bagel toasted and missing everyday items like chocolate chip bagels, and even though I've reached out multiple times I'm always told thru can't do anything. Well, someone has to get those menus in the system. I'd understand for same day problem, but this has been months now. I called the store this morning to ask about a bagel that I know is a regular maker. The woman went to ask her manager, and I heard the woman she spoke with say "we can't do anything special. She just needs to come in or is her problem. Then the first woman, without actually passing the message on, just hung up on me. I've also had multiple deliveries of untoasted bagels with cream cheese, but some were toasted even though there's supposed to be continuity in what is delivered. Basically, you don't know what you're getting, and as someone who relies on delivery, to not even get a bagel toasted is .... Just Messed up. EDIT: I've reached out per NB's request, and will see how things turn out. !h
Horrible service. Placed a mobile order. It was not ready when I arrived. At some point after I had been there several minutes someone brought it over and placed on a shelf out of reach of customers to grab, they did not call out the name for the order. Several employees walked by as I said excuse me, To get their attention to grab my order. I waited for an extended period for no reason other than employees that did not care. If you order at the store, they call out your name when they finish it and hand it to the customer of they answer. So much for mobile ordering being quicker and more convenient, at least not at Noah’s.

This place does not answer the phone and if you want want to order a breakfast sandwich without eggs online to bad you have to go into the store.. Noah's bagel won't serve me what I actually want, so I will spend my money on a sausage McMuffin no egg Thanks..
I ordered a baker's dozen by phone and upon arrival asked if they could toast one of the bagels. The cashier said "they don't bagels in the box." I told her that doesn't make sense as they are the ones who placed them in the box and I've been to the Noah's in Berkeley and they have problem toasting one bagel. She said they don't toast bagels that are part of their $8 special. Huh? I asked for the manager. The manager came and said the same thing. I told her to give me a new order then and since it won't be in the box, it should be no problem toasting one bagel. Her response "we don't toast bagels we put in the box." So I told her not to put it in the box then. She told me "I can just leave and I don't need to be served at her store." What? I told her to show me the store policy that says "they don't toast bagels that they place in a box." She couldn't locate such a policy so I asked her to call her manager or the corporate office. I'll wait. She then told her staff to just pack me a new set of bagels and she toasted a poppy bagel, although I asked for the blueberry bagel to be toasted. I told her of her mistake but told her it is ok, counted my bagels and left. Told her to write down her name so I can file a complaint with corporate office and to have a good day. The time it took the store manager Elizabeth to argue with me about a non-existent policy she could have toasted the bagel. Seriously! I seriously think it was racially motivated because it was straight stupid. I will NEVER order from them again.
👎🏼The older lady told me that I couldn't add avocado to the Chorizo burrito because "they come pre-made". As if I haven't been to Noah's Bagels hundreds of other times before and watched them make the Chorizo burrito from scratch right in front of me. They do not come pre-made, that is a lie. Seems like they just cut corners here so they can get the job done faster then acting like that's how the company does things, and that's not cool...coming from someone who not only has been a customer to dozens of different Noah's Bagels locations for years now, but also someone who has worked as a line cook in the restaurant industry for over 16 years now. I came to Noah's this morning specifically because I'm traveling, and I chose Noah's Bagels specifically because their food is usually made fresh, instead of pre-made. Ironically she lies and tells me the menu item i have orderd hundreds of times at other locations before, is now pre-made and i can't add avocado to it. Definitely won't be coming back to this location again
Well the person who took my order at the cash register was sweet, but I really don’t know what was happening behind the counter. 12 minutes after my order was placed, my bagel STILL sat on the counter, ignored while everyone else’s orders were being filled. And they couldn’t even get the refund right.
Horrible service. Mobile ordered and arrived 20 minutes after order. They said it would be another 45 minute wait. I wanted to cancel my order and I should’ve, the sandwich was terrible.
One male employee with long hair and tattoos, said “shut the f@&$ up” to his female coworkers. This was within ear shot of my six year old daughter. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.
Do not go there staff is very rude and impatient and I order a bagel first off they charge 2$ for smear but barely give you 2nd they left avocado all over my bagel and i didn't have a bagel with advacado and a seed was in it. Very unprofessional and wasted my money I can’t eat this
Wow .. used to work here years ago. How the tables have turned to hell. 30 min for the customers who walk in? And the customer service was so rude when I asked for something simple. The eye rolling was rude too.

The person whom I have come to know as Stephanie(cashier) could benefit from Customer Service Training. It appears that Stephanie has some bias that she struggles to contain. Stephanie became increasingly argumentative and agitated after she made an error. She gave the bagels that I purchase to another customer and, instead of acknowledging that she made an error and gave my order to someone else(it happens were human) Stephanie insisted on making the error my fault. That's when her supervisor, Liz, stepped in to support me with the issue. This behavior is totally unacceptable and Social Media will be the next steps if this behavior isn't fixed.
I was pretty excited to see their menu. I also understand restaurants can get busy but based on how long it was taking for people to get their orders, I pivoted to ordering a plain bagel, a blueberry bagel and a caramel macchiato. I waited 45 minutes for an uncut, cold bagel and an INCREDIBLY SWEET machiato. Was not worth what I had heard about them. The management needs to game up!
I've gone here many times, & taken many foul-ups with a grain of salt. French toast flavored bagel, or anything of that flavor, u put cream cheese on. It? C'mon, common sense. Ordered with strawberry jelly, for the record. Girl at the register could barely operate the system. I don't complain often, but after numerous errors, I'm done with it. Hopefully they don't have to pay their people the $20 per hr wage, most of them are not even close to worth it.
