Drive Thru on Wed afternoon not bad about 8 cars deep took about 10 to 15 min. Food and service was outstanding. $35 for two people also not bad.

Great burgers for a fast food restaurant, my daughter's love going here and it's one of the only places we agree on. I don't eat very much fast food, but when I do, it's usually here. They usually keep it pretty clean and the staff are always very nice.

Went here close to midnight. It was busy. There were no tables left exept one. The table was dirty as well as the chairs. I approached Joseph and asked him if he could ask someone clean it up. I can tell he and all the staffs were busy but Joseph took his time to clean up the table for us. Thank you Joseph. That was great customer service. I hope your managers and your team know that you deserves Employee of the Month and a raise.🌹🌹💗💗🌻🌻 Gabriella also took the time to refill the pink lemonade right after I asked. One thing I would suggest that no matter how busy. The restaurant should always have asign one person clean up the floor and the bathroom. Thank you everyone for working super hard.

Have visited over 10 In-N-Out locations and this one definitely was the first one I visit where I wasn't intimidated by the long lines. Both the drive-thru and indoor dining were empty compared to the other locations (and I don't mean this in a bad way!). Service, atmosphere, and food were equally as good as the rest of the locations, just without the long waiting time and lines.

You can never go wrong with a double double and animal fries paired with a chocolate or strawberry shake. That is my go-to. All the employees provide outstanding customer service and are so very well-mannered. I always place my order inside because the drive-thru line is way too long. Either way it's definitely worth the wait. I think I'm going to try a 3x3 next time though. Thank you guys!

I think at least one reason why Americans like fast food is because they find it reliable. Generally speaking, if you go to a chain restaurant you'll get the same thing if you're in a different city or different state however there are exceptions. The home of the Whopper comes to mind as being the most egregious in terms of quality being off the Mark in different locations- but not so with In and Out ; you can always count on great quality, great service , good price good food I'm coming back. Quality in all locations never been disappointed.

The employees here were super friendly, way helpful, precise and prompt. The entire place was pleasantly clean and comfortable. plus this is THE ONLY in& out I KNOW OF that still also serves pepperchinis (yes, I know I spelt that wrong)MUST HAVE on the "secret" animal style burger. the best thing about in and out is their DELICIOUS and satisfyingly fresh burgers are the most affordable meal these days. Sent at a busy time so took 15 minutes in line! Generally just a couple of minutes. The burgers are tasty and juicy unlike other fast food drive through. I always get the protein style which is lettuce wrapped. The fried are great when you go at busy times because always fresh.

The employees at the Pittsburg in n out easily have the best customer service compared to many locations I’ve been too. Even when they are slammed or super busy they are respectful, don’t make you feel rushed to order or like your guest experience is any less important. Personally I’ve only ordered drive thru so I don’t have an opinion on the inside per se. However, the location as far as exterior is always clean. Even when the line is crazy long they have team members out there assisting In the flow of customers. Tonight I had a particular great experience for a Thursday night in the drive thru 30 min before closing. The man expediting drive thru flow was bubbly, read back my order, offered options and was overall kind. For being so close to being off work on a Thursday night and still have the same level of positive customer service did not go unnoticed. I missed his name. Overall I’ll just say this, I’ve never had an error or disappointment with my food (take out) , never takes too long, every single employee asks how hour day is and appears genuine even if it’s just a part of the job. The food was Amazing, omg thw crisp bun is yummy. The young man at the window was very nice. We asked if we could add a single burger to our order, for a fur baby, he asked if we wanted it non salted. That is so nice of him. All the employees were nice, 😃 smiles. We have no pictures, we were so hungry and didn't think about taking any.

Best burguer I've ever tried. The customer service was also very kind and, since I went on lunch time and it was really busy, they took the measures to accelerate the attention time; so I really enjoyed it and didn't have to wait a lot.

Delicious, workers are kind and respectful, and the place is nice. It's always super crowded though, the inside is always packed, and the drive thru is also always super filled. But other than that, it's great.

Great choice for something quick. I had their combo 1 cheeseburger meal with fries and drinks. Served warm and tastes right. We had onions in the burger, it was nice. Combo 2 with double cheese is also good. The fries are also just right in the crunchiness, not oily. The drinks selection has soft drinks like root beer, there's cubed ice, and water. You can refill as you want. If you're new to fast food, you'll notice it's self-service and clean your table as you go. I saw it was clean everywhere, that was good. There was something new with their garnish, a yellow chili with the salt and pepper area, and this yellow chili is good. Yellow chili is mildly spicy, tasted similar to pickles but with a kick. If you can't finish the large serving, there's a paper bag they give you to take it for your own takeout. Parking shows how well frequented this place is.

The quality at all in and out burgers are determined by the efficiency of the managers, and this place seems to be well managed. The only reason the atmosphere is rated lower, it's just because they're always so crowded,but the crowds tell you how great they are .

I ordered my food and ate it right there the fries were nice and hot and crispy the burgers are perfectly cooked and the root beer was ice cold what else can I ask for Plus on top of that I only spent a little over 10 bucks. I do always recommend people to eat it right there is so much better Fresh Off The Grill instead of letting it cool off on the way home.

I haven’t been in this location for a long time. Today I came to get some food for my mom and I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Kevin Mo. He was very professional very friendly, and I watched him helped other clients. He went above and beyond to make every client feel welcome. It made a huge difference that he is bilingual because he was helping some clients that didn’t speak any English and he gave them excellent customer service in Spanish. Definitely I recommend this location and I will definitely come back.

I love In & Out. Hands down the best burger of the major fast food chains and also the cheapest. A number one is a bout $12 which is cheaper than the equivalent meal at the other places. I also like that they pay their staff better than the other fast food places and it really shows in the service you get. The cashier's are always well spoken, friendly and look you in the eye when interacting. When it comes to staffing you get better employees if you pay them more. In & Out is doing it right.

One may choose the wellness of how their burger is cooked as well as the fries--well done makes them crispy which are a good snack for when the fries get cold. There is even a sodium free patty (upon request) to order for the dog! The limited menu allows for good product delivery and reduces confusion.

I put down 4 stars because I think the men's bathroom could of used a little more attention. Other than that I always have a great visit and it's always a positive experience.

The food is delivered quick and easily. Unfortunately, the burgers are no longer as good as they used to be. They're going in McDonald's direction with super thin meat. I’ve loved In-N-Out Burger for a very long time, but this is my first time reviewing it(at this location). All I can say is that the menu and the taste of the burger has not changed. Still very good and has not lost that twang (that special sauce). One thing I learned about this place recently though is that they do not have bacon or put BACON in their burgers, good to know right? If you know In-and Out you would know they have other things they serve that’s not on the menu but I can’t tell you :). You’ll have to find out for your self. So I went through the drive thru and it was pretty fast. Literally in-n-out. Living up to its name. The girl at the window was all smiles which is what we all want to see when at the drive thru. This was the most disgusting In-N-Out I've been to. In the cooking area there was trash all over the floor. It was a mess! The fountain drinks were broken and the faces dangling. The was trash out in the lobby dinning area. It smelled like grease. The hamburger was beat up and barely alive (over cooked, old tomatoes and lettuce, too much dressing). I won't be going back to this place.

I watched another customer demand a refund because they skipped and never called his number and with my order they rounded up the bill for charity and never asked me to do so!!!!! Where do I start, if you don't mind waiting in an hour-long drive-thru for an undercooked burger that is really not all that special. Unfortunately there's a hype and Buzz around In-N-Out Burger that makes no sense. It's no different than any other restaurant that just Cooks a fresh hamburger. Yes the hamburger patties are not frozen. But that doesn't mean that they're really any difference than any other restaurants hamburger patties that aren't frozen. Most of the times I've gone through In and Out Burger they're trying to get them off the grill so fast the center of the burger isn't cooked and being at the Patty does not even weigh a quarter of a pound that says something for how fast they cook them. Why people are so obsessed with their french fries again as another thing I will never understand just to say that they're fresh. Well yeah that's true you can watch the guy cut potatoes right there in the window. Ask any chef though and he'll tell you that that's not how you make french fries from cutting them to Frying them in a few minutes. If you want crunchy on the outside and undercooked mealie on the inside you got it in and out burger fry. But generally because of the the hype around the place keeps the drive-thru pack 24/7 I've seen it packed 30 minutes before they open in the morning until the minute they close at night 7 days a week. Going inside you might get service a little faster. Also they have this annoying habit of throwing the napkins on top of the food in the bag so the napkins will have whatever steamed grease came out of your food along with some cheese and sauce from your burger. And grease from the fries already on them. When they first open their location in Pittsburgh California I waited in line for an hour to get burgers. I've gone back several times over the years again it is a departure from the Clown, the king and the colonel, also not to mention Jack in the box. But really what they charge for a hamburger and how long it takes to get it I wouldn't bother unless it's your first time going there and you really want to experience something that has become iconic in California for what reason I don't know. Yes go to In and Out have a burger have a double double have an animal style whatever. Enjoy it for what it is and that all that it is. Realize that that basic cheeseburger you just got it cost you $10. At least the money for it did go to pay for the staff and to keep the place clean.

Latest review: Last night I took my family to have dinner at the In-N-Out in Pittsburg/Antioch, CA; my wife pointed out the free, hot cocoa sign that was on display on the counter, so we decided, after having dinner, we will enjoy some hot cocoa for dessert. After finishing our dining meal, I went up to order a large strawberry shake and free hot cocoa's. I noticed my total was increasing as I was ordering the hot cocoa's, and was confused as to why free, hot cocoa's was increasing my total; when I completed payment, I saw that I was charged for 2 hot cocoa's. When our number was called and I went to pick up my order, I said some thing about being charged for the free hot cocoa's to the short, east Asian looking gentleman who I believe is a manager; this gentleman very unprofessionally questioned me and the weather, insinuating that it had not been a rainy day when actually it had rained all morning long, and then proceeded to further question me asking me what hours it was raining that day; the gentleman then went on to say that if it's raining when the restaurant opens then they usually have that deal going and I said yes! that's probably why the sign is on the counter, because it was raining all morning. I usually never have a complaint about my visit to In-N-Out, but last night was not a good visit after dealing with this unprofessional manager, and being overcharged for free, hot cocoa. Prev review: It’s outside of Southern California, so In-N-Out locations are far and few. This location is better than others as the drive-thru line seems shorter and/or moves quicker, or maybe it’s just less busy than the others. The food and taste is pretty consistent with what is expected of the In-N-Out company, the staff here seems extra friendly and that’s a nice plus! I will be returning to this location as again, the options are far and few. I’d rather be in Southern California!

I don't get to eat in n out that often, maybe twice in a year. My wife loves the place with the animal fries... I have a hard time paying $$ for 2 oz' of meet, with a piece of white iceberg lettuce(bla), the forgoten onion, and 2 slices of tomato.. and while the fries are purity darn good 👍, they're not on my list of healthy choices. I would give this pace a 5 if all I wanted was comfort food (so I could wallow around in my fat). but that's not a good choice.. Bottom line; it would have been nice to have a burger that matched or even came close to the picture (minus the catchup mustard, mayonnaise mix)...

I don't know what all the hype is with the burgers. The only thing I can actually say is how well you're treated. Everyone is smiling the entire time. I felt like I was in the movie Pleasentville with Jerry Maguire! The burgers aren't great and they're very small.

Worst In and Out I have ever been to. Went through drive thru. Animal fries were turn sideways in the bag and very little fixing on them. We had two different kinds of burgers that were NOT marked. I ended up having to go into the business because they forgot to put a side in the bag. We will NOT be going back!

Placed an order . It was wrong ( again). Went back this time ( because this keeps happening) . All they did was wipe off what was wrong and microwaved it. I could rant for a while but I am not. Just will Never go back to this location.

Order here often through drive-through, countless, countless of messed up orders, I gave this place 5 star for the longest time, until I got tired of them continually messing up my orders. Everything will be accurately printed on the paper, but you get different burgers in your go to bag, so when all coworkers open up the bag, coworkers have their burgers wrong. This is first in n out that i give 1 star review. Today i ordered double double and they gave me single, with wrong selections. Please retrain your crew. Out of many areas ive been to, this is the only place that mess up so many orders.

God awful slow service (45 to even get to order) and the drive through line illegally blocks basically every other food places ability to get customers even in their parking lots. Should get shut down as a public nuisance l!

Unfortunately, this is by far the worst In-N-Out location in the Bay Area. The team taking orders outside in the parking line is great super efficient and friendly. But once you step inside, the experience completely changes. The girls handing out the orders have the worst attitude. You’ll have to repeat yourself five times if you need something as simple as a fork. And don’t even bother asking for a knife not only will they tell you “we don’t have knives at In-N-Out,” but they’ll do it with the most dismissive tone. It’s really disappointing, especially considering how good the service is at other locations. Definitely not the standard you’d expect from In-N-Out.

First, I waited in line much longer than usual, which was frustrating, especially considering this location is typically efficient. When I finally got my order, I realized my utensils were completely missing. I had asked several times to eat in the car (rather than take-out), but unfortunately, my order was still packaged as to-go. To top it off, after requesting utensils and the correct packaging, I was met with confusion and an overall lack of attention to detail. I get that mistakes happen, but this level of service isn’t what I expect from such a well-known chain. Hopefully, this is just a one-off, but I’m definitely disappointed with the lack of care today. I hope management can address this to avoid further issues for customers in the future.
