We had a fantastic meal at JoJo's. From steak to chicken to pasta, everything was prepared perfectly. We came back again on our next trip through Pittsford. Tender salmon, flavorful chicken and a steak that was perfectly cooked. This time we added a bottle of wine from their diverse selection. Yummy all around.

A very cool look on the inside since this building was remodeled, it's an open floor plan. They have comfortable intimate seating booths with low soft lighting - Very nice for a date. The staff is friendly and attentive. And the food is cooked properly - Not overcooked with fresh ingredients. When we visit a restaurant for the first time, if they have a burger on the menu, I'll order one just to try it once - Unless of course I see something else on the menu that I want to try. This was our 2nd visit to Jojo Bistro, and we weren't disappointed the 1st time, so figured I would order their burger. I order burgers medium-rare to medium as it's a difficult cook to give a burger - That can tell you a lot about the cook. Jojo Bistro made it perfectly ! They also have terrific chef designed entrees, and Jojo Bistro should not be construed as a 'Burger' restaurant based on what I ordered. Because they have only one burger on the menu, they better get it done right - And they did.

We we're having a bad night, a really bad night, as a family. The host sat us in a corner, far from the madding crowd, as requested. The waitress was sweet and sympathetic and attentive. The food was delicious and interesting and made us smile a bit, in the dark times. Thanks, guys. You really helped out my family in our time of sadness.

Our waitress was great and I enjoyed the ex pat wine flight and salmon dish — so delicious! That dish came out perfectly. Another person in our party ordered the steak sandwich which was super overcooked and dry. The au jus was extremely salty, too. Atmosphere is nice, busy and loud, but we had a nice corner booth. Pizzas looked good, next time we may give that a try!

The food was pretty good. The calamari was excellent. The salads were both solid. They forgot our dessert order and we ended up sitting and waiting for 15+ minutes. They did comp us for it which was very nice. I would come back and try the risotto which looked good. Calamari: 5/5 - perfect amount/flavor Grilled Romain + Chicken: 4/5 - solid Flat Iron Salad: 4.5/5 - really good

Absolutely adore the ambiance at Jojo’s. Menu - both dinner and beverage has something for everyone. It can be really loud and crowded. Service is great. Plenty of parking. Recommend making reservations ahead of time.

Nice toasty pizza, wish there were more toppings spread out around the pizza, just too much crust left. The pizza needs to more sliced through. Good appetizers. Expect drinks to be over $12. On the pricy side for the portions of food so maybe order a couple things to share.

It was a good place to go when you're in the mood for loud, family friendly. We didn't try the pizza but will the next time. Didn't get pictures of the steak which my daughter loved and the pork chops my husband said were great. The risotta was honestly not great. The Salmon was good. The duck wings were very sweet so a no for me but the kids and husband enjoyed.

**EDIT** the owner was very sincere in reaching out to me and following up on this feedback - I appreciated their sincerity in trying to understand and make right the experience and am certainly impressed by that and will be looking forward to visiting again! Maybe we went on a weird night but we saw our waitress maybe 3 times mostly to order; it’s a really cozy interior but food left a lot to be desired. We ordered the $20 meat & cheese app which came with zero crackers (even though advertised) and literally only 4 pieces of cheese and 4 pieces of charcuterie meat. I was def expecting something a bit more robust for price tag. For an entree I ordered the short rib with mashed potatoes & brussel spouts. The meat was dry, the potatoes were dry & seemingly unseasoned, and the sprouts were roasted to literal crisps.

Food was ok but service was just terrible. Appetizers arrived before we even got our drinks, plates weren’t cleared from the table as food came out, and no plates given when my pizza came out. I was left setting my pizza down on a dirty appetizer plate that was never cleared.

I have been coming here for 3 years and service has always been excellent. Yesterday we went and sat at the bar, every single item we ordered was cold. I am not one to complain so we just ate it as normal and went on our way. When I mentioned this to my mother she told me she had the same experience a week prior. This leads me to believe that the service is unfortunately being overlooked. We spent $147 including tip, I am hesitant to dine there again.

I frequent Jo Jo's fairly often. Tonight was a complete disappointment. I stopped in with a dining companion at around 5:00 PM on a Sunday evening. We sat at the bar, and wanted to order a couple drinks and dinner. When the bartender approached, I asked if he could make a fun "mule' for a cocktail. Margaritas and Mules were listed as a happy hour drink Monday-Friday, so I didn't think much of asking for one. The bartender answered, "No, I don't make mules." Okay...? so I ordered a glass of wine. Next we ordered food. I ordered the cajun chicken, and my companion ordered the specialty pizza with a dinner salad. Both arrived, and a container of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes were set in front of us. I took the the shaker of parmesan cheese and sprinkled it on top of my chicken. When I looked at the container of cheese closer, it was full of green mold mixed in with the cheese. A different bartender inquired about our meals. I explained to her that I had sprinkled cheese all over my chicken and that it was full of mold. She did not reply, but took the moldy shaker of cheese away and produced a new shaker of cheese. She then approached the other bartender and whispered to him about my concern. A few minutes later, he walked up to me and announced, "The moldy cheese won't hurt you, but it's gross." I obviously agreed. Instead of offering to get me a fresh piece of chicken, he walked away. I pushed my uneaten plate forward, and waited for my companion to finish his side salad and pizza. The bartender again approached me and repeated, "Mold won't make you sick, but I "comped" you the pizza." The pizza was fine, and $10.00 less than the chicken dish. I didn't want the pizza to be comped. I wanted to eat dinner... a dinner that I ordered, that was fresh, and not covered in moldy cheese. Instead, I went home hungry, and I still paid over $60.00 for pizza, a side salad, and two drinks. Very disappointing service, and food to say the least. I won't be back.
