No one makes coffee like Tim Horton's! Dark roast with a shot of vanilla is it for me! The location in Penfield NY has EXCELLENT customer service!

Aside from the bagels tasting like they're toasted even when they're not the food is great. Coffee is good tasting at a reasonable price unlike the speciality shops. The Timbits are always fresh as are the muffins. Only wish they would bring back the raisin bran muffins.

This Tim Horton is my favorite I’m glad there’s a sweet older lady working before use to be one of the younger one she seemed like she had lots of attitude and she’s too good to be working there or something but now everytime before I go to work I stop and get my coffee

This is a great Tim Hortons! The staff is super friendly, their drive through is incredibly fast, and if they make a mistake they own it instead of blaming one another. Highly recommend!

This Tim Hortons in Pittsford, NY has an appearance to a house (which blends in with other shops) and I actually drove past it the first time I went looking for it. I like this location a lot because there is rarely a line and the staff is quick to help you.

They actually knew what lightly toasted meant! Usually get the biscuit and bagel burnt and crusty. The bagel was perfectly toasted but the egg patty seemed a little old. But because they weren’t burnt, I’ll go back!

A must needed tasty dining for uplifting our tastebuds and to ease our inflation worries by devouring delicious drinks and mouthwatering doughnuts! Thank you Tim Hortons and the staff for making our lives sweeter one sip/bite at a time:)

It was after 1 pm need a pick me up! Plus, had there coupon buy one get one donut! Got my favorite Boston cream! The server was Melody. Friendly, asked what had happen before! Why they were closed for so long! The new management not going to be like before! The servers are going to be friendly & caring! It was good to hear! Told them it was good to have them back open! The donuts 🍩 were so fresh & soo good! Will be stopping in again before I go on my diet! 😆

Stopped by for my Tim Hortons fix, and had the BEST experience! Recently reopened under new ownership, this is a must-stop for anyone wanting a delicious pick-me-up! From the friendly staff and amazing coffee to the phenomenally clean and bright facility, I was super impressed!! Definitely will recommend!!!

If anybody traveling by this service Plaza, Tim Hortons has the best caramel macchiato ever!! Not to mention they’re old fashion, donut holes. Oh my goodness really made my morning. And I have to say that was the best customer service that I’ve gotten in a long time, my hats off to those working this morning.

This Tim Hortons is one of the better ones I've been too. They usually get my order correct and they are usually kind and courteous to their customers. I've read the other reviews on here and see most of them from November or last year-but since I've been coming there in January-completely different turn around. 180! Wow! Always clean, always fast! Always willing and trying to make things better even if it's a mistake. You can tell they care!! Lots of people during the morning rushes though, but that is expected.

This Hortons used to be on my not so favorite places to stop but lately they have been awesome. The morning crew there is great and the bagel is always made the way I ask. My only hold back is that there wasn't a strawberry cheesecake donut when I absolutely needed one. lol inside joke, but the donuts there are just OK. I wish there was a time of day when you could get one right out of the cooker. Nothing better than a FLAMING HOT DONUT.

I come here for convenience. Mediocre-at-best. Service is generally good and most staff is friendly. If you want a good donut go to Wegmans tops hegedorns or Donuts Delite

So on a daily basis, my fiancé stops there before work to grab coffee and occasionally breakfast. He continuously asks for a dark roast iced coffee, and is consistently told you don't have dark roast iced coffee at the time. Here's my question, you serve dark roast coffee, so you can't throw some cubes and milk in a cup and serve dark roast iced coffee? Just a thought. Other then that, decent service.

The back area drive thru has been "under construction" for months with zero activity! That said, the food is consistent and fast. UPDATE: This was in fact under construction, due to an unsafe civil engineering condition that required addressing and reworking. Thanks to those in charge for making this a safe area again.

Food is okay. Register folks did not know the menu or up charge options. And some weird corporate peson was supervising and taking notes on an iPad. The corporate guy sort of creeped me out. I won't buy from Tim Horton again. If corporate wants to see how people work at a facility, setup inevasive mobile WiFi cameras.

No one would open the doors when it was open and we waved and they ignored us. We had to go through drive through instead. They were not friendly taking our order. The food could have been much hotter. It was barely warm.

I really like Tim Hortons but this location is falling behind. They only allow drive through and during lunch the line can be so long that by the time you get through it there is no time left to eat. I hope the owner can fix their staffing issue soon! Today the wait was 22 minutes which is just too long.

Service was so slow it was ridiculous. One cup of coffee and they got the order wrong. Yikes

Their WiFi is always problematic. Because of that I generally avoid Timmies.

Not the cleanest Tims. The tables are always dirty. Some of the staff members are very nice and some are really rude.

Most of their employees are kinda rude, orders are constantly wrong, and they are often out of stock with various items and do not mark them as such.

I just got charged for hot water with lemon $2. Crazy! I’ve never been charged for tap water before!

Not open at 7:30 on Saturday morning, June 11. l was disappointed.

Ordered breakfast and they forgot to give me one of things I ordered. Not the end of the world but since their doors are closed I had to wait 10 minutes to go through their drive through again. Asked the lady if they could add some timbits for compensation, and she wanted to charge me. Again not the end of the world but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Why should I lose my time because of their mistake? Why isn't there a policy to offer a free item as an apology?

I stopped at this location because I figured the Pittsford location would be cleaner than the others on my route. Boy, was I mistaken. Unswept floors, dirty, sticky tables, overflowing garbage in dining area and restroom. I had a dirty napkin stuck to my shoe while looking for a clean table. They were out of several food items. It took a very long time to make my food. When I finally got it, it wasn't what I ordered. One of the workers was wearing a sweatsuit, not a uniform. That made me question whether I should even eat my food. At least the coffee was good. Not at all what I expected. I'll keep driving & go to one of the nicer ones next time.

Love Timmy's. Used to love this location (Long Pond Road), now I only go if I have to. Regardless of time of day, the service seems much slower than you'd expect from the number of employees or from what should be optimized efficiency for the morning rushes.

They dont know how to wrap. Ordered the chicken chipotle lunch wrap, got it in a timely manner and the staff was friendly. After opening the box it came in it was clear to day, that all of the inside was on the bottom. You had one job and you failed.

Stopped for a drive thru order while running errands… the hot coffee is served half empty, even after asking for it to be full, food was missing from our to go order, the food we did get was wrong, & the number listed online & on the receipt has been disconnected, so I can’t call back to speak with anybody.

Ordered two 40 packs of Timbits. Wish we had opened the box’s while still in the drive through. One box only had about 19 Timbits, not 40. 2 stars because at least what we got was delicious.

I generally love Tim Hortons and I try not to leave negative reviews, but yeesh... I've not been there once where they've gotten it right and I've given several chances. Getting someone to stop talking and come to the register, get the order into the computer properly, then stop talking long enough to fill my order (let alone properly) has been an issue on almost every visit. Then there's stuff like running out of several sandwich components during breakfast and only then putting them into the oven after you've ordered ("do you mind waiting ten minutes, we just ran out of eggs") just says there's a lack of management or preparedness that needs addressing. The people have generally been nice and you can pretty much expect the same thing from any fast food place, I really hope some day it's not so frustrating at this location.

Ignored me in the drive thru and locked the doors 15 mins before closing.

Horrible location for the drive through, confusing to find. Also the dining room is closed.

Went inside and placed my order. Three other customers received their order before I received mine.

I normally don't leave a bad review but this is second time I visited around 5:15am to this timhortons and nobody answered. Not happy they just lost a costumer.

Tried to order food this morning 02/10 but employee was too busy fixing her hair.

Came through at 4:30 on a Friday and the lights were on at the drive thru and in the doughnut case but there was nobody working and the case was empty. Signs and internet says close at 7. Also tried calling around noon on a Monday and no answer. Is this location closed?

Went to the drive thru never received my receipt or card back! Came back and the front door was locked and had to go to the drive thru to get card back and never said sorry was very unprofessional!

Came here after 5 a.m because the google hours state that they’re open at 5 a.m. no one answered through the speaker. At least change your hours on google or let the customer know you’re closed through the speaker. Ridiculous.

Great prices, but service is CONSISTENTLY slow.. pretty normal to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru. Stopped going because I'm late for work too much.

Seriously bad experience as they are not prepared. Pulled into drive thru at 6:10 and after waiting 5 min there was no answer. Other behind me and still nothing after multiple times asking for assistance. Pulled up to their window and could not see anyone. Called and no one answered. After asking for assistance some more 2 ladies finally came to the window in a rush and said their headsets weren’t working but coincidentally they rushed to start taking orders for the next cars waiting. I asked for 1 dozen donuts and 1 dozen bagels and was told they don’t have enough and don’t make enough at their location. They couldn’t do a dozen of anything even though it’s on their menu. I then asked to just get 2 - 12 cup jugs and had to pull into the front of the building for 15 minutes to wait. Not prepared and can’t fulfill the request for items on their own menu.

My first negative review left on google. The hours clearly say this location opens at 5am. I have waited for service on 4 separate occasions in the last 4 months ranging from 5-5:30 and have yet to be greeted either at the drive thru speaker or at the window itself when I see people working inside. Be a normal human being and walk over to the drive thru window, tell me the hours are incorrect and that I cannot be served until they open, it's not that hard to be a decent person. I've honked my horn (it's not quiet, it's an air horn) and still no response. This the epitome of poor management and low quality workers. Not to mention, CHANGE YOUR LISTED OPEN HOURS if they have changed! Your supposed to be a professional business.

This is the most convenient location for me but I will drive to the next exit on the highway to avoid it. The girls that work here act like you are troubling them to just want to order. Horrible customer service. They have also gotten my order wrong several times.

I enjoy Tim Horton’s coffee, but this location SUCKS! Because of the random hours they are open I avoid going there. Thought I would take a chance this morning and they were closed, on a Friday at 10 a.m.

Love Tim Hortons. Always great service at the Geneseo location but I stopped at the Pittsford location Thursday the 8th around 330 pm and was the only car in line. 2 employee cars in parking lot. No one else. Waited at the speaker for well over 5 minutes. I even moved my car to make sure their headset recognized a car. After this, I pulled up to the window and waited an additional 5 or so minutes. Nothing. No life inside whatsoever. I pulled around to see the open sign, to make sure I wasn't crazy. They were open. Not a soul in sight. Normally I would choose Tim Horton's over anything, and I really dont like giving negative reviews because I've worked a lot of retail and food industry but unfortunately Dunkin next door got my business this day :/

Website says open til 7pm; hours on window say open til 3pm. I pulled up at 2:30p and staff is outside smoking when I pulled up at drive-thru and one guy raises his hands like ‘what-the-hell’ with automated voice on intercom stating the restaurant was closed. Which is it? Pathetic management. Lived in Canada a number of years and never experienced such poor service at a TH.

Interesting, here at 7:01 p.m. lights literally turned off as we walked up to door. So we went to drive thru and were told they are currently closed. Great business, well go to Dunkin.

Closed again ......2:00pm in the afternoon. This has happened numerous times before. An employee answered the window when I knocked. They close early when they don't have the staff. This also has happened to me at the E. Henrietta location. Where's the owner?? Put up a sign !! Change your hours. Something. Bad choices.

Don't go to this Tim Hortons. They can't even make a breakfast sandwich. I got an untoasted double bunned flat bread sandwich. Instead of opening the flat bread and put a full one on one side and another one on the other. So gross. Also they were out of everything, egg whites, hash browns, iced caps, frozen lemonades, frozen hot coco. Also very slow service.

Ordered a sausage and cheese on an English muffin. While eating it I noticed a sky blue goo melted into the cheese. Meegan manager replaced it but still what the heck was that? Cooking area was clearly contaminated or the product. Be watchful.

Walked in the door tonight the young lady behind the counter was blowing her nose then she finished emptying the garbage before taking our order she then proceeded to make our sandwiches without washing her hands and she only put one glove on. All while the other employee was sitting in a chair on the front porch on her phone. WASH YOU'RE HANDS AFTER BLOWING YOUR NOSE AND TAKING OUT THE GARBAGE! A glove on each hand when preparing food please. Gross! Never eating there again!

Sunday noon. Door locked!! No restroom access! This has happened before. Does Management realize Customers need access and desire to meet at tables?

This place is randomly closed when the hours on the website, google maps, and even the signage on their door states otherwise. Today I went in the middle of the day and while the drive through screens were on, the building was dark once I pulled up to the window. This isn't just Covid-related either, this same thing happened a year ago when I went.

Service was quick. But the biscuit was cold as was the cheese and the sausage was room temperature. That makes for an awful sandwich. Let's work on quality control.

I went through the drive-thru for the first time at this location. I was told they didn't have the 2 for $6 breakfast sandwich promotion. Ok no problem, I asked for one sandwich instead. When I finally made it to the window two employees inside were doing anything but approaching the window. Finally a third person showed up and handed me my sandwich, and told me to have a nice day. Nobody had ever charged me. Even free, the cold sandwich wasn't worth waiting in the drive-thru for.

Boy, I want you to succeed with your second life, but when your not ready to take care of customers at 8:15am on a Saturday after you've been open a month is a serious question towards your survival. I'll come back, but not for long if you can't get it together. Here's hoping things improve.... Let's go...you got this Tim Hortons!

I try to support my local businesses. Time and time again I am let down with this location. The drive thru is always SUPER slow, food is never correct & most importantly..my morning coffee order wasn't correct. They lack staff, food items & seem to be consistently overwhelmed by having customers. Being the only drive thru in the small town I would expect them to be prepared for high volume. Sadly they aren't & I will now drive out of my way & down the road to their competitors to get my morning joe.

I stopped by this location (drive-thru) after reading reviews that the front door was often locked. I ordered a pumpkin spice latté and asked the server if there would be eat-in opportunities this weekend (I was hoping to meet an out of town friend here). I was enthusiastically told “Yes!” End results? *My latte was delivered without pumpkin spice flavoring. I had already driven away before figuring this out. * I made arrangements to meet my friend here Sunday morning at 11:15. * The door was LOCKED Sunday morning as other reviewers have griped. I knocked until someone came to the door. “We don’t have enough servers to open.” There were at least 3 servers on duty. * My friend arrived by Uber, we piled his stuff into my car and drove up the street to Starbucks. The place was mobbed with people—almost every seat taken, and easily 12+ people waiting for orders. Constant traffic while we were there (~1.5 hours). Clearly they knew better than to waste their time at Tim Horton’s.

Went there around 11 am, dining room was not busy but the drive thru was very busy. We understood and waited patiently, with our hungry two year old, but we are not even greeted by the TWO employees that were working. Not even a “sorry we are super busy, we’ll be right with you” or “please wait a few minutes” no greeting at all, we waited for fifteen minutes without ever being acknowledged at all, so we had to walk out!
