So I had a Chuck E. Cheese date with my four year-old baby girl and I was tied on the budget. I know Chuck E. Cheese pizza is really good but at times it can be pricey so I decided to go for my hut box and got two mini pizzas with some buffalo wings and my baby was super excited. Can’t wait for the next run to Chuck E. Cheese.

One of the cleanest restaurants that I've visited in a long time. I walked in to order a pizza to take home and was just in awe of the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. Pizza was good. Service was not that good. We needed some info for bulk ordering of my kid bday. Did not get enough info on the first visit.May be another visit needed,

Service was good and the food was great. The store was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

I waited for my carryout pizza in the lobby after paying for it for over 10min after I called my order in about 20min before hand. Come to find out my order was sitting in the oven warmer the whole time.

Great pizzas everytime. We love the garlic breadsticks and personal pizza. Order was ready in 14 minutes. Not happy with the pasta, could have been better. No option for Alfredo sauce.

Better delivey drivers. The one last night demanded I meet him outside. Even after I told him my husband was in the lobby with the money, he said, "You come. It $52, you bring money. I out front." He never stepped into the lobby of the hotel, or attempted to find our room.

The online ordering process was very good. We ordered a pizza with two topping on each half. One piece of pizza had no toppings on it and the amount of toppings was pretty skimpy.

This location did everything that I could expect it to...the product, the Edge, did not live up to what I expected. Yes the crust was thin, yes it was to the edge but it was soggy, not crispy at all. The overall taste was fair at best.

the cost was just to high. over $30 for 1 large pizza with 2 toppings, which was not priced to badly, but then all the other fees that get added to the total is more than I feel is correct.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza five days in advance. An hour before pickup I got a message saying they don’t have any stuffed crust. What’s the point of ordering in advance if you’re not going to get what you ordered? Anyway, it is what it is. So, they asked me if I want another crust I told her I wanted a deep dish. For the mishap she threw in six hot wings. Thank you Mind you I do not have Pizza Hut often. I really wanted to try the stuffed crust. I showed up to Pizza Hut to pick up my order. I even ordered the bacon cheddar cheese sticks since, I wanted to try new things. With deep dish pizza, hot wings, and the cheese sticks it might not be so bad since I didn’t get my original order. When I got home I noticed, correct me if I am wrong looking at the picture, I did not get a deep dish pizza. It did not look like it to me but I did not want to go back. I already wasted 30 minutes I am not going to waste more time going back. If you’re going to order something from this location. Make sure to call a day before to make sure they have it in stock. I spent $60 including tip and it wasn’t worth it.

In terms of quality and texture, this was a huge disappointment. And just too expensive, four pizzas plus tip, over $100 for something that should had been 1/3 of that cost considering the final product. We even had to blot the grease off it.

Did not have time to call last night as I was running late to leave. The pizza was not very good at all. I ordered the thin crispy crust and I received a crust that was under done and soggy. Very disappointed

I ordered a large sausage pizza and this is what I got so sad and so disappointed

Our pizza was drowning in sauce and barely had any cheese. You could see all of the sauce through the thin patchy layer of cheese. When we bite into the pizza, the sauce squirts everywhere. It’s inedible and ended up throwing it in the trash.

I should read the reviews before order. Pizza sweet taste like panda express. Never again

I ordered pizza from them. They said it would be 45 mins. But it took an hour. Then they didn't even have my wings I ordered with pizza and I had to wait over 20 more mins and I called and the lady and she was very rude. The lady said There was no manager but when I called back she said she was the manager. My wings still did not show up. So I called when the wings finally showed up and asked for a job from the "manager" and this lady shut me down. Forget about this location. I wish I could give Less than a star but I don't have this option. Go to Dominos.

Store manager has kept my card number for her personal use and and refuse to give me any information. I am very upset about this and I need some thing done, Because of this I have to cancel my credit card. This has cost me time, money and no access to funds when I need them cause of the security issue with( Theresa aka GM of Pizza Hut)and my card information. Please Be careful with identity of theft at this location. I have called the proper authorities to press Charges against her.

The new service when you call is the worst idea by corporate. They thought it would be convenient and faster instead it takes me forever and the lady asks very personal questions about your habits and extra personal information that has never been needed by them. Stupid people at the top. Change it or lose even more customers. Other customers that read this don't put up with their crap. It's only convenient for them not us.

Disgusting under cooked and hardly any toppings. No cheese or peppers you have to BUY a small container if you want. Also, employees take note, when some one goes out of the way to tip over 30% (because your cc machine didn’t even give an option)…. You say thank you!

I placed an order on Thursday here for a delivery And got charged $51.two medium pizzas And an order of breadsticks...Four days laterWent to another Pizza HutOrder the same two medium PizzaI got it for 23 pick up SMDH like really pizza sadd but sum one is doing sumthing not rite here.

I ordered 2 large pizzas online then i picked up in store to be charged another $2 for a service fee. Are you kidding me? Nothing online says service fee. It's something unnecessary.

Ordered contactless delivery and got a cold pizza that looked like it was tossed on the ground along with a damaged 2 liter of soda leaking into the bag. Very disappointed I spent over $30 for my food to be treated like it was trash.

It was tossed inside the box and was a very floppy, and greasy disappointment, definitely was handled with little care. The customer service was great. But the pizza was a complete disappointment. I love Pizza Hut but this location is a no for me. After trying this location twice before and being disappointed by the quality of my food, I can say the third and most recent visit will be my last at this location. Waste of money for low quality food. If I pay for a item I expect to get what I pay for, but my pizzas were not quality food or anything close to expectations. My family tried the pizzas and did not like it so we didn’t even finish eating all the food, again complete Waste of money. I would not buy this quality food for myself or anyone else I know. Very disappointed

They do not handle their own deliveries I had a door dash driver show up and refuse delivery. They had to cancel the order. Was not the first time this happened.

Haven't ate for years and I'll tell u it ain't the same sauce is sweet, bread sticks r outrageous and ain't the same no cheese topping everything sucks! They charge a service fee to pick up! The food was stubstandard. Kind of like lunch lady pizza at an elementary school. Thin tasteless sauce. Thinnest pepperoni I have ever seen. Cheese didn't go to the edge. Wings had no sauce. The foil under them was totally dry. Won't be back. Little Caesars does a better job for half the price.
