The employees here are always so nice happy helpful polite professional! Both the evening shift and the morning shift so that really says something about the tempo! Way to go guys as a senior widow I really appreciate your kindness and great service!

Food was cooked to order. Everything was fresh as asked. But the little girl in the drive thru was being shady. Calm., cool, clear day, repeated the order 3 times for her to hear. First half of the order was taken promptly, but while adding items , she seemed to lost interest.

This Carls Jr is always super good. I dont do a lot of fast food but I drove going here. The place is always clean in front and behind the counter and the food never hurts lol

Food was fresh as asked. The lady in the drive through couldn't hear though. She took the order fine at the beginning but half way thru she devolved a ignorant vibe as if she didn't want to add to our order.

Stopped here to grab dinner and got great service from the staff. They were all very welcoming and cool to talk to. Angelina who took our order was very nice and friendly and brought our food to our table which was so out of her way as I was expecting to hear our number called and I was happy to grab our food, but it was so appreciated. Thanks for having such great people working here and awesome service. I’ll definitely stop by again next time we’re around.

Finally stopped here on our way to Tahoe. We've seen it for years. I'm so sad I've never stopped before. The food is so freshly made and the staff is friendly and very fast. If you pass by just know it's the last and only Carl's Jr before you hit Tahoe. Totally worth it if you're craving Carl's jr

There were only two people working when I went there, one putting down orders at the drive thru as well as at the front counter. While the other was making all the food. Even with the overwhelming work they seemed positive and focused on their job and keeping the flow going as much as possible and even with all the things they had to stay focused on all at once, they managed to get my order right even if some fast food places with multiple people can always get it wrong.

This was a good location to stop at on the way home from a road trip. The food was consistent - you know what you’re getting when you go to any CJ’s. But the service here was great. The person taking our order was friendly and helpful, and the manager who brought out our food was great. They didn’t have any toys for the kids so he gave them cookies instead. The inside was nice and clean, and I couldn’t ask for much more from this location.

This Carl's is pretty great, there's never been a long line or wait time, at least when I go. The burgers are good, I just don't care for all these high prices.

They are usually pretty quick with your order. I have never gotten an order that was wrong. The staff is friendly but seemed rushed because of the rush of orders sometimes.

I like to eat to Carl's Junior a lot. I found myself more dissatisfied with this location more than most. Employees are not very friendly and the food is hit and miss. Sometimes the food is hot and excellent and other times not so much.

Just picked up an order for my family and they were super nice and quickly fixed a mistake on one of the burgers. Though after fixing this mistake they ended up forgetting my criss cross fries which I didn't notice until I got home. Thank goodness all the rest of the food was there, but only got fries for myself and left empty handed. 100% not worth it to go back but the turkey sandwich I just made isn't over priced and won't make my stomach hurt :) P.S. Still can't argue with the fact their service was top tier today!

The hamburger pattys were barely warm the cheese was not able to melt on my burger. Not like like in the pictures. The fries were alright a little warmer than the hamburger not much. But i ate it, while staring at in n out across the hwy. In n outs line was too long but next time we'll know ittl be worth the wait.

There was literally mold on the bottom of my bun... tried to call in and get someone on the phone but it doesn't seem like anyone can pick up. It tasted funny when I took my first bites and boom there it was. Make sure to check your food!

Order was wrong made She had meme park on the side of the building and then when I came in to see where the food was, It was like the homeless Were living inside the place and the lady helping me was absolutely rude for no reason because she got my order wrong.

I ordered delivery for my son & I through the Carls Jr app. I had ordered extra toppings on one of the burgers & you guys didn't put any at all, not even what would normally be on the burger. You guys messed up on the order and I have been trying to call and speak to someone since. I had immediately called when we received our order & saw the mistakes, but no one answered & no one has called back, & no one answered when I called earlier today either. It states on the receipt and I was charged for the toppings/extra toppings. I explained in my voicemail. How many times do I need to attempt to call before I can speak to a human to have this issue fixed?

Staff is nice but the food is a hit or miss, can either come out perfect or so bad its inedible. Love Carl's but will not be going back to the Placerville location.
