Clean place, workers are pleasant, food seems to always be fresh every time we've been there. They make your meal right in front of you so you can see if it's being made right. The sometimes long lines go a long way to agreeing with the 5 star rating at the Plainview, NY location.

Ordered fajita bar catering for my church. Good amount of yummy food. Everyone enjoyed. Service was friendly and awesome! One of the workers helped bring our food to the car and wished us well on our way. Great choice for catering. Everything you would need is provided by them.

It's great that this company requires name tags. Angie was amazing. I don't need employees to smile but I know most customers do and she did the whole time and her speed should be commended. So much faster than the local Taco Bell and they are actually selling real food

I happen to be one of those people who are partial to Moe's over Chipotle. They're similar but the kids deals are much better and the salsa bar is great. They refill chips without question. I also love that they offer those great Coke fountains with endless creations. Fun for the whole family. They even welcome you as you enter.

Love moes, great food but wow $68 for four chicken quesadillas and sodas? I wont be back for a long time

Got a salad bowl and wasn't all that thrilled with it. I picked all of the ingredients but found that the portions were disappointing. Much less than other competitors. The bowl itself wasn't even close to being filled. The person preparing it should definitely have put in more lettuce to start and used far less chicken than for other meals in front of me. I also was given hot sauce by mistake instead of dressing. And of course, since I've never been there before, I didn't notice it until I poured it on. No big deal because I had dressing with me at work and like spicy food, but not the flavor I was going for. The staff at this location also seemed really upset to be at work. No one greeted us when we walked in or made any attempts to ask anything other than "what do you want?" Servicable? Yes. Someplace I'd enjoy going back? Nope!

Horrible service and portions. SMH almost walked out when I saw what they put in my stack.

I went here the day before Memorial Day to get food and I accidentally left a tip amount that I didn’t want to leave and realized right after u paid. It was double the order I had placed. I was told by the person behind me that I could call the store and they should be able to give me a refund and the cashier told me she would leave the receipt up front. I called the adore multiple times to ask for the manager and they were not in until 4 days later. After I finally get in touch with the manager, they said they needed to talk to their boss. I never got a call back from the manger so I called the store again and they said they don’t usually give refunds for tips. I was not offered a store credit of any sort and the manager said that his boss would call me and never did. The service at this location is completely unprofessional and they don’t let you get a refund on mistakes you make with tipping at check out.

Low quality food. The guacamole is definitely not made fresh. It taste more like supermarket guacamole paste. The “steak” seamed to be low quality beef as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

They decreased the size of the takeout bowl, so you get half as much food. Shame on them inflation has been decreasing yet they decide to shrink the size of their bowls, avoid at all costs. Guac shop is much better
