I thought I would never say this but, " I am starting to really like Burger King over McDonalds.". Service was great, my food was wonderful. No complaints.

Food is quick and tasty. I eat in my car but inside is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to stand and/or sit. The room is bright and cheery with good service and smiling faces.

No complaints from me. Out of all the fast food joints in town they only got my order wrong once.

This burger king always has a wild assortment of workers and the food is always proper and tasteful. And it's very popular among the senior crowd. It's accessible on foot and it's dine in and drive thru Pretty bland in terms of anything interesting for kids, although that seems to be the story with every fast food joint now. No more play place or....???? Idk, did burger king ever have a play place to begin with? I don't think so but I could be wrong.

I must say Burger king has stepped up their game as of late. They got a good team of employees that actually keep the place running smooth. The burgers are far superior to McDonalds being flamed broiled just makes for a great tasting burger. The big king is great, their king sauce is very tasty. The fries win for best tasting fries and a few of the newer side additions are wonderful, like the jalapeno peppers, and spicy nuggets. Also Burger King has an incredible amount of deals if you're an APP user. Have a look see.

Mt biggest complaint is how hard it is to get in and out of this burger king. They re-built it and redid the parking lot several years ago and it's still just in a very inconvenient place and the parking lot is way too small!!! Most of the staff is pretty good. My boyfriend works here and he's an amazing worker but I've seen the way some of the younger managers act and treat the other staff and it rrally repulsed me and is the main reason I don't eat here often. When you hear a manager call one of their staff stupid, yeah that's unappealing. The young staff, especially the girls, are just really snotty and rude. There are a couple that are super nice and sweet but a large handful that rrally don't deserve to be managers for 1 and for 2 probably shouldn't even have a job in food service when they don't even know how to smile. I'll update with the names of the staff when I can recall them. Just be careful with some of the female staff there, as I said. The guys are usually pretty nice except maybe 1 or 2. If you want a successful store, you can't have teenagers running the place. 🤣 Sorry to be so blunt but it's very off putting to me. I have a hard time going inside to drop stuff off to my bf because I never know which staff member I'm gonna get so I never know what I'm gonna see, hear, or encounter when I walk in. I'm not happy about management treating their staff the way they do but all I can do here is try to complain for them in hopes they get some better management in there.

Ate dinner here. Had the new buffalo crispy chicken melt. Not that impressed for $5+! Could of had a chick fill A for $2,99 and added the hot sauce there.

Since their renovation, they have been all together better. Even so, they are still the cheapest fast food restaurant around, and with flame broiling their meats, makes them very much so worth a quick stop.

They're is a manager there that is rude to the other employees infront of customers however there is an employee named James that is kind, courteous and goes above and beyond to do his job correctly and give customers and employees alike a wonderful experience at burger king.

Too expensive. Dont use their app to order, I did once didn't have anything broiled, since machine was down, they said I wouldn't be charged, but I was, plus the food I had to re-order. Management told me just go to your bank and ask for a charge back. Why should I have to do there job. Total bad experience

All fast food restaurants get a max of 3 stars in my eyes. It doesn't take much talent to throw a piece of pre-cooked meat on a bun with some stuff on it. Flip side of the coin though is that these people really do hustle to complete your order.

Clean atmosphere and the staff were nice. Was not impressed by the chicken sandwich I ordered, it had a rubbery texture when I bit into it. Plus for the price I should of just took my family out to a restaurant. 3 meals cost us $41. Absolutely insane.

This burger king does not offer military discount however if I was a SUNY student I would get a 10% off of my purchase so this would make me believe that this store is Anti Military and pro student

FF were dry, soda machines for Sprite and Coke had a terrible taste. My Whopper was cold and my son's meal was incorrect.

Good is standard Burger King, but service is super slow. I held my tongue about it, then somebody leaned over and commented that the service is "slow as hell", they messed up his order on top of it. I've been waiting for 13 minutes, no sign of my order yet when I ordered at 4, just got my food

My order was thrown on the paper not even folded, we waited 10 minutes for chicken fries and they weren't even busy. The thing that get me most is they wouldn't add bacon and Swiss cheese to another sandwich I was ordering and we are expected to the prices I did for that food. BK you need a break and reset.

Thursday, May 22, 2025, approximately 2:45 pm, I went through the drive through and got a honey mustard chicken wrap and a value fry. Both were cold. The wrap was almost chilled. Don't know how long they were laying around but there is no way they would have passed a Dept of Health temperature inspection.

Guaranteed to spend your entire lunch break waiting in line. Got there at 8:07 . Sat in the line till 8:35. had to head back to work or I’d be in trouble. Didn’t even get my food the two cars in front of me didn’t move the entire time.

Every time I go here I simply ask for no tomatoes, EVERY time they leave them on. Need better workers who actually pay attention.

This is probably the worst BK. They are very slow but I wouldn't mind the extra wait time if the food was good but I waited quite a bit just for the food to look and taste like it was drying out under heat lamps. Very disappointing.

Manger was beyond rude to staff that work there. Listening to him belittle one of ladies there was hard to watch and made me sick to stomach to watch.Truly no wonder they are so short staff they are being treated poorly.

The burger was gross. It was cold and the bun was soggy. I took about three bites and fed it to the wild animals outdoors. Hopefully they enjoyed it.

The facility was as cold inside as it was outside and so was the food. The cheese on the bacon cheeseburger wasn't even melted. I wouldn't recommend this place unless things change drastically!

A while back, I asked an employee at the drive thru if a particular item contained onions (I'm allergic). I asked if he could give me the ingredients and I was told rudely that if I didn't know what the ingredients were, that I shouldn't order. I just drove away. You guys lost a customer.

Update: Athena is back interrupting and escalating customers issues by blocking customers from speaking to the manager. She also will always bag your order to go, even when you asked for dine in. She clearly wants customers to leave. The manager has 6 staff members and yet the manager is the only one that can make a sandwich and is too busy to speak to a customer. So apparently, Athena has keys to open the restaurant but doesn't know how to setup the shake machine nor make any sandwiches. She definitely knows how to make customers not want to ever come in. They also still want to run the A/C during the winter keeping it colder than it is outside. It is freezing inside the restaurant. Previous: Mon-Fri morning you get great service from Dee. Two visits and she'll have your order memorized. She's awesome. During lunch time recently I was in and had my online order in less than a minute! That's incredibly fast for how long the drive thru and front counter lines were. Also the new guy working the front counter has awesome customer service skills, seen hima few times now. Very friendly. Lost one star for two reasons, previous visits on the weekends and evenings are less pleasant. At least one manager is quite rude. Also, the app doesn't allow you to oder things your way (a lot of customizations aren't able to be made) and sending feedback does nothing.

The food was not very good at all. There was an extremely long wait. Chicken was extremely greasy as usual. Nuggets were rubbery. Burgers weren't bad. Thankfully better than the 5 burnt burgers my brother got last night out of 6 and they only wa Ted to replace then after they already drove 30 mins before they found out.

It was absolutely awful this time it took nearly a half hour to get my food after I ordered it. Than when I actually got it it was wrong and cold. After the Manager apologized it was quickly remade to about half of it's normal standard. I ate what I could however most of went to the dog.

We ordered 2 Whopper Jr's last night. The meat wasn't fresh like it had been sitting for a while and it was cold because the cheese wasn't even melted. They need to watch what they serve to people. I thought with it being a new building just built that everything would be good but I was wrong.

Went there. Ordered nuggets and drinks to go. Received my nuggets first and watched while people who were in line behind me got their drinks first. Manager called to "fix" the problem but we got disconnected so the problem was never fixed. Will not ever go back! Horrible service!

This Burger King has an awful manager... witnessed him being very rude to multiple employees and throwing the trays across the kitchen because he messed up the sandwich a second time. Another employee had to explain again what the order was. Waited over 20 minutes for him to fix our sandwiches after the other employee had to remind him two or three different times, another customer waited for even longer just to have her order messed up for the second time. I understand retail can be stressful however this behavior was uncalled for and I feel badly for the employees that are treated this way. I also understand sometimes you have to wait but this manager had forgot about fixing it entirely and was just rude entirely which mad for a very bad experience. Every one in the building tonight was shaking their heads at both the wait and the behavior of this guy. Very disappointed at the fact that he thinks he can act this way just because he is a manager.

If I could give a negative star I would. So ungodly disappointed in this place. Messed my order up didn't give me what I ordered. I live 25 minutes away so its not like I can just go back. Newish remodeling. Fishy flavor on all non fish fried foods. Tough over microwaved "meat" patties. Not a pleasant experience. For those living BK...it's a convenient location between city and highway...near SUNY.

There isn't a 0 star or that's what I'd give my experience. Out right rude mAnager who raises his voice over a $0. 11 extra zesty for a medium onion ring. Then my boyfriend got the new jalapeno chicken sandwich and when it came out with two slices of jalapeno he went up and asked for some more slices and again we received and attitude. Boyond disappointed we finished up and when trying to empty my tray the same manager runs through the store and startles the heck out of me grabs my tray from out of my hand and three others. Well as a child I was taught that running wasn't appropriate in public places so considering he's a manager I suggest he doesn't either some people do have anxiety issues like my self! Beyone unhappy and disappointed.

Two medium frys luck warm. Small onion ring not fully cooked. The employees were wearing street cloths. I believe who was manger in street cloths kept pulling at her pants and shirt then touching food. With out washing hands. The conversation the crew was haven while customers in lobby was no appropriate for a public restaurant with customers there. Way bad service and food was horrible

Went through drive through last night ordered nuggets as I drive for work and wanted something quick. Ordered nuggets and they may as well have been a sponge, no long line or anything. But those nuggets and even the cheese tots were not up to par. I hope they can do better in the future as I was disappointed and went to McDonald's instead

I stopped here around 9:30 pm on march 14th , I ordered a bacon king meal with onion rings. This was a drive thru order and was a bag full of COLD food. The only positive thing was the large Dr. Pepper was also COLD and they do honor the senior discount , I recommend a DRIVE BY not a DRIVE THRU.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely disappointed. Ordered breakfast on the application before 1030am. I get there and they canceled the order. I ordered before 1030am because I knew I wouldn't have made it there before then. Hence why I ordered it before 1030am... They said they canceled the order because it wouldn't have been fresh when I got there at 1040am... wth....

Went threw drive thru and our order was put in wrong to begin with, then manager fixed it in register where it was what we ordered. Recipe said exactly what we ordered. Then we pull away w our food, and look in bag. One burger was completely the wrong kind. One burger I said I wanted cheese and no onions, we got, no cheese, no tomato, and extra onions. Taste of food is good if they could even get one thing right.
