Excellent restaurant and wait staff. We ate here our last night at the resort and we’re sat beside the glass looking into the wine room. There was also a birthday party and band playing outside. Everything was excellent!

This is one of the restaurants on site at Valentin Imperial. The food was amazing. I ordered the vegetarian risotto to start and had the salmon as my main meal. Both were very tasty. Do yourself a favor and arrive early. This restaurant appears to be one of the more popular ones onsite for a good reason.

Awesome restaurant that has a lot of good Italian options. They seem to cater to the authentic and has gluten free options. They allow for substituting for gotten free pasta, they give gluten free bread to those who need it and they are very nice about it. One of the only places for gluten free and vegetarians for dinner. Mario was our server and he was great!!!

Service was good, food was underwhelming. Filet was overcooked, pastas were good, millefoglie di zucchine was very good. Desserts were nothing special. Atmosphere was very nice inside and out. However we sat outside and birds were everywhere trying to get food from diners plates and unbussed tables. One was eating out of the parmesan bowl being used on people’s food)and staff didn’t seem to notice or care.

Outstanding Italian meal at a resort in Mexico. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. The atmosphere and staff made it feel like it was a very upscale restaurant and experience. The staff was highly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu offerings. The group I was with shared bites so everyone could taste everything and all the food was delicious. Small details in every preparation brought everything to life. If you stay at the Valentine Imperial be sure to eat here.

Advertised as a Italian restaurant but obviously we are in Mexico so atmosphere is lower, service is as expected for all-inclusive tips included resort (yes you can always tip more, 😉). Food here was same as or lower than Olive Garden. Extremely limited menu. Probably better if you are hammered. Wine was not included in resort fee but you can buy (little crazy at daily price point) $400 to $1K two people. Table service only. This is an unbiased review paid on my money with NO Kick backs. Definitely a place to PASS ON, after all you already paid for it! If you want desert order if in advance as they will forget about you.. probably since they have 3 whole tables to wait on lol.
