Muchas opciones de cosas que puedes encontrar, compare precios y hay lugres donde venden cosas a mitad del precio asi que esto es mas el nombre de la papeleria, se puede estacionar en bici por la facilidad del super aki que esta a un lado, la papeleria tiene aire acondicionado y pasillos amplios para buscar sin dificultad.

Good place with a fresh variety, but the employees were a bit rude and mocking just because I asked if they could print on adhesive paper. Instead, go to the cyber cafe across the street for better service, and get the stationery at Walmart.

Terrible service, extremely dirty. You're better off buying from small stores, the prices won't change that much and you will not be supporting monopolies with apathetic staff.

Very disappointed with this store. Most of the parents in Playa look to a store like Tony to help make the 'back to school' experience as easy and affordable as possible. They have a large selection of product and it would be great if this could be a one stop shop for parents, however i found the prices to be unreasonably high in comparison to other stores including OfficeMax which is also a very big name.

La última vez que fuí, y digo última porque no volveré a ir, me trataron súper mal, riéndose de mi en mi cara, gente cuadrada que no sabe usar la mente para pensar, incluso el Gerente, qué lástima!! En la sucursal del centro. Porque en la de Bodega Aurrerá, siempre atentos y serviciales y la Gerente, súper educada y amable.

Mala atención en caja, como si les estuvieras haciendo un favor escudándose que está sola cobrando tanto mayoreo y menudeo , uno como cliente se tiene que esperar hasta que terminen de cobrar mayoreo dos carritos llenos de mercancía.

Constantemente colocan el aviso que no tienen servicio de copia e impresión solo porque no quieren atender a los clientes. Lo hacen descaradamente estando clientes en la fila.. falta de gerencia. Lleva mucho tiempo sucediendo. No volveré de nuevo xq siempre hay q rogar q estén de humor los trabajadores para que saquen unas copias.

Llegue hoy jueves 02 de marzo a las 7:48 pm en la sucursal de ave. Colosio en Playa del Carmen y ya estaba cerrado, una señora en la puerta muy despotamente no permitía el acceso, si van a cerrar antes de las 8 pm, publíquenlo o supervisen a su personal que cierra antes de la hora oficial.

Ciertas personas de esta ubicación no deberían estar trabajando ahi si no van hacer su trabajo. Me atendió una Señora , según se llamaba Mariela en el centro de copias/impresión. En cuanto me atendió supe que tendría una mala experiencia, se quejaba de todo y echaba quejidos de que no quería estar ahi. Muy mala con servicio al cliente y nada professional. Some people here should not be working here if they don't want the job. Went here to print something and as soon as I gave her my USB she started with a "sigh" not wanting to do anything. She said her name was Mariela, very unprofessional and no customer skills whatsoever.

Don't go to this stationery store! The prices are outrageous, and the service is terrible. The saleswomen couldn't even help me find an item. I found it, paid for it, and they didn't give me a receipt. I went back a minute later because I realized it wasn't what I needed, and that's when they printed the receipt. I wanted to return it, and only two minutes passed before the manager could process my return! EVERYTHING WAS WRONG! NEVER GO THERE!

A terrible experience at this branch. We were in line to pay when, abruptly, an employee who wasn't even the cashier closed the register that was open, separating us: my companion was left on one side, ready to pay, and I was on the other. All she said was, "Next on this side," without any kindness or explanation. My companion mentioned that we were together, and her response was, "Yes, but she's about to go eat," in a completely rude tone. We had to get back in line, and other people cut in front of us, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The service was neither friendly nor professional. I think they should provide better customer service training for their staff or hire people who are genuinely dedicated to customer service. If someone doesn't know how to say "please" or "thank you," they definitely shouldn't be working at a counter.

I'm a painter. I buy a lot of supplies. I went to buy art stretcher bars and paints. The door clerk demands that I leave my bag. I explain that I can't, since I'm carrying money, keys, and personal belongings. She refuses to let me in and blocks my way. Her poor customer service is affecting the store. Three grandchildren are nearby. She forced me to choose, even though I always shop at Tony's. Customer service is important. If you can't help, you shouldn't be there. Pathetic.

The service is terrible, the employees seem to be doing you a favor by serving you and don't pay the slightest attention to you, especially the cashier who ignores you if you ask her something, she has no idea what the word "service" means and apparently isn't interested. It's a shame that the rest of the staff doesn't know where things are or what they have in stock. They urgently need a customer service course or just change the staff.

Terrible customer service, the employees are always bad and not to mention that they do not answer calls, or WhatsApp messages, much less keep an eye on their email. They should work more on customer service and service, every time I go they have a bad attitude.

Last time I went there, they treated me terribly. I'd much rather go to the branch near the Bodega Aurrerá. It seems like they don't want to work because they do it half-heartedly; all their employees are completely inattentive.

First of all, their hours on Google are wrong. I went to this branch on Saturday around 8:40 p.m. (Google says they close at 9 p.m.), otherwise I wouldn't have been there, obviously. It was open, and I noticed they were unloading merchandise. When I tried to enter, a rather rude guy stopped me (I assume he's the typical manager who hates his job, working Saturday at almost 9 p.m., and obviously, like his kind, he has to take his frustration out on someone. Sir, if you're reading this, ask yourself why you don't have a better job? Yeah, it's your own fault.) He asked me in a tone of voice, "Where are you going?" 🙄 He told me they were already closed, and I mentioned that their hours on Google are incorrect. What was his response? Rude again. The hours are right here on the door (and he points to the door) 😳 So, I have to come check their door to see the hours? 🤪 This guy, besides being rude, is ignorant. (What's it like to not know how to use technology? Where does it live? Under a rock?) I'm not a regular customer of this place, and I'm not going back to deal with people like this, much less this guy. The owner(s) should fire this guy and hire someone who knows what customer service means, not an ignorant and rude caveman. It's a thousand times better to go to Office Depot. I'd pay to avoid seeing the faces of these frustrated employees. 😎
