Clean environment and spacious seating. Manager Ephraim is very friendly and helpful. Since we dined as a large group, the store demonstrated strong capability in handling high customer volume efficiently. Everything ran smoothly and in an organized manner.
Everyone here is always very kind and respectful. The service is great, and the staff make the place feel friendly. I just miss the Wi-Fi that used to be available, it was really good, and mobile orders worked super fast when it was on.
I had a very pleasant experience at this McDonald’s. Thank you, Donovan for recommending the chicken wraps. I look forward to coming back here again this week.

What makes places stand out for me, is not how the experience is when everything goes right. Its how it's handled when something goes wrong. I had an issue with an order, so I called the store. I spoke with Carlos*, who handled the call absolutely professionally and made it right without hesitation. Could not have been handled better. And as if that wasnt enough, when I returned later in the evening to pick up the remake, he came to the window to hand it to me personally, which made me feel like he made sure to check quality control himself. Really made a huge impact for me. Thanks, Carlos!
This McDonald's location is hands-down the best I've ever visited! The employees are extremely friendly, going above and beyond to provide stellar service. Despite how busy it can get, they work quickly and efficiently to get orders out fast. But it never feels rushed - they truly make you feel valued as a customer. The restaurant itself is also clean and well-maintained. Whether you're stopping in for a quick breakfast or late night snack, you can count on a fantastic experience thanks to the amazing team. This is the gold standard for fast food service! I'll happily make the trip to this McDonald's over others any day.
Solid place. Open 24/7. The staff do their job well and always seem focused. Never have had any issues with my order. Maybe once or twice very sparingly. And their the only McDonald's who has their ice cream machine working most of the time!

Not the greatest experience. I ordered from the kiosk ordering machine. I was there just killing some time and grabbed a Carmel Sunday. I was kinda shocked that the little Sunday was over $4!! I went thru with it but felt ashamed afterwords that I would pay 4-something for a Sunday with a squirt of Carmel. Then the wait. I waited a few minutes and saw some activity but not for my 1 item. There were several people working the front area but none were working on my ice cream. I saw the manager ask a worker to make a Sunday and she started it and then set it downs and walked away. She came back and put the Carmel on it. She then went over to the bagging area and I tried to waive her down. She was not paying attention to my wave or overactive body language. The manager had to come over and point to me. Then he had to tell her to get a spoon as it was not with spoon or in a bag when she handed it to me. Yay. I got my super silly ice cream.. anyways, I was in good favor as the ice cream machine was working :).

This McDonald’s location is well known for having very slow service and order times. Their drive thru is absolutely unbearable any and all times past 10:00 P.M. if there’s more than 2-3 vehicles ahead of you in line. They just don’t turn orders out quickly by any means necessary. With that being said, the staff are kind and good people. They just have zero regard to speed or doing things fast. Maybe a heavily understaffed location? I’ve tried to pick up my own personal order from here a few times in the past and upon pulling up, I changed my mind and ate something else. Unfortunately, they’re one of the only locations in the entire bothell-Kirkland-Redmond-bellevue-etc area that are open late night // 24-7. I understand that things can be tough with a low crew member count but I’ve just never seen it good here. Whenever I’m grinding DoorDash/ Uber Eats, if I arrive and the line is long I instantly cancel my order no matter how good the order is for me because there’s no way I can afford to financially wait 30+ minutes I. Line to get the food. I have genuinely (not trying to be hateful or biased) had this experience at any other drive thru in the entire state. I’m a massive DoorDash grinder with over 10k orders completed the entire greater puget sound area, mainly in Renton, Bothell and Lynnwood where I’ve lived, but I range quite far away in my daily grind. With that being said, this takes the cake as the number one slowest location for a drive-through that I’ve ever experienced. I have yet to actually order food here because anytime that I’ve tried to order here in the past, my order was rejected for being within 20 minutes of changing their menu a.k.a. 3:40 AM when they change their menu for breakfast at 4 AM and the excuse is that their system is down. I’ve had to cancel my order and wait 5 to 7 days for a refund from McDonald’s and I also lose my discount code for the entire day, which is always a bummer. Overall, I do make money here when I can, but in general, I have had almost nothing but bad experiences in terms of weight crimes. That’s just a full honest truth, I really wish I didn’t have to say that about this location because I do like the employees.
This is a small location and it was honestly pretty dirty. There was trash on the floor, crumbs all over the chairs, and the whole place had a noticeable bathroom-like smell. I saw an employee wiping a table in super slow motion, and he ended up brushing all the crumbs onto the chairs and the floor… and then just walked away. I didn’t feel comfortable eating inside, so I took my food out to my car.
Extremely over-priced and largely tasteless food. This is indicative of all McDonalds for last 10 years. My Cheeseburger tasted like it was made 6 hours ago. Fries were lukewarm. Deep-frying them in Soybean oil destroys the taste. They need to bring back Beef Tallow to deep fry the French Fries to bring back real taste.
Went here for a quick meal in-between errands. I ordered from the kiosk and did not receive a receipt, so I didn't know what my order number was to pick it up at the counter. One kiosk was broken and no one was behind the counter to talk to or take orders. I guess this is the new normal for McDonald's as this has been my experience at several locations. The worst part, it took 20+ minutes to receive my order after I placed it. Many other people were waiting and getting frustrated. Not recommended if you want fast service. Otherwise the food was standard McDonald's that you can get anywhere.

Worst McDonald's in the area. The employees working the night of 5/30/25 were soooo incredibly rude. I pulled up to the ordering machine and there was literally no one in front of me. Not busy at all…

We got two egg McMuffins meals this am. The meat was a discolored in places with a grayish green color. I know that this was noticeable by your staff. We didn’t consume those. I worked at McDonald’s for several years as a grill cook and cooked thousands of slices of Canadian bacon. I don’t think this is a result of overcooking or normal color variation or iridescence on a ham product or exposure to air. This was spoiled.
I have ate here more then 50 times I never get my sauce wether on the app or not im mad and I've spent like 15 bucks and never got my sauce this is wild. If you charge me like 50 cents for exstra sauce in multiples and don't give it screw you
Stopped for a quick meal, but ended up sitting in the drive thru waiting spot over to the side. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went inside and discovered they lost my ticket in an attempt to keep drive thru times down. I asked for the manager, and he was dismissive. Said I could apply if I didn’t like the wait times. I got a refund, but had to skip lunch for the day. He refused to give me the food that I had waited for, and never apologized for their mistake. Forgotten about and then insulted? No apology even? No thanks, I’ll go to another location. Or better yet, probably to another establishment that serves a meal with what they’re charging.
This was hilarious. I ousted fast food long ago and today after being out I was too hungry not to swing in and get food. I ordered 1 spicy snack wrap, a side of ranch and a small sprite with no ice. I got a ranch snack wrap with sweet n sour on the side, pretty much cold. And the soda machine musta been out of syrup so I got a seltzer. God was tellin me to stick to my guns and not give in next time 😂😂 thankfully I only wasted $4.40 so I didn't turn around. I just had to laugh! Never again! Lol!!
Basic decency and honesty is just over with. I was there in the evening of the 23rd. I ordered a daily double meal deal and 2 McChickens with a Hi-c. They told me to drive around without the order being completed on the screen. the meal deal comes with a small and for whatever reason, they automatically up charges and gave me medium when i didn't ask. At the window I got the larger drink and I said hey I didn't order this. I saw I was upcharged for it as well. Then Craig said that they couldn't fix the charge and that I would have to call back because the manager wasnt there named Carlos. I left and called and then Carlos told me that I'd have to come back to have them remove the charge. Craig was ready to go with his explanation and I have no doubt they do this all the time. Banking that no one would check them on it. Scam artists. I disputed the charge and will also write a negative survey.
Edit: McDonald's - I tried filling out your stupid form, which required no details that I did not already provide here, and upon submitting it says "Page Not Found Oops, something went wrong. Try using the search field below.". What a waste of time. It's McDonald's, we all know what it is. Importantly, this McDonald's seems to constantly be getting our orders wrong and giving us food that tastes like it was fried with month old oil. Last order we were missing 10 chicken nuggets. This order, we were missing all sauces. The fries tasted fine, but the nuggets and chicken strips were disgusting presumably from bad oil that's been used far too much. This isn't rocket science, I just can't understand why it's such a struggle to get the product you pay for. It almost feels illegal in a way - like how can you charge for food you never give people? I think I'm going to just mark McDonald's off the list entirely for a convenient meal. It's frustrating because when prepared properly I do like their food and the convenience.
I had got a bagel breakfast sandwich it was cold. This is not the first time I get a cold sandwich. Every time I go I ask for a fresh sandwich and I even started to order online just so that it can be done properly and there timing rate isn’t affected but it seems as if it’s still the same thing. The egg is dry and even has a dark yellow area on the sides of the egg and the bread is really dry and cold. I had got some coffee as well and it tasted old and burnt like if it was out on the coffee pot for over 5 hours and to make it worse it was cold as well. The people in the restaurant tend to have a messy head their hair isn’t even done and they look sloppy. They can at least fix and brush their hair especially when working with food regardless if you are peeping the food or taking the food to the final destination. They really need to work on hygiene especially if they are working in Kirkland if not they need to hire new people who can properly do the job and represent the restaurant correctly.
If I could give them negative stars I would. I came in with cash and since it was a big bill the manager wouldn't take it. Came back and asked for the managers information with a credit card and the manager denied me service. The manager said I was rude for asking for his information to report it to corporate. TJ this will go to your bosses!
I decided hey I would give it other try. But I got this pumpkin and cream cheese pie…. With no time stamp on it. I took one bite and it was so dry….. it was like it had been sitting so long the cream cheese cooked out of the pie. I’m wondering how this pie that was obviously past its prime made it to me….. once again. I guess its my fault for giving this location another chance, to receive my food and it have the same exact thing wrong with it from before. The pie taste of nothing but instant regret. Disappointment is an understatement. I can’t even bring it back im so upset .
First time ordering at this location. Ordered three bacon mcdoubles with Mac sauce. Got them, opened up the first, no Mac sauce, same with all three. Mind you I paid an extra 50 cents for each burger for that sauce. So McDonald's just got a free $1.50 for nothing and didn't even bother to put the sauce in.
So I usually get a large orange Hi-C with no ice and thought it'd be as usual, enjoyable, & well worth the dollar something, but unfortunately what my friend and I last received from McDonald's isn't anything but a very watered down, rip off. We both ordered the exact same thing and orange Hi-C and the colors of our drinks are not even the same we both got no ice, the only difference was my friend drank a bit more than I did but also complained how it lacks flavor. I personally tend to shy away from things that make me feel I'm being watered down or when I feel things are being watered down when given to me. Point blank, this dingy water (and a splash of orange Lava burst) was a rip-off, and we won't be going back.
