Didn’t give me my sprite. Didn’t give me a receipt. The guy barely said a word to me. It was all a weird and disappointing interaction. Honestly what I got wasn’t that well put together. Usually their food taste ok but not this time. I’m probably going to report to their corporate office about the experience. Especially the receipt stuff. I should have been handes a receipt.

The drive through lady on Friday the 27th at around 11am was super hyper and wouldn't stop interrupting by repeating each item barely after it was said and then interrupting the same way with, "will that complete tour order". I said NOOOOO feom the passenger seat to try and discourage this behavior because it was throwing us off. Of course the order got messed up on her end because she wouldn't just stop and hear it through. So irritating!!!! AND, the onion rings were burnt and completely inedible!!

I Went Through Drive Thru, Parked In The Parking Lot & Ate My Brunch. Went Into The Restroom Before Getting Back on The Road.. The Food Was Delicious & Coffee Was on Point, But I Had The Worst Public Restroom Experience In Life By Far... Not Only Did I Have To Get Permission To Use The Public/Customer Restroom, He Had To Buzz Me In & The Restroom Sounded Like An Construction Site With Jack Hammers Soon As You Step In Smh... I Went To Relax With A Slight Headache Only To Have It Aggravated.. Guess Next Time I Won't Use The The Restroom, But Just Get My Food & Go Lol!.

Didn’t know it was possible to screw up a Breakfast Jack, but It was hot and fresh cooked at 11:30 PM. Speculating they had not cleaned the grill in days. The cluck Sandwich tasted like old fry oil too. $20 bucks wasted.

The jack wraps are very tiny. There is hardly anything in there. I get this same thing in Fairfield a lot . Never seen it this small . Omg

The employees handle the meat with their bare hands and don’t use gloves. This is very unhygienic

I work near by so try to come here to pick up some quick food every once in a while, each time I’ve gone either they forget my food or rush me when they give me the food, this last time my drink wasn’t sealed properly and spilled they just gave me my food and said “thank you come again” I think that will be my last time there service is terrible.

This place has always been this way in my experience, but I continue to give it the benefit of the doubt every few months to try it again. But every time over the last few years I am continually disappointed. Today My friend and I went to get lunch, they got his order correct, but he said it tasted funny. I ordered a large #14 meal. They asked me what size fry and what kind, I said large french fry. I get home, and its a small fry, the fries just sucked, Tasted old. Then, my sandwich is nothing like it should be either. it was dry, the bun was smashed, the lettuce was slimy and old, same for the tomatoes. I dont know how you can consistently deliver such poor results. Seriously, Go to the Jack in the box off of highway 4 over off of Evora Road by that gas station. Every single time I've gone to that one, they kill it every time. The food is edible and they actually give a damn about what they are doing. Compare that places' food results to this one and TELL me something isn't wrong. After years of giving this location a try, I will never go back to this one ever again.

Bonus Jack lol not even close . Looked like day old lettuce , smashed bun , no napkins when going through the drive through. I said no pickles but could taste them so they obviously just picked them off . What a gross place .

I went through the drive-through because I was in a hurry to leave town and get somewhere. My daughter and I had a coupon for two chicken sandwiches one regular, and one plane. What matter of plain don’t you understand especially if I say meet and bun only. I went through the drive-through and they confirmed my drink twice, because I was in a hurry I didn’t even grab my drinks. I just grab my food and only to find out that the sandwich wasn’t even right. I would refund all of my money.

The worst Jack, supostly it is fast food and I wait 45 minuts for order, because they doesn’t have people for work and a los of garbage inside, very bad shape… lo peor de lo peor

It took 5 mins to get my order in , I couldn't get what I wanted because they was out of lettuce and chz ! It took 20 mins to get to my food ! When I get to the window they didn't have change so I wouldn't get my .82 cents when I got home my nuggets I order for my kids where not in the bag my burgers where cold and look at these jalapenos peppers smh

I drove up to drive thru, this store! #21482 And employees at this time and this shift, is the worst customer service I have experienced !!! Manager wants back the food? And drink ? Due missed order and communication!! And misunderstanding, So I gave it back! So then I asked my credit card back with my refund back to my card! And so for my experience? In this store And location ? Mic needs to retrain... And I shall NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND LOCATION EVER!
