Really lovely family run spot. The bread is fresh, and they have a full menu of options! The portions were super generous - and they were very accommodating in letting me switch am ingredient for another. In addition to the bagels, croissants, coffee, and smoothies, they also have a banh mi special too!

The menu is diverse, especially the coffee variety. Most of all, it's delicious! I was full even though I ate only half of it due to the large portion. The staff is kind and always smiling! The best bagel cafe in Pleasanton :)

Had to stop by for business trip and was not disappointed. Everything bagel was fresh and portioned was excellent! Over all great stop for breakfast if going past the town. Very friendly service!

I remember when this place was a subway, what an upgrade!! The ladies here are so nice and welcoming and the lox bagel was delicious! I also grabbed a bahn mi for lunch later and I wish I had taken a picture of it because it was amazing - I'm so happy to have such delicious stuff near by - I can't wait to come back and try more things!

Pleasanton’s pride and joy is what I call this place. Great cheerful owners and a lot of bagel choices but the pork Banh Mi is the real bomb. Try it once and you will be hooked.

Delicious and fresh! I had a simple bagel and cappuccino (a test of any bagel shop's merit) and was very pleased. It was my first time here, but as other customers were walking in, they knew them by name and their orders. Very kind and friendly folks working here. I think I've found a new haunt :)

Classic no frills bagel shop that consistently delivers great food. I always get the bagel sandwiches. The owners are super sweet and great you with a smile. This is exactly the type of small businesses i love to support.

Was pleasantly greeted when I walked in. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but was offered the house special (Bahn Mi) and I was incredibly impressed with the taste and quality of the pork chop Bahn Mi that I ended up choosing. I will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly. I could tell other people who came here were frequent customers. They had lots of hot and cold coffee drinks, Thai tea, bagels and bagel sandwiches and other sandwiches. I had a veggie sandwich on a croissant which was great. Cool, tasty food, good prices, friendly service, nice place.

Came in for the first time today and was not disappointed. I ordered a small white mocha and a blueberry muffin. The mocha has a rich flavor with a sweet taste and the muffin had a nice crisp on the outside and was nice and moist on the inside. Staff seem friendly and place seemed very clean. Prices are about average of everywhere else. The only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five is I realized that their prices on the board does not match what they charge. The wight mocha was $4.68 instead of $4.50 and the muffin was $3.64 instead of $3.50. I know it not a big difference but the price advertised should be the price charged. Other than all that it's a great place.
