Nice location with plenty of parking. We got seated quickly. After looking over the menu I ordered the smash burger value meal. The burger was cooked good but too much lettuce on it. If I am in the area I will return again.

The food here was delicious. My only complaint is that we waited for about 15 minutes when we were seated for someone to take our drink order.

Chili's restaurant In Pleasanton Is a great choice to eat at. For my first time trying this Chili's location I was impressed by the food and service. I decided to eat here with a few buddies on Sunday to watch the Sunday night football game and I began with a order of a 8 piece buffalo wings, the wings were ok. Then I ordered the September surprise Margarita for just 6$. I really liked the Margarita and also tried the Long Island Ice tea which was good. For the dinner I ordered the Trio fajita meal, it comes with sliced chicken breast, steak and shrimp for 20$. The meal comes with a side of black beans, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico, Mexican rice and flour tortillas. I'd recommend this meal, it was very delicious and piping hot when they served the meal. Both the waiter and waitress did a excellent job! I enjoyed the meal.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was super quick. Even though the place was pretty packed for Friday lunch, the staff did a great job with the service.

Food is always ok, but service and correct orders are hit and miss. Never horrible, but can be slow to check in on tables even when not busy

Surprising the food was good...but the front end staff were confused and unorganized to accommodate 5 folks inspite of our reservation.and moved is from one table to another and the night flood lights of cars mess T he event....at least they should have curtain or blinds

Came for a quick dinner after long work… ended ordering mushroom burger, I liked it, tasty, but all the fillings are falling offf… lol… why?

Ordered nachos and got some strange plate with pre melted cheese lined chips. And maybe ten chips? That's not nachos guys. Nachos is many chips. A plate of chips. With toppings all over and in a mess. Super weird. Bf didn't like his food either but I forgot the order. That synched it for us as our last visit. Weird food. Our service was great tho.

Chicken tenders had stringy ligaments in them and we're cooked too quickly- no flavor. Loaded Mac n cheese was good, we had to find out server to pay our bill. Our neighboring lunch strangers also had to go look for a server to pay. Not very attentive to clients at all.

I had wings with fries. The Mac and cheese was a bit cold but besides that the atmosphere was great. Service was good. Would go there again.

Chili's has an extensive menu with tonnes of tex-mex options for almost everyone. Their Margaritas are HUGE but honestly, I could barely taste any alcohol and it was pure sugar water/juice. Ambience is average, tables and floors seemed sticky. The service is pretty okay, we got seated right away and the servers kept checking in to ensure we were doing okay. Ordered a bunch of food which tasted good but their Tacos were pretty disappointing. The only item I love there is their Chicken Enchilada Soup and have gone back there JUST to have that Soup; and gotten judgemental stares from the Server there but oh well! Overall, pretty okay to visit if you have limited options around.

What's cheaper than a gallon of gas? The Presidente Margarita! ** Little update** I should have never gotten excited that a margarita was less than a $5 gallon of gas... April's margarita is still less than a gallon of premium at $6... Now I don't have money for either gas or margaritas **Update update: so I stopped by at 7pm on a weeknight. Doors were locked and a sign said that hours had been trimmed to 8:30 pm. I didn't understand why the doors were locked and then the manager came out and explained there was an issue that caused them to close even earlier. Update update+: A Sunday night at 8, two tables are occupied and the bar is closed. We were told to wait 5 minutes so we didn't stay. Six months ago, Red Robin a half a mile away closed. The future for this Chilies looks sad and grim as well.

Ordered Margarita Chicken, curbside. Got home, opened the box and what you see in the pic is what I got from the restaurant in Pleasanton. Are you freakn kidding?! For nearly $18, they should be giving you a decent amount of food, what a joke! Chilis should be embarrassed!

Waiters are not attentive they are too busy hanging out and chatting or sitting in a booth texting on their phone (hostess or waitress with black long hair). The bartender was the most welcoming, when walking in no one was up front to seat us until the bartender acknowledged us then the hostess or waitress with long black hair) came over from sitting in booth and on her phone to come seat us. Our waiter did not check on us once was too busy walking around and having others tend to his tables. Very unsatisfied with the workers here at this Chili’s seems like there is no management on shift to make sure the floor is running. Not to mention my soup was salty as hell.

Service was basic. Bartender didn't know to put salt on the rim of a margarita. What??? The wine was ridiculously under-poured. Chips were covered in grease. Street tacos were dropping with grease. The first batch of rice we received was the dried out stuff at the bottom of the pan. The tortillas that came with our fajitas were so blazing hot that I burnt my fingers. It took several minutes for them to cool down. Their salsa was watered down. This location is the worst I've ever visited. My husband said we are definitely never coming back. I hope corporate takes a look at this place. It's ridiculously bad. The higher ratings have to be from employees. Don't trust them.
