Great service food was awesome and service was great fresh and hot pretzels the cashier was super friendly definitely will try this place

Very good customer service, every time I go here I get my pretzels very warm and the people working there make the place feel welcoming for the people who go buy there.

The food here is just amazing. No matter what you get you are going to leave satisfied. Has amazing food for very cheap along with a good amount of variety. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

The staff member named, “Eddie,” helped me out during my visit and was by far one of the nicest staff members I have met in a fast food establishment. This is the best Wetzel pretzels I’ve ever been to. I can definitely say the customer service was A1. Definitely something to come back for and try again. I’ve been coming to this location for a few years, and it never disappoints, as it’s one of the better mantained in the area, as well as the cleanest and the friendliest staff. On my last visit Linda made our experiece such a delight, as my nieces and nephew were taking forever on deciding what to get, yet she made it easier by suggesting, and making them feel comfortable ordering, making us feel welcomed with her sweet smile and outstanding customer service. The Jalapeño cheese dog is my favorite! Highly recommended! Kudos to her and her and her coworkers in this amazing location! Management must be extremely amazing here, because it shows. Keep up the good work!

A few months ago, I got a soft pretzel with cheese and pepperoni with a side serving of cream cheese. Extremely delicious! Soft and chewy and baked just right. Would recommend! ***By the way, I could not find a profile for your store on Yelp? I tried requesting Google to add it. Please advise?

9 dollar bag of pretzels but they had zero butter or salt. I didn't ask for plain bites like that . Not sure I'll return. I think a loaf of plain bread is equivalent. Thanks .

I learn for the day they can make healthy food smell this great or flavor low calorie food this scrumptious! Until then I guess I'll pay high price for low nutrition, guilt food.

Please update your hours online. I drove 30 mins to your business just to find out that you close at 6pm and not 7pm like it says online. Love the pretzels here!

Hey, just saying, at 11:00 a.m., one of the women working here spent about 20 minutes helping her scalper buddy at the Pop Mart Robo Shop instead of doing her job, and I think she left the kiosks unattended the whole time.

I went to the shop and got a new item that I never tried, it was a sausage dog and I felt really sick from it after just one bite. I was with friends too so they all had a bite each and everyone agreed that it was bad so I wanted to return it. I went to workstation #2 (on the second floor by JC Penney) to return it and I asked kindly and genuinely, "I felt sick after eating this, is it possible for me to get a refund or another item in exchange?" with the receipt and since other people had taken bites from it, it was half way eaten and the employee (on the receipt it says "employee # 501671139") laughed at me and tossed it back at me saying that if I didn't like it I wouldn't have eaten half of it very rudely and I explained to him that other people had taken bites from it out of curiosity and then he laughed at me again and told his friend in the back! I was offended, embarrassed and I felt sick to my stomach. I just said whatever and left with my mood ruined. Not only was the food gross but the customer service was terrible. His behavior was completely unnecessary, immature, and out-of-hand. Even though he couldn't give me a refund, he could've just said "I'm sorry ma'am, I can't give you a refund" instead of causing this ridiculous,shameful scene. I never want to go back there again.
