My overall experience at Sushi Yuka in Port Arthur, Texas was absolutely phenomenal! The food was truly out of this world. I don’t typically eat sushi often, but every time I visit Sushi Yuka, I leave completely satisfied. Today we tried the All You Can Eat option for $20.99, and it was well worth it! With such a wide variety of entrée choices, there’s genuinely something for everyone. The Sushi Yuka team was warm, welcoming, and very attentive from the moment we walked in. Our server, Alex N provided exceptional customer service. He greeted us with a warm smile and made sure my godfather received his diet drink exactly the way he likes it. Alex was patient as we took our time ordering and checked in on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was perfect. He also kept our drinks filled, so we were never waiting or thirsty. Truly amazing service! When our food arrived, it exceeded all expectations compliments to the chef! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Even the sashimi was incredible, and I normally don’t eat it because it’s raw, but it was so delicious I’m glad I tried it. 10/10 for both the food and the service! I highly recommend Sushi Yuka to anyone who loves sushi, great food, and outstanding customer service. We had an excellent visit to Sushi Yuka. The atmosphere was really nice — not loud at all, which made it easy to talk and enjoy our meal. The food came out on time, tasted great, and everything was fresh. Our waiter, Alex N, was extremely attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. One thing that really stood out: my wife’s birthday was on Thanksgiving, so we couldn’t come in for the birthday meal. We called the next day, and they still honored the birthday deal with no issues. That level of customer service means a lot. Overall, Sushi Yuka delivered great food, great service, and a comfortable environment. Definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! Every time I come here, the food, the service, and the atmosphere never disappoint. My favorite dish is the Crunchy Roll it’s always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The fried rice is another must-try, cooked just right every single time. The servers are always so polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something quick, you can always count on great food and great vibes here. Definitely a favorite spot of mine!

I’ve been a regular for more than a year now and I will have to say that every experience thus far has been amazing. Food quality is always amazing and the atmosphere is casual. My go to will always be the Hibachi and the Viking roll as those are my favorites. My server was Alex Nguyễn and he has been great! One of the best experience I’ve had. Food runners are quick and efficient as well! The food arrives very quickly thanks to them. Other than that highly recommend this place!

The food was wonderful and our server Aizlyn was very attentive and didn’t miss a beat, I had the Osaka chicken and it was the best, as well as the teriyaki beef. I’ll be recommending to everyone. We tried mochi and I most certainly do not regret it, I will be getting it again when I come back!

Fresh fish and tasty rice, the salmon tested really good. I got sashimi and spicy tuna roll, both tasted amazing. Fast service and the server (Aizlyn) was really nice to us. Also they have fair prices.

I went for lunch. My server was Johnathan and he was fantastic. Explained the menu thoroughly and even had suggestions on what to get. You could tell he eats here often. They have all you can eat for $20.90 for lunch and also inexpensive Al a carte for lunch as well. 2 rolls for $11.99 or 3 rolls for $13.99 (traditional rolls only). Yuka plate for $14.99 which comes with 2 salmon sushi, 2 tuna sushi, 2 yellowtail sushi with a crunchy roll. Last on the lunch al a carte is southern hibachi which you can get with rice or noodles for a dollar Upcharge; chicken is $12.95, steak is $14.95, shrimp is $13.95, combination of all three meats is $14.95. The dinner all you can eat is $30.90 and has twice the rolls, stir fry options, appetizers, ramen, and more desserts. Highly recommend trying everything at least once.

We went there for lunch, and the food is always amazing. It was $20.99 for the all you can eat lunch, and we ended up eating so much that we waddled out. We both got a Daydream roll each, and it was our favorite. It was SO good. HIGHLY recommend that one! And our server was so sweet and attentive! We will definitely be coming back!

We even choose to pay the dinner price during lunch just to enjoy the premium sashimi selection—it’s that good. My wife is obsessed with the eel, and I can’t get enough of the spicy tuna roll. Great place to eat Japanese cuisines, I don't like sushi but I love the fact they have Habachi chicken and steak, sweet and sour chicken and so much more! And everything is made fresh to order. They have a robot it's so cute, it even plays a Happy Birthday song and brings a piece of cake to you. The overall experience is great! The atmosphere is so amazing, the service is great and the food is hot, fresh and delicious! Don't forget to try the yum yum sauce!

Food was good, it was the service that let the place down, we were asked what we wanted after being in the seat for 30 seconds, dang I hadn’t even looked at the menu I ask for him to come back in a few minutes, so then he asked about starters, I asked again can you give me a few minutes with the menu. We had to ask for small plates and I needed a glass for my beer, I’m a Brit I don’t drink from the bottle. The prices were reasonable.

Disappointing experience dining here à la carte. I was charged twice for one tea pot because "two people drank tea". Meanwhile, the tea came to the table with a single tea bag for the entire pot. The second annoyance was that I ordered beef yaki udon for $11. The menu shows the attached picture. $11 for the regular size, or $3 extra for "large". The plate came to my table with only noodles. I asked if the meat was forgotten, and the waiter said it dosent and that its a $3 up charge for the meat, contrary to what the menu said. I sent the plate back as I was given the wrong thing and no one seemed to want to own up to the mistake made. The sushi and sashimi were not very good and mediocre at best. Finally, the restaurant is advertized as "Izakaya" and dosent even have any pork katsu on the menu, or anything youd expect to see in an izakaya. It wasnt terrible overallbut tea and the constant bacj and forth with my order was very annoying and ultimately a let down.
