Okay honestly…the “only”employee working when I came in today to order Subways New protein wraps was Phenomenal!! His name is MIKE!! It was about Noon-time and he had 3 customers ahead of me to take care of. He was very kind and respectful to each and every one of us! He hustled getting the orders done all the while being engaging as well! He spoke highly of his commitment to Subway and my protein wraps were delicious! He takes great pride in his job and representing Subway. Get this guy up “ the ladder” quickly!!! It’s been a long time since I experienced such GREAT SERVICE!!
The man who made our subs, Mike, was incredibly kind and helpful to me in a way that surpassed a menial interaction between customer and employee. As an employer, he was the exact type of person I would hire in an instant, thank you Mike.
I recently visited this Subway and had a fantastic experience thanks to Michael! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile. Michael was efficient and knowledgeable about the menu.The restaurant was clean, and I could see that Michael took pride in his work. Oh yeah and my sub has never tasted this good before!
Had an employee from this location cover another store local to me in Sheboygan falls. Mike is his name. He's a super legit guy who navigated a messed up DD order perfectly! Big thanks to Mike!

THIS REVIEWER ASSAULTED THE MINOR WORKING ALONE IN SUBWAY!! She threw a sandwich at the girl! We were walking in as she was running out laughing. The employee was shocked and explained what happened . Then the nerve to put yourself in a review???? You belong in jail. Blame her because you don’t know the difference between multigrain and Italian bread. I asked for multigrain bread and got something different. I didn’t realize it until I was driving. I drove back. The spinach was wilting and most vegetables were not fresh. I went back to ask employee, star for a refund (I only took one bite of the sub before realizing that it wasn’t the correct bread). I have food sensitivities and wanted what I requested and paid for. I asked for a refund. Employee told me that she could not give me a refund, and both of her managers were on vacation. Star did not offer to make me another sub or compensate for the mistake. I was late to work, did not get to eat, lost out on money and I was not compensated. I will definitely never eat here and do not recommend. Food quality and service was very unprofessional.
I was there this morning. The only worker working was extremely kind and helpful…I’ve been there a few times n he is alone everytime . The last time I was there was a few weeks ago, he had all tables pulled out n was sweeping n cleaning ( again alone). He deserves a shout out! Thank u! I called to find his name before I posted this and his name is Mike thanks again for your GREAT customer service.

Met manager Mike. He is extremely polite. Responsible (there helping a new employee Caitlin with opening on his day off) Respectful. Friendly. Cookies were fresh. And although the new girl was a bit shaky from being nervous. She did a fabulous job with serving me and was also very helpful and polite.

They didnt have a soda machine anymore. We also had an awesome kid names Sawyer make our food. He was the only one there and we were so impressed with him.

He went out of his way to accommodate me today while in the middle of store renovations and missing some supplies needed to fill my order (bowls for salad). He came up with an alternate vessel for my salad and did a great job building my salad while making sure everything he did was acceptable to me, his customer. Great job Mike!!! I appreciate you!
Food here is always great, never a complaint there and I'm so glad they're switching to Pepsi. The dinning room is always clean though a bit small (nothing to be done there). One complaint I do have is that there's a new stainless steel shroud over the meat and you can no longer see your options, but more importantly you can't see the quality of the product. Pictures of what's available would help in selection, but not in the quality dept.

I recently visited this Subway store where the staff were exceptionally friendly and quick with service, which made for a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed to find that they did not carry veg patties, limiting options for vegetarian customers. The washroom was acceptable in terms of cleanliness, but it lacked essential items such as soap and hand towels. As for the food, it tasted just like any other Subway, thanks to their standard ingredients. While the service was great, a few improvements could enhance the overall experience.
I get the outlaw cheese steak all the time from a few different subways. I ordered through the app and this is the worst one I've ever received. The lettuce was brown and the crunchiest part of the head ( I add lettuce I like it) I paid for bacon and they forgot I paid for a cookie and they forgot The cheese wasn't melted so it tasted gross on a cheese steak. And they skimped me on the sauce. Instead I tasted a lot of mayo Just really bad I almost forgot I tipped them a dollar fifty for a bad sandwich.

It took a lot of tries calling before I got through to the store but when I did the girl who answered said her ticket showed two 6" and she couldn't help me and to dispute the charges with my bank. The owners here have some serious problems if this is how they respond to legitimate problems. I won't be using this location again.

We ordered two subs online for pickup and opened them once we got home. To our surprise, both were wrong. One was completely the wrong type of sandwich and the other had the wrong toppings. This was already disappointing because the location is 15 min away and would take a minimum of 30 minutes to resolve. What made things worse was that there was no way to share this information! No survey on the receipt, no survey on the website. Almost like they don't care what their customers experience (good or bad). Really disappointing because the sandwich that was. Completely wrong was likely cheaper than what we paid for (a chicken sandwich instead of BMT). Idk if this was a mix up or just fully wrong but it sucked that it was a dry sandwich with olives 🤢. Have a photo of the sandwiches and receipt for reference if needed.
Everything was fine until we got to the veggies, the lady with tattoos already seemed annoyed when she asked what I wanted on my kids sub. When it came to my sub she hardly put on the veggies, especially the spinach. I asked for a lot of pickles because that’s how I like my sub & she told me that there is a limit… which I have never had an issue with before… she was just rude & her attitude changed the whole atmosphere of the place. The guy working was nice though.
this store is absolutely disgusting! it's dirty, the employees look like they just crawled out of bed, or haven't showered in weeks!! I stopped there Tuesday night since it was my exit, easiest to get too. I saw the employee on her phone sitting at table, with nasty dirty clothes on with flip flops!! Get it together people, I turned around, walked back to my car. Clean up, dress up, take pride in your job...uugghhhh no you do not receive stars for a dump of a restaurant!!!!

Lady with blonde hair and tattoos was ridiculously rude because I didn't know they discontinued churros . She drowned our sandwiches in sauce just because she didn't like me. She was rude and not at all how customer service should be . I'm so disappointed. I'm about done using subway.

My sandwich was dry as a bone. The bread was at least a day old. The employee who said that they had only been here for 4 days did not know how to make some of our food and had to call someone. The employee was friendly though. The Place Obviously needs new management. I would not return.
