Really good. I knew the chicken sandwich was the bomb already but they really improved on many of the things. Example from dietitian point of view a lot of their sauces and sides are very clean labels. No crazy colors or sweeteners or any unnecessary additives. The hot sauce was 2 ingredients. I went a week later to try the KFC sandwich and in comparison the chicken at KFC was like a rubber compared to the nice crunchy and airy feel of the one at Popeyes. Tenders were amazing with the same batter fry. 5 star fast food ...way to go.

He had answer for my question and also went beyond the call of duty and made sure my 50 plus $ order had the biggest juiciest well fed birds in the family deal. Also before leaving with my order made sure I had all the condiments required and even tossed in a extra biscuit for the wait, which he didn't have to do but was much appreciated. Bigs ups to John, every food service worker should take notes he deserves a raise. I will definitely be returning to this location as it is my home location. Every bite was prepared with an extra dash of love

There’s only a few Popeyes locations where the food is always fresh and hot no matter what. This is one of them. And it’s clean inside with a fancy look on the outside.

Order sweet tea and then at the window they tell me they don't have any smh. I ordered the platter thinking good chicken strips about to come my way. HOW DISAPPOINTING MOST OF THEM WERE HARD AND VERY SMALL AND FOR 13.95. NOT WORTH IT. And the pic below on the top part of the box is the actual sizes I did get most were small and the bottom was too hard of pieces that my dog wouldn't even eat it

The location is great and so is the pleasing esthetics of the restaurant. My concern is the customer service provided by the employees. I understand that serving fast food can often be unglamorous (I worked at McDonald's) but you need to remember as an employee, without patrons you don't have a paycheck to cash. I'll change my review score when I experience an improvement.

They always take long to get you're order in the afternoon .I was waiting 15minuts .they keep saying just a minute 3time and wasn't help .they guy young guy.and the girl maneger.playing rap and other music were day cook.

I ordered online a family meal, when I should up I was told they didn't have chicken ready even do I had received a notice that the food was ready so we pulled up to a parking to wait for 10 minutes. Over 10 minutes passed and I when inside the restaurant and I was informed that the food was still not ready so I decided to wait inside to my surprise I see 1 roach I couldn't believe it, it wasn't just 1 roach it was multiple roaches I would say a family. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was busy. So I decided to take pictures. She finally, she came out and saw the roaches walking around the restaurant. Disgusting and every disappointment. I basically lost my money over 65 dollars because I wasn't about to feed my family such difficult food, and I wasn't able to get a refund. Oh, and by the way the prices online are higher.

Found piece of hair in grilled chicken sandwich. Or blackened chicken sandwich. It was also stuck inside the actual sandwich so it's not like someone's hair fell out into the packaged sandwich. But still gross. Not sure about coming back but staff was nice.
