The food is okay, it's cicis, you expect an all you can eat buffet of cheap pizza. It's still pizza! Hard to go wrong there. Desserts are good, pizza has plenty of variety and pasta isn't half bad. There's far fewer games than there was 10 or 15 years ago, but they have air hockey and that's probably the best thing. $10 bought me and my step son 5 games of air hockey. $10 buffet plus an optional drink upcharge is well worth the cost.

Everything tastes the same ... the macaroni pizza tasted like the spinach pizza and the cheese pizza lol. The pasta was bland and the sauces. BUT ... my kids loved it and that's who wanted to go. Also alot of the gumball machines were broken and took my money. Other than that, staff was sweet and bathrooms were clean. My kids enjoyed it ♡

Therr was this lady who attended us. Being different clothing, i assume is the manager. Well we asked about changing our buffet order to not have the big cups. She already put us for the big cups and nagging to pay already despite talking to her still for the order change. We got 1 dollar back, even tho the correct thing was to restart the order or the difference would be more than 1 dollar. Terrible attendance and attitude from her. Will not recomend her to work there

Smelt funky and AC was out. Didn’t like watching the lady sweep the floor then sweep the booth out, did not seem the most sanitary. But none the less the pizza was fresh and buffet was full of pizza

Everything was great except it was extremely hot! The AC was out. Nonetheless, the employees did such an amazing job at keeping the buffet full & clean. They absolutely deserve a raise for how well they were working in those conditions. I hope the issue was resolved cause i’d hate to have to drive 15 to the next nearest one.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at CiCi’s Pizza. The salad bar was minimal and lacked freshness, with barely any variety. The pizza selection was extremely limited, which defeats the whole point of a pizza buffet. To top it off, the air conditioning wasn’t on, making the dining area uncomfortably warm. Overall, not worth the visit.

Went on Friday, March 7th. My kids really wanted pizza. They had heard about a pizza buffet. This is definitely not the place. As soon as we walked in, the placed reeked. It smelled like dirty mop water. My 9 year old smelled it to. I was about to leave, but my little ones wanted to stay. The food was cold. I then watched a lady go around wiping the tables and the trash can with the same wet towel. No type of spray was used at all. My little ones ate. I was not impressed with the food. The salad had no cucumbers available. I also saw chicken soup, but it was just broth. The soda machine also messed up while I was there. Needless to say, I have a four year old that has been throwing up all night. I won't be back, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I think they need a suprise inspection.

I never leave reviews for businesses, but since eating here earlier today- my daughter and I have been extremely sick! The service was the only thing that was good about this location.

So tonight my husband and I decided to take our 2 grandkids for dinner , we all served ourselves I got a salad 1st I finished it the felt a bit off then it faded off a bit , I drank soda and it helped a bit too then I went for pizza, we enjoyed our time but after we were all walking out I started feeling funny and I honestly thought maybe I over ate a bit , my stomach felt funny but I ignored it because I wanted to enjoy my time with my grandkids but when I get home I got worse stomach ach and ran to bathroom, I’m calling tomorrow to speak to manager I honestly believe it was the salad dressing, it got me sick

Seen a roach while eating crawling out of the kitchen sorry but that absolutely was disgusting and ruined my food completely! Need to call an exterminator for what I paid I should not be seeing roaches!

Came here last week with my family FYI if your a female and want to ask for a special pizza send your husband or a male up to ask because the ladies working that night were very rude. When I asked for the pizza she just looked at me and walked off so I didn't know if that was a yes or no. I waited 20 minutes or so then my husband went to request the pizza and in 10 minutes the pizza was ready so I got my answer.

Food was not fresh and when you request fresh pizza it takes forever… this particular location will not return too… HORRIBLE!!!

Service was bad and they charged me for my child's meal even though 3 and under supposed be free then to make things worse there was hair in my food .....
