Greeted right away as you walk in the door. Service is phenomenal. Shelbi was our waitress. She made sure we had what we needed and checked on us and got refills promptly. We enjoy going to this location specifically for the service always received by her although there is one closer to us. We will continue to be back.

Honestly i have an i hop that is closer to my home but i go to this one because the service here is so welcoming! Everyone is always happy to serve and the food is also so so good. Always hot, always asking if they can bring anything for us! Me and my roomie love it here! If you go to iHOP.. GO TO THIS ONE! Thank you Christina!

Leticia was great! She was so sweet to my kids and very quick and attentive! Kids didn’t love the chocolate milk and they ran out of apple juice but they were happy with the OJ. Surprised by the IHOP pricing… $40 breakfast for 1 adult and 2 kids (kids drinks are $2.29 each - kids meals don’t come with drinks, coffee over $3) but overall service was great and we would be back!

Julian greeted us immediately after we were sat down by the greeter. He anticipated all of our needs. The Tea was fire for whoever made it today!(very well balanced in brew time and in sweetness) Im a hole tea finatic and tea is a very big deal to me! The anticipation of our needs and customer service was on 110%👍🏼we didnt stay long because all of our needs were met. Me and my wife were more than happy to give him the more-than generous tip we gave him! This is the true IHOP experience is suppose to be! We hope to see you again Juilian! Thanks a million!

I loved the fruity pancake special during February 2024! - I ordered it way too much - and I have a location close to my house - so I lived my best life for a month!

Other than the table not being cleaned and the syrup bottles sticking to the tray. It was good. Lauren our server was nice and the food came out really quick.

Jack in the Box is what it is: A decent late night delivery or drive through option for something just greasy enough to help avoid a hangover in the morning. I realize fast food is just like EVERYTHING else so prices are raised and passed along. Vannya? I think that was her name, is very kind. I think this might be her training period or she is new to waitressing, so please be patient and kind with her. She isn’t too tentative, but she gets you what you need when she comes around to the table. As for the table we were sat at, it was sticky, had crumbs and just dirty. I had to move the syrup caddy and all the table knick knacks because I didn’t want my toddler making a mess. Well, it was so dirty under there I kinda wanted to leave. At the end, a couple of bugs came from the syrup caddy and I was over it lol. I get it, it’s ihop, not a 5 star restaurant, but I’ve seen cleaner waffle houses. Reason for review? They handed me a QR code. If it weren’t for that I wouldn’t have written it

Waited 15 mins for food that was for an omelets that were cold and dry, overcooked, it was missing the green peppers, and had too many tomatoes. Ordered apple carmel shakes and there were no apples. The waiteress brought it the table stating that the item didn't have the apple ingredient. Ask the customer if they want the item if all of it's ingredients are not available. No consideration was given and expected to the table to keep it and left it at the table and did not remove it from the ticket.

I've given this location 2 chances to get things right. The first time, my gf arrived before me and was not offered water or even noticed after being seated. She's diabetic and I was rushing to get to her. The place was nearly empty and staff was in the back conversing. The manager finally came out and apologized for the service and took a discount off of our meal. We went back this week and again we were the only customers. We gave the new kid a lot of grace but not being offered silverware or water and then getting our order completely wrong.... I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and he brought fried. My gf ordered a double meat hamburger and got a single. WE LITERALLY WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS! Anyway the server was given grace for his age and lack of experience but this location sucks. I told my gf we are going to Pete's burgers next time.
