Seguendo le indicazioni, lungo l'antico sentiero che porta al Faro che domina il Promontorio di Portofino, si raggiu ge questo angolo di Paradiso, vista mozzafiato a picco sul mare. Un po' di scale verso il Castello Brown.

Domenica pomeriggio sono andata in questo bellissimo bar che si affaccia sul mare. Avendo poco tempo, io ed una mia amica abbiamo ordinato una pinacolada da dividere. Lo staff è stato davvero gentile da servirci il drink in due bicchieri separati anziché un bicchiere con due cannucce. La piñacolada era eccezionale, forse la più buona che abbia mai bevuto! Complimenti davvero 👌❤️

In maglietta per il clima estivo il 29 dicembre. Abbastanza affollato, ci avvisano che la focaccia è finita e ci porteranno pane tostato in sostituzione. Arrivano anche qualche patatina e olive. Prezzi accettabili, servizio sorridente.

Location top vista mare, ideale per pomeriggi estivi. Drink molto buoni, così come l'aperitivo di accompagnamento. Staff accogliente e givananile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Sono circa 15 minuti a piedi da Portofino, 15 minuti di camminata per il monte con vista. Lounge bar che consiglio vivamente di passarci se venite a portofino.

Il Portofinese è una piccola perla nascosta, incastonata accanto al faro di Portofino. Non è un ristorante, non è una gelateria: è un piccolo bar all’aperto, semplice ma con un fascino unico. Arrivarci è già un’esperienza: una passeggiata immersa nella natura con scorci mozzafiato, che termina con una vista davvero incantevole sul mare aperto – uno di quei luoghi che ti restano nel cuore. Il servizio è super cordiale e genuino, ti senti accolto con calore e semplicità. Il tagliere è buono e ben pensato, ma personalmente consiglierei di ridurre un po’ la quantità di formaggi e aggiungere qualche salume in più per renderlo ancora più equilibrato. Perfetto per una pausa con un buon bicchiere di vino o un drink, lontano dal caos, respirando bellezza e silenzio. Un posto che vale assolutamente la camminata! 🌊🍷✨

We visited on a Wednesday and had a really nice time. A bit hidden away from the touristic area the lounge is located and ready to serve some delicious drinks with a great view guaranteed. We had a cold chocolate and a Virgin Mojito. The Mojito was good but mostly made out of ice-cubes, leaving me wanting more. However, we did get olives, chips and nuts to go with it which kinda made up for it. In general it’s a nice romantic place and definitely worth a visit! Kinda bad music tho lol

From a bar with such a beautiful view I didn’t expect much. I was ready for high prices and low quality. I was so impressed by variety of cocktails, reasonable price and good service! Good music, relaxing atmosphere 😍 everything was perfect. We are going there again. Very lovely place 😍

At the end of the walk to the point in Portofino you find this little bar; just in time on a hot day. two versions of it; we went to the second one. A bit busy as you would expect for such a marvellous spot. However as usual a bit of charm and the staff are super helpful. We loved the swordfish with grapefruit and an excellent panini. Amazing seascape and horizontal eternal view! Nice and friendly personnel. It's expensive to drink a coffee or to buy a water, but! we pay for an atmosphere, view, possibility to sit down after a difficult hiking trip there! All worth it! 3 euro per espresso and 3 euro per a bottle of a water.

Best Bar in Portofino. 20 mins scenic walk to the tip of the rocks. Drinks are almost half price compared to Portofino center. With way better view and atmosphere

The location is not to be missed when you’re in Portofino it is one of the best view of the Ligurian coast. Great staff and delicious food and drink.

They bring complimentary olives, nuts and chips which were really tasty. Service is not so attentive but I guess in Portofino and around here everywhere is like very bad service, so it was below normal standards but very ok for this area. Lemonade is recommended.

That is an absolutely amazing hidden spot , it is so far away that when you're walking up on the mountain you're almost ready to give up BUT the walk is worth every single step. La Portofinese is a hidden little bar in the mountain rock, were they serve authentic drinks made with their grown lemons. We had Limoncello spritz and beer that taste like lemon. The serves Cid I believe, was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive. We had the most beautiful experience. There are no words to describe the feeling and the experience. So worth it. Thank you !

Great spot near the Faro di Portofino! I had the Caprese di Bufala for €15 and an iced tea for €6. They also served complimentary chips and nuts. It’s a bit pricey, but the stunning sea view is worth it. After a long walk to the lighthouse, it’s the perfect place for a refreshing break.

Small chill place on top of an incredible viewpoint with ocean all around. They only have snacks so it’s not a complete restaurant but it’s still magnificent.

Perfect place for a cocktail with stunning views. We stumbled upon it on a walk up to the castle. Friendly service and whilst slightly more expensive than other places we found the drinks generous and strong with three types of complimentary snacks. We also had a panini with fresh tomato and mozzarella which was good.

I would say, this bar is located on the edge of the Italian riverea and it has the most beautiful and breathtaking view. I personally suggest everyone to go visit this place. The staff were friendly and the drinks were on the top!!! And best part is, they have a super clean washroom up there omg ahahha🔝 Super good!!! Bellisimo!

This was our most memorable experience in Portofino. We didn’t know what to expect when we blindly followed steps from the port. We ordered the light house drink, which was perfect. The ambiance was perfect. The earlier you go, the better.

Per l’aperitivo – e non solo – con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Tigullio, c’è un luogo speciale: il lounge bar Il Faro di Portofino, nel punto più “estremo” e suggestivo del promontorio, raggiungibile solo a piedi con una passeggiata che dalla piazzetta di Portofino termina ai piedi del faro. È aperto dalla mattina fino al tramonto, momento ideale per degustare diversi cocktail, come l’ormai celebre La Portofinese Spritz, con prosecco, soda e il limoncino prodotto dall’azienda stessa, accompagnato da un tagliere con proposte liguri e prodotti gastronomici fatti in casa. Per vivere un’esperienza più intima, dalla primavera 2022 c’è anche il Faretto: un piccolo eden verde con una decina di tavoli immersi nella macchia mediterranea, all’ombra di una profumata limonaia, che è possibile anche affittare in esclusiva.

Arrivare proprio in punta al promontorio, a picco sul mare, è stato inaspettato. Poter gustare un aperitivo ad un prezzo accessibile a Portofino anche! Merita la passeggiata con scorci meravigliosi, il caruggetto ristrutturato nel rispetto del parco e la tappa alla piccola chiesa. Personale gentile e sorridente. Aperitivo analcolico buono. Piccolo neo: un po' di "accompagnamento" agli aperitivi sarebbe segno di accoglienza. In un paradiso del genere, due patatine, poche, nun se po' veede.. anche la gola vuole la sua parte! Ma ci ritorneremo! Chissà .. 🍛

Bar del Faro di Portofino "La Portifinese" è situato sulla punta più estrema del promontorio. Un luogo di straordinaria bellezza, a picco sul mare, che consente una visione spettacolare sul golfo del Tigullio. Una location magica, perfetta per occasioni speciali e giornate indimenticabili.

Con una bella passeggiata e una bella vista sul golfo, ci vuole un buon spritz con stuzzichini 13+13= 26€

This is a nice cafe at the end of a fairly long walk. Views over the sea are amazing. The seating area however is small with not enough sun shades. 1 person smoking can affect 3/4 of the seating which, if you don't like breathing in smoke, is not ideal. Menu is reasonable and it's not too expensive, especially considering it's technically Portofino, but you should go here only really expecting a drink or some ice cream (which is generous), not much more.

Nice bar with shade and friendly staff. Pricing for drinks was okay, still expensive but better than in Portofino itself. Definitely worth a stop while visiting the light house.

I recently visited a bar located on the point of Portofino, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects. I opted for an Italian toasty, the name of the bread escapes me, topped with rather salty anchovies and tomatoes. Regrettably, the dish was not to my liking, leaving much to be desired. The tequila sunrise cocktail I ordered was passable, although it was evident that cheaper alcohol had been used. The waiter who attended to us proved to be incredibly rude, which put a damper on our overall experience. Nevertheless, there were redeeming factors to the visit. I had the pleasure of striking up a delightful conversation with some fellow Germans, which was a highlight of the evening. The view from the bar was nothing short of stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop to the evening. However, the prevalence of people smoking was a notable downside, detracting from the overall ambiance. As for the music, it was decent but didn't necessarily stand out. On a positive note, my partner's choice of a mozzarella toasty instead of the fish option was deemed okay, while her drink was exceptional. In terms of cost, the evening set us back around €50, which was somewhat reflective of the overall experience. Despite the drawbacks, the engaging conversation and breathtaking view did contribute to a more positive memory. In conclusion, the bar offered a mix of elements - from disappointing dishes and rude service to memorable interactions and scenic views. While it may not have been the ideal dining experience, it still left room for some enjoyable moments.

As much as it is discussed on here, you can’t actually see the sunset from any of the tables here it. The seats face SE and the sunsets to the W/NW. The prices are ok with a solid selection of drinks. Service is alright. My recommendation if you wanna watch the sunset around here is to grab some takeaway drinks from Portofino town and sit on the rocks 30 metres before the lighthouse.

View is great, place is dirty though. Also, we theorize the cafe is renting the space from the bees. Staff is kind and will make an effort to defend you while telling you the bees aren’t as bad as they have been in times past.
