Never disappoints! Food is delicious , always good to either dine in or use the drive thru! Fast and effective service! Always get greeted and appreciate the customer service ! Had to add , that a manager by the name of Liz , always goes above and beyond ! Her work ethic is amazing ! Every time I go , she’s always aware of who walks in and double checks everything came out as expected !

This is a newer El Pollo Loco located where used to be BK. I never ordered anything other than the chicken meal before. Tried the taco and it was beyond delicious. The restaurant is very clean and staff is very nice. My favorite location!

As always this is a great place to grab a quick bite, if you're into chicken it's awesome. They have healthy options as well.

They have a patio, we surprisingly weren't the only people with dogs on the patio. The food was solid, it came out quickly, and they even gave us extra plates without asking since we were sharing.

This one is great. The young lady, I believe her name is Aleida, is extremely helpful and polite. She made my dining experience much more pleasant. The food is warm and delicious. Also, the bathrooms are very clean. This restaurant, especially Aleida, deserve a high rating in my opinion. Thank you

Had the chicken burrito guacamole lunch box special. Bought one for me and my uncle and a drink. It was very good and came with chips salsa and it was prepared very well. When I'm in town again I will go there to eat. Good service

Restaurant was clean since the moment you arrive at the parking lot. Food was satisfying and service was fast. Workers were very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door.

The associates were so great here! I haven't eaten at such a clean restaurant in ages! What a pleasure! They even were wiping down the legs of furniture. Food was great too! We will definitely go back!

I’m still dreaming about my meal at Pollo Loco!! Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. Don’t out on trying their New street corn chicken pollo bowl. Highly recommended.. love the atmosphere, great customer service. Restaurant so clean. Love it!!!

As with all food restaurants prices have increased because of the governor's mandate, but with a coupon it was still somewhat reasonable. Chicken meal for 2.

I had the chicken street tacos. They were just chicken onions and cilantro. The chicken was bland and could have been seasoned more. The price was good for the value meal at $8

Delicious chicken, tasty food but they keep forgetting my salsas and the quantity of chicken in the burritos decreases everytime I visit

The chicken is usually as you expect for el pollo. Which is all I really ask for with this place. The customer service is a C minus on a good day. Dine in is pretty unwelcoming so I wouldn't recommend it.

Absolutely tasteless burrito. Sensation of some kind of sticky mass in the mouth. I have not tried a more terrible burrito :( Cafe has good design and courteous employees.

The food was not good at all, it was mushy & tasted like everything was out of a can flavorless. I used the app to preorder and had a 20-minute drive to get there arrived and we still waited about 10 minutes. The inside dining room was a weird vibe, and its nice furniture but it's not inviting lighting is dark &feels very corporate. And the outside was cool until inrealized there were no umbrellas so the sun was so hot. I wouldn't go back. Customer service was great though.

These people have TERRIBLE service. The staff got my order wrong twice. And their website menu is different from their actual menu. My food was 30 minutes late. AFTER I had already gone to the store to pickup up the food. I would not go here again. Its a waste of time and money.
