I just went with my dad and they were very helpful and funny. Ok and of course I had to give some tasty food to my dog! Duh he loves pepperoni. His insta: rockets_ranch !

I went here for lunch today while my bike was being serviced in the nearby shop, and it was my first time at Jersey Mike's. I used to eat at Subway a lot back in the day, but I haven't been to a sub sandwich place in about ten years, probably. Jersey Mike's was great! I ordered a roast beef & provolone and it tasted great! The guy who made my sandwich was named Chris (easy to remember for me since I have the same name). I overheard him talking sandwich prep with another customer, too. He really knows his stuff! I was also helped out at the register by an awesome gal who was super friendly. I didn't catch her name, but she's short and has bright red coloring in her hair. Anyway, she's a real people person and made me feel welcome! Great customer service! I ride by this place once in a while, so maybe I'll have to start stopping in more often!
Jersey Mike's forgot to give our grandson a cookie with his meal. They didn't give us napkins with our take out and the last four times my wife tried to accumulate points she was unable to and the guy at the counter didn't know how to correct it. The food was great but the service was lacking.

Ordered gluten free sub . I watched them clean equipment, counter. Change out gloves. Thank you for such great service. Appreciate the effort n extra time for my food allergy. So nice.
I bought a combo meal and tried to get Pepsi Zero from the soda fountain. It was completely out of syrup for Pepsi Zero, so they let me exchange my cup for a 20oz of Pepsi Zero. That was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated!

I visited Jersey Mike's to order a number 8 and was greeted warmly by Carlos, who ensured I felt welcomed. My sub was made just right, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The location was clean, and the excellent service will definitely bring me back soon.

Everyone there was nice and welcoming and they seem like a good crew very helpful but they should probably clean out their meat and cheese fridge.
When you order online, and they give you the option to customize each sandwich, that sounds like you're off to a good start. So we ordered five sandwiches, four of which were "made to order". They only got one wrong, but they left off the bacon, which is something that should never be done. Worse still, when my daughter arrived (a few minutes early) to pick them up, they hadn't even been started yet. She had to wait about 10 minutes more than the promised ready time. The properly made sandwiches were tasty, but $65 is pricey for five sandwiches. About $6 of that was for gluten free bread. Not a huge amount of confidence in trying them again.

There seems to be a change in management or staff at this location. There have been consistent issues with the recent take out orders. Ordered Giant sub, received regular. Order steak sandwich, received with chicken. Is it really that hard to have a sandwich done correctly?
Online takeout order for a regular size sandwich took 35 mins to be ready. Had to wait another 15 mins + after the order pick up time. If you are tight on time during lunch break, I would order 30 mins ahead, or go somewhere else. As the pick up time is not accurate and reliable.
Order placed online for two regular sandwiches. I arrived to a packed restaurant - long line of people waiting to order AND long line of people waiting to pickup. The people ordering in person were served immediately in that they ordered, sandwich was made immediately and then they paid and left. The line of in person orderers moved very quickly and pleasantly. Meanwhile, people who'd ordered online waited for a minimum of 30 minutes for their orders. How do you run out of bread at 715? Unacceptable for a sandwich place!
check your order before you leave. every time i’ve ordered for pick up, the sandwich has had no toppings on it, just meat and bread. and like others have mentioned, this location will have you waiting an additional 30 min minimum after pick up time in store for your online order to be ready. then add the time driving all the way back home, back to the location, waiting in line to get your sandwich made correctly, you’ve wasted several hours to get a sandwich you paid 20$ for, made as you originally ordered it. pretty ridiculous and not worth it.
In general, I love Jersey mikes. Their sandwiches are never bad. This specific location is probably the worst. The sandwiches were also not the best. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with their sandwich makers, but because they were rude to my mother I felt it was necessary. To the gentleman working tonight (sat 2.15 @ approx 730 pm) with the darker complexion I appreciate your willingness to do your job. To the other two lighter complexion employees I hope you realize when you're working for a business they expect you to do your job. There's no need to be rude to what looks like your only customers on a Saturday night. Hope you get more training or fired. I placed my order online at 718 asap pick up, arrived at 740, the food wasn't even started. It was ready in 13 minutes. Why couldn't it be done by 740?? Not sure, but I won't be returning not to this one. And the sandwiches were not appetizing. Poorly put together. It's not like you were busy. I have no idea why it was this bad.

I have been to several Jersey Mike's stores but the Poway store is by far the worst! Those young people that they employ are so rude they have no manners! I ordered a BLT and I usually get it with cheese I don't have to ask but when I ask this kid in the store he wanted to charge me extra just for cheese! Wow that's unbelievable especially when I gave them $5 tip!!! Because I know the economy is tough for them but it's tough for me as well... And I still tip them!!! Today I went in again it was 9:35 and the door was open and the kid just rolled his eyes and said we're not open yet! Which I replied I was not looking at the time and if that's the case you should have closed the door!! I know this store is convenient to me because I live in power but I will never go there again!!
For some reason my review is deleted but my one star is still there. I remember this location was one I didn't go to anymore because the guy behind the counter at the time had really long hair and kept whipping it around to keep it out of his face. Seems like hair nets are a thing of the past at most food places, which I can deal with, but it wasn't good that he kept whipping his hair while hovering over the food he was preparing. At the very least, it could've been pulled up into a bun or something.
