I have been craving a hot fudge and marshmallow sundae for a very long time. And I was a good boy today so I treated myself too an ice cream. It was five bucks and I smashed it so fast. I can’t believe how quickly it disappeared but it sure was satisfying. And it tasted exactly like I remembered it should. Congratulations Dairy Queen for continuing your taste and consistency for decades

Shout out to the 'young crew' who stepped up while their peers were graduating last night 5/30. The place was incredibly busy, yet I received the best strawberry dipped cheesecake blizzard I have ever had!! Continue to be a sponge and soak up the support, guidance, and wisdom from your peers. It will take you so far in life!! Keep up the great work.
Fastest service for a dairy queen I've ever experienced, Zach our cashier was the best. He took his time, got the order perfect and even separated the meals exactly as requested, had great suggestions too. On top of that my young girls blizzards were already coming out before our order was complete. Food was out before I could fill the drinks.... Awesome job! Thanks Zach for the professional courtesy and the rest of the staff on duty 7/25/23 as well!
It's fast food, you get what you get, the staff is always nice here and it's clean!
I ordered a 6pc chicken strip basket large size and my fries were ice cold. That shows poor food management skills
The food was good, as always. But I went in to order and it was a weird experience. I waited for almost 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter. A young woman finally showed up and took my order and entered it into the register. She then went into the kitchen and disappeared. A young man came out to complete the transaction. He wasn't hostile, but he wasn't friendly either. He definitely didn't have any customer service skills. And, the card reader was very slow to read my card. I recommend just using the drive thru. I know that's what I'll be doing from now on.
We watched our food come off the grill and into there boxes and get sat down with our French fries by the young man cooking. Three other kids literally sat and talked for close to 2 minutes before deciding to put our food in a bag and then he just pulls napkins out like tissues an throws them on top.
We ordered in the app and when we got there had to wait a long time. The girl working the register was great! She kept telling the people in the back the mobile order was here and they kept chatting and ignored her. When we got our food the fries were cold and soggy and the chicken had gross black stuff all over it like the fryer hadn’t been cleaned in forever.
Just went there for two blizzards and the girl on the drive through was way rude, I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I tried to smile and be nice but she basically threw our ice cream at us and then forgot spoons, so we waited for her to come back to ask for spoons and she looked very annoyed and rolled her eyes. I don’t usually make reviews but even the blizzard was melted, we paid extra for toppings, and got none, it was like the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a long time.
The younger crew on 2/19/26 closing shift was very rude. Food is do good as usual and fast but better service would be great.
My food was cold the worker Aubrey was very disrespectful. She rolled her eyes as I was leaving and it was very unprofessional.
There was hairs in my food. Disgusting the least you guys could do is wear a hairnet. Your in a kitchen.
First off, I sat in line, gave the worker my order, five minutes later food came out. I didn’t realize until I got back to my car that my food was not correct I ordered a large fry a cheeseburger and another french fry. Guess what they gave me? A regular fry, a hamburger and onion rings. They did not even get the order remotely close to what I asked for. And THEN I get back to my car, looked out the window, saw two workers making out in the enclosed trash area. Dairy Queen Princeton, do better.
Your assistant manager Mo Jensen has terrible character for the way she speaks to customers in store and the way she speaks online.
Decided to give it a second try after months. Fries are cold, Onion rings were cold and soggy! Burger patty warm, but tastes like it was reheated or something. Sign Said lobby was open until 9 but yet all the chairs were upside down on the tables by 7:15. So we waited for people to leave a booth to sit. Wish Val was still working Because it was a whole different atmosphere and better food.
I love Dairy Queen but not this one they forgot my chicken strip meal so I tryed to lobby to resolve the issue it was closed a hour before it was supposed to be so I had to sit in the drive through for another 20 minutes and there was a peanut in my cotton candy blizzard could be really bad for someone with a allergy but says a lot about the cleanliness of the toppings station. I will not be going back.
Our fries were cold and seemed like left over from the prior day. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been cleaned for some time.
Just ordered a chicken strip basket meal in drive thru. They didn't ask for the drink flavor so I asked them about it when I got to the window and they said it doesn't come with a drink unless you request it for an additional $2. When did this become a thing? Then I got home and found a black hair in my blizzard. So sad 😞
Well, I won't go to the DQ anymore. I cashed in some coins for cash and I went to get the 85 cent blizzard deal. My app wasn't working right and they didn't even try helping me out. They put the blizzard order in way too early, so I would have ended up paying full price. I left without anything.
Terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru after paying while employees loudly joked and yelled inside. My order was incorrect— was missing a sandwich, fries were half full, and the food was lukewarm at best. When I went inside to fix the mistake, I was given an ice-cold replacement with extra onions (despite an allergy request). The staff was unprofessional and careless. Completely wasted $35—won’t be returning to this DQ.
My order was incorrect. When I asked for it to be fixed, the girl got an attitude so I just took what they had fixed and left with the rest. I also did curbside pickup. There is a sign that says "check in on phone". There isn't a place that I can find to do this throughout my email or the website so I downloaded the app hoping it would allow me to do it there. It did not. So I got to get my 2 year old and 9 year out of the car so I could bring them inside to get my food. Had I known of this issue, I would have ordered through the drive thru as they were definitely not bringing my food to me without my checking in. I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time to be sure and they had not started my food which means they probably wait until you get there. I also had to get my drinks and stuff myself which was awkward as its behind the counter a little bit but that's whatever, if thats how they do things, totally fine. This location is a constant issue which is why I rarely go here but my kid begged for it so I caved on this day. Cool. Not going to happen again for a very long time, if ever. It's worth the 15 minute drive to zimmerman.
We ordered from here before and I thought that waiting an HOUR was just because it was busy. But today was even worse. We ordered ahead on the app 15 minutes ahead of time, but when we got there it still wasn’t ready, it took us 15 minutes before someone even approached us as the mobile order counter and they just asked us what our order was and waited another 10 minutes just to get 2 blizzards when we finally got it after 30 minutes or so for 2 SIMPLE blizzards, 3 female workers were in the back looking at us saying “where’s our thank you?” And laughed at us as we’re walking out as if I have to say thank you for forgetting our order, making us wait in line for 30-40 minutes. They don’t even call your name when they set up your food to grab. The food is good but expect having to wait 40 minutes for a stupid cone you can get at for McDonald’s faster. Please either close down or fix your management system for your workers.
