This place is an instant mood boost, thanks to their incredible staff. The humans are SO sweet and kind — just sunshine personified. Had such a good experience (and awesome drink) that I drove out of my way to come back (and it was just as great). Busy, hot, rainy — they had smiles and a great attitude. Shoutout to the beautiful souls — Lily, Chessy, Ocean, you are marvelous and made my day!

This is my second time to stop in for a quick coffee at my lovely Princeton Dutch Bros this morning. All the ladies here are beyond wonderful, kind and down to earth. A special shout out to Abby, her wonderful, sweet personality really makes your day that much more sweeter. She even gave me a recommendation on my drink since I haven't been in but once before. I just explained what I liked and she had them make a wonderful delicious drink that I really enjoyed. And the best part of my day is that she is a HEB customer and I am a Partner with HEB. It's a beyond pleasure to have Abby as our Customer and a part as our HEB family. Cherry on top my drink was complimentary!

Got my feelings hurt in Walmart when an older woman called my autistic son “dog” when she saw him with his safety harness and my emotions got the best of me in the Dutch bros drive thru. The workers were so kind and compassionate. Definitely made me realize people can be kind. Thank you.

Had ordered a drink and just wasn’t a fan of that drink, so I asked for a replacement and they did so and left a sweet note on my cup! 10/10 customer service and kind people at this location. Got a Caramalizer as my replacement and it’s amazing.

The girls working here are so sweet, super friendly and super helpful. It was my first time at Dutch Bros and they helped me navigate the menu and order something I absolutely love! I will definitely be back. The perfect start to my morning.

I was very impressive with this coffee place!! The employees who work here were so friendly and excited to be at work at 6:30am. I couldn’t believe how happy to employees looked. I bought coffee and two smoothies. I got the Golden Eagle and it was amazing!!!! My daughter loved her strawberry banana smoothie and they even had a kid one for my 17 month old. We plan on coming here all the time! They have coffee, smoothies, and teas! There’s a drive thru as well and a walk up window but there’s no inside area. Definitely worth stopping by and trying! We will be back this weekend to try the teas! My daughter loved the stickers they gave out.

Last night I went to get coffee for my sisters and I. When I got to the window I noticed 2 guys cleaning but one of the guys looked at me and then held his hands in the air like if he was about to throw a fit and was clearly mad, you could tell his body language (mind you I was about 25 minutes early before closing and I work the graveyard shift) He grab the tablet and didn’t say “Hi” or a simply “What can I get for you?” He was just quiet and I just said my order, it was only 3 drinks. I could have placed the order online but on the app says unavailable at that time. I don’t have problems with the morning people, they are always sweet but I’m disappointed about the young man.

No point of ordering ahead. Girl who works there said they focus on drive thru first and don’t start on your mobile order til you come to window and check in. What’s the point of mobile order then. Ordered 15-20min ahead and get here to having to wait another 10-15min. Ridiculous.

Literally the slowest duchbro workers ive ever met, and they don’t prioritize cars who were in line first, i was skipped by 3 cars ordering in line, after arriving after me, when all i had was a pickup order. Then they got my order wrong!

Tired of constantly getting howled for a tip you pay with the app. Do you have tips turned off in the app And they still howle you for a tip, it's a drive through who tips at a drive through?I'm just gonna start going back to starbucks.I've never been howled for a tip there

Ordered my drink almost 30 mins before I got there to give them time to make it and cool off before I got there. Get here, and it’s not even made! So now I’m having to wait for it in the cold outside.

One of the male workers there at the pickup window always has a horrible attitude. Had to wait for my two drinks which isn’t a problem but the first thing said instead of “hello” is “are you picking up, well it’s going to be a while”. He didn’t even apologize for forgetting to add something to my drink that was ordered online so the addition was already paid for. I’ve been to this location a few times and this particular worker has been there each time always in a bad mood. I always tip on the app and I wish there was a way to remove it since it’s always horrible customer service
