The service took a little while to arrive at the table, we waited a little over 40 minutes for the food to arrive, I don't know if they had pre-orders, but the place wasn't that busy, so the wait time seemed a bit long to me, the pizza and pasta have a good flavor, they are not the best I've tried but it's not bad... plus the prices are affordable and they have promotions.

Excellent cheese and toppings. Very friendly staff. The pizza is made to order, so the wait time is standard, between 20 and 30 minutes. Good quality pizza. The only downside is the crust; it's very doughy.

Las pizzas bien, pero las cajas huelen mal. Muy buen servicio y agradezco que me hayan cambiado la pizza, aunque igual la caja seguía oliendo mal. Me gustó la pizza desde que la probé y hace tiempo que no había vuelto. Recientemente volví y creo que la calidad de las pizzas ha bajado un poco, en mi opinión la base es muy gruesa.

They have a promotion on a large pizza for 138 pesos, but we ordered it with just pepperoni. When we got to the table, it was just cheese and pepperoni. They don't promise anything or serve well. I give them a 6. I really wouldn't go back.

The pizza is good, but unfortunately, they have terrible service. There's no way to communicate, not even via WhatsApp or phone calls. You have to go up to the counter to order their service, wasting your time. It's easy to go four times and give up, and I'll end up with another option.

The pizza and pasta are generally very good, and quite reasonably priced. The soft drinks are expensive and come in cans, so I recommend buying them to go. When we went to pay, they were charging us for an extra pizza, so double-check your bill.

Before they were very delicious pizzas, now their quality has dropped a lot. I ordered one through Uber and it came burnt, it was a Huasteca. I wish there was compensation because it is not the first time something similar has happened to me. We have been customers for years when the owners made them at Fovissste. At least a compensation pizza. 🥹I have my screenshot of my order and photos so you can see that it arrived burnt and please respond to me why I did not pay 3 pesos to receive that quality of pizza, it was a big Huasteca.

Terrible service. Both times I ordered through the Rappi app, I was missing a product. I called to clarify, as the delivery person said they had only delivered that much. The lady said she had "marked the order" that way, but I had it marked differently on my ordering app. So, she later gave me her reason, which she said was to "report the delivery person" (so, they always had the complete order and delivered it in full). Fortunately, the delivery people were present during the call, confirming that "that's how they delivered it." Conclusion: they steal products and want us to pay for it in full. In addition to suggesting we report the delivery people... Obviously, I will never buy from that pizzeria again.
