El personal esta siempre atento sin exagerar, aunque son famosos por los de tripita, los tacos de espinazo estan de primera para las mujeres o los remilgosos estan los de barbacoa y los de chicharron.

The best tripitas in San Luis Potosí. The service is good, the bathrooms are clean and the seasoning is delicious. The only thing is that sometimes there is no parking, but all in all, everything is good (the chicharrón tacos are delicious). You really should stop by to try them.

Family restaurant, highly recommended, opens at 7 pm, Thursday to Saturday until 10 pm, but may close earlier if they run out of food. They serve horchata, coffee with milk, various soft drinks, cecina (dried, salted meat), enchiladas potosinas (potosí-style enchiladas), pig's feet, barbacoa tacos, tripe, bone marrow, pork stomach, tostadas, flautas, red tacos, gelatin desserts, and Carlota sweets.

The service is good, but the food lacks a bit of flavor. Perhaps Don Juanito (RIP) didn't share his recipe very well, or maybe the cook just needs more seasoning! Overall, the place is pleasant (it's better than Don Juanito's because there are plenty of tables to sit at, TVs, and music).

A quiet place. When I was little, they told me they were related to Don Juanito (RIP), as well as another place almost across the street, but no, Don Juanito's was over in San Sebastián (though these days, the new owners don't have the same flavor as his). They have seating here (when I was a kid, they didn't have this proper place; it was very rustic, and they've definitely improved on that). The food isn't the best, but it's quite acceptable, especially since they have a variety of options! The service is where I think they fell short this time. Where I sat, they didn't have lemons, just a squeezed peel. They came around, and maybe because I was alone, they didn't clean the table either; there were food scraps (very few, but the table was dirty). I didn't leave a tip because of these details, as I felt they didn't pay the same attention to you as they did to a group (when I arrived, three families came in behind me, and they quickly went to serve them). Apart from that, everything is calm, if the place is still there to visit, although the best tripe I've tried in SLP is in the Santiago neighborhood (the taco is a bit expensive but very good).

The food is delicious, but the hygiene measures are very poor; you leave smelling strongly of food and smoke. There are no Covid precautions, all the tables are full, and there's no social distancing.

Well, I didn't like it. A few days ago I went to this place with my family and I didn't get a good impression and I wouldn't go back because!!!! We ordered gorditas, tacos al pastor and chalupas and a pitcher of melon water and a milkshake. That was the detail. The milkshake was watery and didn't even taste like vanilla, much less like milk. That milkshake was awful. The tacos al pastor tasted too much like apple cider vinegar. The chalupas were not seasoned, the shredded meat and the gorditas and the potatoes were awful. I don't recommend them.
