I nostri complimenti.
Il pranzo di Pasqua è stato un viaggio dei sensi. I piatti rispecchiano talento e amore per il territorio. Grazie allo Chef e al suo team per la passione e l’impegno.
Come sempre al top! Sedicesimo secolo è una garanzia. Piatti sempre molto buoni e equilibrati.
Ottimo lavoro!
Superb
Excellent experience with the "Menu Cibo di Mezzo" initiative. A beautiful and magical location that takes you back in time. The atmosphere is refined and the staff are knowledgeable. The menu is definitely interesting; I felt like a child again as I savored some of the flavors. Highly recommended.
Simply an experience worth having. Excellent service, extremely courteous from start to finish, delicious dishes (the risotto and lamb were absolutely sensational) with simply perfect wine pairings, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The bill was in line with expectations.
Elegant atmosphere. Very professional service with very friendly staff. The chef's philosophy was truly a wonderful discovery, and the wine pairings were a pleasant surprise. Compliments to Chef Simone. We'll definitely be back.
My husband and I went yesterday; he had already been there. Everything was impeccable! The ladies and sommelier were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for couples. Each dish was explained carefully, and the dishes were refined and meticulously prepared, just like any Michelin-starred restaurant. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The chef, who greets guests before they leave, is an added bonus. We'll definitely be back. A 10/10 with honors.
A timeless place, preserving an ancient flavor, where you'll find chef Simone Breda's modern flavors in his dishes. The castle stables are transformed into a welcoming, warm, and inviting space. Three rooms for different settings and situations, with meticulous attention to every detail.
We returned after six years, and... the quality hasn't changed at all; in fact, we've noticed the chef's growth. Upon reservation, we requested a tasting of seven vegetarian dishes, and... what can we say other than impeccable! Never have we tasted so many imaginative and incredibly flavorful vegetarian dishes. The "standard" seven-course tasting menu was equally as delicious, an experience well worth leaving home.
Somewhat remote in the countryside of the lower Brescia area, this restaurant by chef Breda is, in my opinion, worth a visit at least once. We chose a seven-course tasting menu, to which the chef adds, at no extra charge, some delicate appetizers and a small sampling of pastries at the end. Everything, from A to Z, was served with skill and discretion by a talented young waiter. Sight, taste, and smell were in heaven for about two hours spent in a very peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable atmosphere. I accompanied the menu with a tasting of five wines chosen by the chef himself, who expertly presented them with each course. Two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and a dessert. A high-quality experience, well-deserved of its Michelin star. No digestive issues, so the ingredients were delicate, tasty, and balanced in the various ingredients of each course. Excellent plating for each course. A wonderful overall experience. It's something you really need every now and then.
We're in Pudiano, a charming town where beyond the restaurant there's nothing but countryside, farmhouses, and stables. But if you're a gourmet, you won't need anything else. The menu we sampled is the seven-course one. The food pairings were somewhat off-putting on the menu, but after the skillful tweaking of the chef and his team, they reached a level of excellence. The wine pairing suggestions were also greatly appreciated. In short, local food reimagined as haute cuisine. The staff and location are perfectly suited to a Michelin-starred establishment.
An excellent experience at this restaurant, which demonstrates a remarkable ability to blend innovative flavors with traditional cuisine. Located in the countryside south of Brescia in a beautifully appointed historic building. We decided to order à la carte, choosing the dishes that most piqued our curiosity. The fusion of land and sea flavors was greatly appreciated. Each course was impeccably executed, precise, and beautifully presented. The Michelin star is well deserved. The wine list is very traditional and needs to be improved.
Once upon a time, there was a castle, a prince, horses... fairytale memories are a must as soon as you arrive in the Sixteenth Century, because this restaurant is located in the stables of an ancient castle in the small village of Rudiano. Inside, we find a large room with elegantly set tables. The atmosphere is very intimate, ensuring privacy at each table. The staff is discreet and courteous, and the service is impeccable. Dinner begins with a welcome from the kitchen. Delicious morsels that I devour in minutes. The risotto is undoubtedly my favorite dish of the evening: the bold flavor of the goat combines with the crispness and freshness of the sage. Sublime. For the main course, I tried the anglerfish, a delicate dish sweetened with pumpkin. Truly delicious. Refined food, quality ingredients, classy table setting, professional service, and a dream location. With all these qualities, the Sedicesimo Secolo deserves to be on my list of favorites.
We dined for a birthday. The restaurant's location is certainly a bit out of the way, but it's well worth it! The restaurant is housed in a renovated and well-maintained castle building. The welcome was very pleasant and friendly; we immediately felt pampered. We chose the seven-course menu, with both fish and meat options. The price was excellent! We followed the sommelier's advice regarding the wine: he recommended a good wine at a good price, so he was a good and honest sommelier. As for the dishes, everything was perfect; we were asked if there was anything on the menu we didn't like, so as to anticipate unexpected events. Perfect! This restaurant will undoubtedly grow over the years and will be able to serve desserts and small pastries on par with the other dishes, but just one very small criticism. The waiters were so kind that they even brought a candle and a "Happy Birthday" decoration for the birthday in question. Very kind indeed! We were a little disappointed that the chef didn't come to our table, but he only came to say goodbye when we were leaving, which is kind enough, but it misses out on that quiet moment of conversation at the table. Also, that no aperitif or digestif was offered, but whatever! We hope to be back soon!
I went to this place for some good food, and I did! Congratulations!! The 7-course tasting menu included superb duck foie gras and the chef's rice, which was excellent! The wine list was extensive, and the service was commendable for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Good value for money. We had a great time, and I'd love to come back!
This restaurant was recommended to me after comparing/opinionating some Michelin-starred restaurants in the province of Brescia. A more than positive recommendation for: Service: very respectful of the star it received; Setting: simple and refined at the same time; Courses: 5-course tasting menu with a logical thread; tied to the local area yet revisited without distorting the ingredients. Wine list: exceptional! A truly remarkable wine list! Coffee list: never seen in any Michelin-starred restaurant in the area (as a coffee lover, believe me, finding a kopi luwak in Pudiano is worth a visit for that alone!) Location: I would make a few small improvements on the outside, but they're minor; inside, simple and refined with a few touches of class. Nothing to envy of Michelin-starred restaurants in the province of Brescia. You can sense the passion for this job in everyone in the dining room. I had a chance to chat with the chef: a young man of few words, but... You deserve so much...keep it up... You were a pleasant discovery!!!!!!!!!!! My compliments!!!

This restaurant offers both a tasting menu and an à la carte menu (we opted for the second course, but I must admit the Classics Menu was also very inviting). The chef's research is certainly noteworthy, both in the plating and the pairings (the tagliolini with seaweed butter and turnip/duck is fabulous, I also recommend the goat with broad beans, garlic, and dandelion). The homemade bread, which is served with Sicilian olive oil, is also very good. The dessert options are also interesting; I was pleasantly surprised by the apple cake with black tea and cinnamon <3. Regarding the service, I really appreciated both the hand wipes (I hadn't seen this detail since my last trip to Japan in 2016) and the constant presence of one of the girls in the dining room, even for a simple water refill. The customers are truly pampered—perhaps too much—and at the end of the meal they surprise again with a list of coffees, from which I personally recommend the one with hazelnut fragrances, truly pleasant aromas. Regarding the location: for those not in the area, from Orzinuovi, follow the signs for Montichiari/Coniolo, then you'll find a roundabout with a sign for "Gerolanuova." Follow this low road for about 2 km, and as soon as you enter Pudiano, you'll find the parking lot on the left. A shout out to all the staff, who kindly allowed us to take a photo after the meal.
