Small, cozy coffee shop near the cathedral. Sandwiches are 48 pesos(roughly 2.5 USD). Nice place to stop while walking the city.
This excellent café also has a hotel/inn in a well-preserved old house with antique rooms and furnishings that give it a nice touch. The prices are a bit high because it's so close to the center and the rooms are quite spacious. Excellent service, very nice people.

You can enjoy delicious local coffee, grown and roasted by the owner. Besides being a café, it's also a comfortable and pleasant colonial hotel, perfect for relaxing, with excellent service, cleanliness, and a great location.
It's a café inside a hotel. I'm not sure if it's a branch of the same name, also located in downtown Puebla, on 5th Street West, but this one is nice. The prices are affordable, the service is good, and there weren't any other customers. They just close at 7:00 p.m. I ordered a cajeta-flavored cappuccino and I'm sharing the photo. Overall, I recommend it.
It's a very quiet and cozy place to chat and enjoy a drink, forgetting the hustle and bustle of the street. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly waiters. The drinks are quite varied, but not among the best I've tried.

Desayunos malos! Café no muy bueno. Sin fruta... jugo y leche se cobran aparte por $50 extras. Chilaquiles fríos. Lo recomiendo sólo en caso de emergencia.

It used to be a better place, whether the pandemic or something else was the reason for its decline. The coffee is good, although if you order a double espresso it will look like an Americano. The food menu is very short.
The coffee isn't that great, but for the price, you can't expect more. They have Wi-Fi and no parking. The service is fast, the prices are affordable, and the seats are relatively comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. There's no wheelchair access.
