I had a bad experience with a purchase. I bought a toy car, and it arrived broken. I bought it through Amazon for my son's Christmas present, and to return it, it costs 1500 pesos, and I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for shipping since the product was broken. No one has given me an answer; they've just kept giving me the runaround and haven't offered any solution to this problem.

I bought two bikes. It was a real ordeal just getting service. Secondly, they charge 300 pesos for assembly per bike. They didn't even assemble them properly. The pedal came off. My son can't ride the bike because it's all crooked. The wheel keeps going crooked. They didn't tighten the nuts. I haven't been able to take it back and complain. I want them to fix it properly. I paid for a "service," or rather, they ripped me off for assembling each one. So I expect that since they're so quick to charge, they'll fix it and resolve the issue. Terrible service. 😡
