Un lugar muy acogedor, es pequeño y siempre pido para llevar. El precio va acorde a la calidad. Los postres están exquisitos y siempre hay esmero en la preparación de ellos y del café. El área de oportunidad es la rapidez en el servicio.

Sencillo, lindo y práctico, me gustó mucho, el chocolate blanco es muy rico, pero solo si te gustan las cosas muy dulces. El cupcake de red velvet también estuvo súper rico. Por lo que ví en su menú tienen variedad de bebidas calientes y frías,, también venden panecillos salados y dulces. Me comentó la chica que también hacen pasteles sobre pedido.

It's really nice, 10/10. If you like Taylor, desserts, and a really nice place, you'll love it here. I ordered a crumble cookie, and it was really delicious; it wasn't too sweet, which I really liked. They're also super friendly, and sometimes it can take a while, but that's because things are made to order.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, the cafe was clean, and they have a wide variety of desserts, drinks, and food. There are a lot of Taylor decorations, and only Taylor's music plays in the background. The packages are affordable. I highly recommend the Ferrero cake. The place is much bigger than I thought, and the bathrooms were clean too.

It's a super cozy place. I loved that it has a Taylor Swift theme, and their menu even has some fun activities with the same theme. I feel like it's ideal for going with your friends and having a really nice time. I had some ciabatta rolls, and they were really delicious. I liked that the staff were always super friendly and told me, "We'll be a little while, but we'll get it to you right away," and even though they said that, they didn't take long at all. They have several board games that you can pick up and play. It's not a huge space, but it's very cozy and super cute. Totally recommended. The prices are about what you'd expect from other cafes of this style. I feel like it's perfect for grabbing some delicious desserts in the afternoon, and they taste really good, to be honest. I feel like the owner makes you feel comfortable; she's always checking if you need anything else and makes you feel at ease. It's a very pleasant place.

Experiencia agradable. El local es muy pequeño pero lindo, por lo que si se busca un espacio reservado para disfrutar de un excelente postre es la opción. El servicio del personal es muy atento, amable y con una actitud muy agradable. La calidad de los postres es excelente, algunos siendo preparados al momento. ¡Pregunten por el brownie vegano de almendra o el pie de limón! La calidad de las bebidas (capuchinos) puede mejorar. Además ofrecen servicios de barras de cafés y postres especiales para eventos. Vale la pena buscar está pequeña joya escondida de Puebla.

The only downside is that they don't sell any commercial drinks like soda, but everything else is great. On March 21st I went to this place and I'm going to tell you about my experience. When we arrived we were welcomed and shown that there was a very nice back part of the place. The place is themed after Taylor Swift and as a fan it makes you have a good and pleasant experience. They also play her songs while you enjoy the food. Now if we talk about the service, well I can say that it was good, the person who served us is kind and respectful, which is very good, in the food part I was a little disappointed, not because of the flavor, the flavor was good, but because there were dishes that I wanted to order and they didn't have them, that happened with the “Debut” package and the Swift burger, so the truth is that I was disappointed in that part because I was really craving the “Debut” package, something that I liked is that they have details in the different foods you can order, in my case they put a “13” wafer on my cookie, which I thought was very nice, keep it up, in terms of the atmosphere I can say that it is relaxing, there are board games for you to enjoy while you wait for your food and that seemed very attractive to me about the place, they make the atmosphere more alive, also something that I liked is that they have a life-size cardboard cutout of Taylor Swift and a space to leave notes for her or your past self, which I found very original and nice. Overall I liked going to “Sweet and Coffee” because it seemed like an innovative coffee shop to me, since it is about Taylor Swift, something I hadn’t seen anywhere else with that or any other celebrity. My rating is 8.5 for the place. If you have the chance to go, go and judge for yourself. I highly recommend it for Taylor fans.

Un poco elevado el costo en referencia con la calidad

Cuando lo descubrí se convirtió en una de mis cafeterías favoritas. La comida era deliciosa, la atención increíble y el enfoque a Taylor lo hace un lugar perfecto para swifties pero últimamente creo que he tenido mala suerte. La última vez que fui nos sentaron al fondo y el mesero no estaba al pendiente, además de que confundía pedidos al punto de tener que repetirlos más de dos veces a pesar de ser la única mesa con gente. Además está el hecho de que no están bien abastecidos. No he podido volver a pedir café porque cuando he ido o pedido por delivery no hay opción de leche entera. El colmo fue hoy que decidí pedir un par de galletas por medio de uber eats. Por lo que me contaron en la llamada que hice después de recibir el pedido me hicieron saber que cambiaron la receta y eso lo puedo entender, el problema es que las que me llegaron estaban, supongo, pasadas de cocción En vez de rojas (eran de red velvet) estaban oscuras, secas y con sabor distinto salvo por el chocolate blanco encima. Espero en un futuro poder cambiar mi calificación a 5 estrellas porque me consta el nivel que puede tener el lugar pero de momento mis últimas experiencias han sido tristemente decepcionantes. Edit: gracias a la pronta atención dada puedo corregir, no fue tema de la cocción sino de la cocoa cambiando el color y sabor de la galleta que conocía. No fue de mi gusto pero para quienes no sean fans de las galletas dulces puede ser una buena opción.

El lugar es pequeñito pero bonito, la atención es lenta y no me agrada que casi no tengan nada de la carta. Pondrá más atención en la atención de barra.

El lugar esta muy lindo. Te invita a entrar pero en servicio es muy lento, aun cuando no hay mucha gente. La bebidas están muy ricas. Pero si me encontré malos modos de parte de los que atienden y algo caro tambien.

El lugar no es bueno ni malo, la atención que nos tocó fue mediocre, sinceramente no volvería a ir. Solo es un lugar estético, si buscas un buen postre y café este no es el sitio, no digo que la comida sea mala pero da mucho que esperar y es decepcionante, además de algo caro para lo que es.

No vayas si no tienes tiempo, 4 muffins y 2 cafés 45 minutos de espera, es demasiado. El sabor es bueno pero no sé si vale la pena la espera

The atmosphere is super cool! It’s the perfect place for swifties. I had a great time. The food is great and I really recommend the chai tea. But the owner was pretty mean. She was taking videos of us without our permission and when we told her to please stop she was really mean and asked us to leave and never come back, which I thought was super rude and crazy. Coffe & Sweet, el spot Swiftie que no termina de encantar Puebla nos ha dado grandes propuestas gastronómicas, y cuando un lugar promete unir dos pasiones - la comida y el fenómeno global que es Taylor Swift - las expectativas se disparan. Coffe & Sweet, un café con temática de la cantante, se presenta como un refugio para los fans, pero, como en algunas canciones de su repertorio, nos dejó con el “All Too Well” de la decepción. Desde la llegada, el concepto es claro: referencias a Swift en cada rincón, un ambiente acogedor y pensado para la foto perfecta. Sin embargo, en un restaurante no basta con estética si la oferta gastronómica no está a la altura. La carta ya es limitada de por sí, pero lo preocupante es que, al momento de ordenar, nos dijeron que no tenían hamburguesas, ni roast beef, ni galletas (lo más viral) ni papas gajo. En otras palabras, varias de las opciones que podrían haber hecho más atractivo el menú simplemente no estaban disponibles. Y aquí es donde radica el problema: si tienes una carta reducida, la ejecución debe ser impecable. No hay margen para quedarse sin insumos básicos. La experiencia de un comensal no puede depender de la suerte de que justo ese día haya lo que quiere pedir. Un menú corto debería garantizar calidad y disponibilidad, pero aquí no pasó ninguna de las dos cosas. ¿El concepto? Atractivo para los fans. ¿El ambiente? Cumple con su objetivo. Pero cuando la comida no está al nivel de la emoción con la que llegas, la experiencia se cae. En este caso, Coffe & Sweet se quedó en un puente colgante entre la expectativa y la realidad, y nos dejó con ganas de algo más. Si eres un Swiftie, tal vez la temática te haga regresar. Pero si buscas una experiencia gastronómica completa, tal vez este café no sea “The One”.

El lugar es bonito y cómodo, pero lamentablemente aunq esté vacío el lugar y éramos la única mesa, se tardaban muchísimo en atendernos y en traer las cosas. Te recomiendo el lugar si quieres trabajar sin q nadie t moleste, pero para ir a comer no. Las bebidas estaban ricas, pero los emparedados muy x. Y la carta en general se me hizo cara de precio.

I've tried to give this place a chance several times because the desserts themselves are delicious, but there are so many things that I feel are disappointing. First, the price is high for the quality of the products. Something I agree with in several reviews is that it's really rare for them to actually have everything on their menu! Most of the things I wanted to order weren't available, especially the savory items. As for the service, while they are friendly, they take a long time to deliver your order. It's only fine if you want a quick coffee and dessert.
